The apartment was very dirty.
The premises in the photo and inside do not correspond. it is very dark inside. to get to the apartments, you had to go through a very dirty entrance. The kitchen was very dirty, when I picked up the plate and there was a man's hair on it, I realized that I could not stay there for the night. The pillowcases were dirty. That is, this place does not correspond to the photo and cleanliness. I had to move from the apartment at night and look for another option for the night. My vacation was ruined and now I'm waiting for a refund. I left the apartment not through my fault, but because of the owner's poor responsibility. I also incurred a lot of additional expenses for taxis, hotel search and relocation. I have all the photos and am ready to post them here.
the accommodation does not match the price. very dirty!!!!

location and space where great
the flat above got up before 6am most days and had very creamy floor boards that woke us up when walking around. on Sunday morning they had their washing machine on before 7am and the spin on it vibrated through the floor making a very loud noise.

looks exactly like the photos, such a lovely wee apartment.
Great location too, only 10min drive from the city centre!
it was slightly warm at night, but the weather was good so
that is possibly why. Other than that, it was fantastic

It was a nice property and the location was central
None of the lamps were working and there was no bath gel.or shampoo. When informed the owners about the non functional lamps they inferres that I had broken them

nothing
All I can say is DO NOT waste your money and stay here it was the weekend from HELL! this apartment is in the basement and the building is old and the floors are thin which meant we were kept up all night and all day by footsteps and creaking from the flat above. we didn’t get any sleep so we booked elsewhere before our stay ended and they refused to refund us for the night we didn’t stay there or reimburse us for the extra place we had to book. completely unprofessional. the place was dirty too.

Nicely presented basement apartment. Some natural light but also good lighting.
Street parking and can walk into the city or bus stop is nearby.
It was comfy and clean. Plenty of crockery etc
Met our needs as a base for a few days visiting the city.
Would book again.
There was a small enclosed outside area that was not accessible. Door is not in use and won't open.
Some floor noise from area above late at night.

The location was very close to town centre, good size rooms and comfy bed
1. Was given a time to be there for and arrived to cleaners still cleaning the room so we had to wait in the hallway for another 20 mins.
2. Very little supplies- no toilet paper was provided.
3. We could not open the back door as it was very stiff and a broken step at the back door which could’ve been dangerous as there was sharp metal.
4. There was plates and rubbish under the beds which made us feel as though it wasn’t cleaned very well.
5. We were also not given the code for the outside main door- we had to phone up the owners to get this.
6. There was blood stained pillows.
7. We couldn’t get a shower on the morning of departure as it seemed to be switched off.

The property was well maintained. It was in a good location with on street parking. The two double bedrooms were nicely decorated and quite large. The kitchen and living area was spacious and nicely equipped. Bathroom was a good size and very functional. Heating system was excellent for a cold winter in Newcastle.
Nothing.

Very happy, perfect for work location
6.0 / 10.0
Easy to find and access the property, nicely decorated inside, very comfortable bed
Cleanliness was not up to scratch - eg hair in the bedroom, a spider in the bath, a tube of toothpaste found on the floor inside the front door, beer under the sofa. Felt the need to clean when we arrived just to make sure. No hand soap was provided, we purchased some and left it there for others to use. Both highly important especially at this time and unfortunate they weren’t provided. While the decor has been done nicely, it doesn’t appear very well maintained, eg scratches on the walls and patio door blind did not seem to work. Overall a good stay for a couple of days, but a few improvements could be made.
