Stockyards Jindabyne is a fully self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeping 6 adults and one foldout bed to sleep a 7th guest suitable for a child only. The townhouse has been designed to satisfy the most discerning holiday maker. The living area is spacious open plan living with magnificent views of Lake Jindabyne and the surrounding Snowy Mountains. The dining and lounge areas comfortably seat all guests. The kitchen has everything you'll require to cook during your stay. A good sized balcony with a bbq, table & chairs is accessed from the living area of Stockyards from where you will view the majestic views of Lake Jindabyne.
Ground Level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 car garage, main entrance, laundry.
Upstairs to Level 1: Master bedroom with ensuite and all the main living areas i.e. lounge, dining, kitchen, balcony, bbq.

Stockyards is the perfect summer or winter getaway in the heart of sunny Jindabyne, your gateway to the Snowy Mountains. This townhouse is an easy 5-10 minute walk into central Jindabyne township. Stroll down for a drink at the local pub, or a coffee at one of the many popular coffee shops in Jindabyne. Walk to the movies or down to the lake for a swim.

- Check in: 4 pm or after / Check out: by 10am.
- Arrivals and/or departures on a public holiday will incur an additional fee of $150.
If it can be avoided I will let you know.
- All guests regardless of age must be included in the total guest numbers on the booking. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE MORE GUESTS (REGARDLESS OF AGE) OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND AND FULL LOSS OF SECURITY BOND.
- A guest registration/rental agreement is required to be completed in full and returned prior to arrival day including a copy of drivers license and identification.
- The property is on two levels with the main living area, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite all on the upper level. There are approximately 16 stairs to the upper level. Bedrooms 2 and 3, 1 bathroom and laundry are located on the ground level.
- Garage clearance height is 2.1m. If your vehicle cannot fit in the garage you will need to park in the street. There is no parking on the premises outside of the double garage.
- There is no boat or trailer parking on the premises.
- The bedding configuration cannot be changed within 10 days of your arrival. Prior to this if you do not advise the bedding configuration required, the property will be set up as the default configuration. If your booking is made during off peak times and/or is a last minute booking, the bed configuration may not be able to be changed so please check before making payment. In the event where it is possible to be changed, extra charges will apply.

We stayed at Stock yards 2 for a week, it was clean, everything needed was provided for and presented very well, we will be back.

We had 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids) and this property was perfect for us. Really felt like home. Probably one of the best appointed and furnished places that one could wish for. Super clean and comfortable.
Double garage with internal access to storage / drying room was ideal.
Ideally located a few mins drive to middle of Jindabyne and a great view overlooking the lake.
Great communication from owner / manager. Would highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights at Stockyards 2 this winter. 4 adults, 2 teens and an infant.
The property is in a great quiet part on Jindy with fantastic views over the lake and spectacular sunrises.
The layout is great for relaxing after skiing all day, with excellent gear drying area, large 2 car garage, big bedrooms and living area, a gas fireplace that worked so well we had to turn it off half the time and very comfy beds.
Michelle was a wonderful host and helped us out with a minor wifi issue.
We will be back for sure and can highly recommend!

We had never been to Jindabyne, let alone the snow. There was no better place to come home to after a long day on the mountain skiing - everything provided and thought of. Amazingly well stocked with everything you need for a great family trip. Of particular note, double garage, underfloor heating and purpose built drying room made our stay very easy and comfortable. Booked for next year already. Thanks Michelle 😊

Clean, well appointed and comfortable. In the end just 2 of us, but had our family been able to join us, we wouldn't have noticed! Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was excellently appointed. A spacious, well-lit townhouse. We enjoyed having the annual Jindabyne Rodeo literally happening under our balcony!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying twice this winter season. Our host Michelle was super communicative and thorough which made for a very smooth checkin, stay and checkout process. The views are amazing and the townhouse itself a pleasure to stay at. Would highly recommend again

The property was perfect, the double lockable garage with internal access was very functional. The only disappointment was the 3rd bed in the Main bedroom, this bed was very hard and should no be considered as a sleeping option. The only other thing it would of been good to have a supply of cling wrap and aluminum foil, there were none in the drawers. The rest of the accommodation was really good for the number of guests.

The townhouse has everything you require especially the kitchen and it has been exceptionally maintained. My family loved the setup & location and we definitely recommend the townhouse. The heated floors upstairs are great.

Perfect location with a great view. Awesome amenities and was great to have the gas fire running after a days skiing. Michelle was great to deal with and very responsive. Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom a little tight but majority of time will be spent in the open lounge and kitchen area upstairs. Beds were also surprisingly super comfortable. Will definitely rebook.

Michelle is an amazing host. The place was spotless and very welcoming. Loved the location, waking up to a lake view made the trip very special! Only one concern was the price but you get what you spend! I will definitely come back.

This accommodation was ideal for our needs this week. A large living, dining, kitchen space with stunning Northerly view of Lake Jindabyne was the perfect setting for our family of three adult sons, my husband and I to relax and revive after full days of skiing. The main bedroom and en-suite and two more double bedrooms suited our needs comfortably.

Our stay at Stockyards 2 was very comfortable. It was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with good pots and pans. The host was quick to respond to any enquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Working holiday
Stockyards 2 has been a fantastic place to stay for our 3 week working getaway. We were doing a shop extension for Larry Adler and it was great to be able to come back to such a comfortable apartment after some very long days at work.
I’ve never booked a place that has so many utensils in the kitchen as Stockyards did. Having some of the basic cooking ingredients in the pantry was super handy as well.
The heated flooring works a treat in the winter, all tiles areas up and downstairs are heated. So nice to come home to a warm house on those super cold Jindy days.
I will definitely be re-booking this place next time, hopefully it will be for more recreational activities and not as much as a working holiday. Great place to stay no matter what the season.
Handy to walk into town when you want to enjoy a few drinks. Take the shortcut round the footy oval. The uphill walk on the way home helps sober you up🤣
Michelle was fantastic to deal with, even helped me out when I had to book an extra night and stockyards wasn’t available.

Great to have 'extras' for cooking eg olive oil, salt n pepper etc.
Massive master bedroom but downstairs bedrooms tight with King beds.
Would be even better if it had another bathroom or even a guest toilet

Fabulous!
We stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend! The view is just gorgeous, you can stare at it all day! The property was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for a few families to stay. Very convenient location, only 25 mins to Thredbo! Michelle was fantastic and catered to our needs. We are already planning on when to visit next :)
