About this house rental

Entering from the front into a majestic foyer with a 20' high ceiling exposing a stunning formal living room and a large dining room seating for 12. The first floor also has a well-designed fully equipped kitchen, extra-large pots and pans, dishes service for 24 and additional seating for 6. Kitchen includes a 2-door refrigerator freezer with automatic ice maker, water dispenser, there is a microwave, oven, and dish washer.
The large comfortable family room consists of an extra-long leather sofa and chair.

This family room conveniently exits to the pool area. The first-floor master bedroom includes a king size bed and full bathroom. This level also includes an additional common bathroom and a laundry room. Second level has a large, elegant master bedroom, king size bed and lavish master bathroom including a separate tub and shower, The water closet (Toilet) is in its own room for complete privacy. There is another bedroom with a king size bed and 3 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room. The second-floor common full size bathroom consist of full tub/shower Family room and four bedrooms have cable televisions. Large walk-in closets and ceiling fans for your comfort. Also included, FREE INTERNET, central air conditioning, heating system. Daily rental for the home is $ 180.00. There is a Florida of tax 12% = $21.60 a day.Weekly rental for the home is $ 1,260.00. Florida tax $151.20 a week.Total rent for one week is $ 1,411.00 NOT INCLUDING Spa Heat or Pool heat. Does not including gas grill or gas tank. The home swimming pool and hot tub have the options of heating or not heating. The rental of the home DOES NOT include pool heat and DOES NOT include spa heat. Perhaps you wish only hot tub heat.
Spa heat ONLY is $45.00 a day PLUS TAX of $5.40. Total for one day is $50.40.
Total SPA HEAT ONLY with tax for one week is $352.80. WITHOUT pool heat.
FOR POOL AND SPA HEAT is $80.00 a day PLUS TAX of $9.60.
Total for one day is $89.60.
Total for POOL and SPA heat for 7 days is $627.20 including Tax.
Depending on your stay will determine the final cost of heating the pool and hot tub.
The extra-large screened in pool area includes a hot tub. Pool and spa area are fenced in separately for the protection of your children. This area has a dining table that seats 8 people, 2 tables, and total seating for 12. Also has 3 lounges,

Available to you is a gas grill with one gas tank for $75.00 Add tax of $9.00 for a total of $84.00 for your stay. The price includes one propane tank and the last cleaning only.

THE GAME ROOM has a pool table, ping pong, air hockey and miscellaneous board games). This contemporary home sets on an extra-large lot and no immediate neighbors in the back. The pool area welcomes you with a friendly breeze and has a great view of palm trees, farm animals and many wild fowl that drop in to say hello.

House was not clean, air conditioning did not work very well, rooms were very small for 2 twin beds, garage disposal did not work.

House was nicely decorated although needed some upgrades. Problem with ants both inside and out but were dealt with with 1 phone call. Overall, enjoyed the month.

The property was just as described! However, there were some minor maintenance issues like the pool light didn’t work, the patio door was hard to open and close, and some of the indoor house lights did not turn on. Overall we were all satisfied with our stay!

We enjoyed the house but my children had to hook up the wifi and some of the tv's were not working. Most of the electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work and many of the lamps also did not work. But, as I said, we did enjoy the house with our family.

The property is beautiful it was exactly like weapon pictures nothe pictures the only issues that we had was the Internet did not work half the time we were there and couldn't only watch TV on 2 of the TV is at a time out of the 6 rooms Which sucks will you have 3 families with several kids.

property is big and comfortable, we only use 5 rooms out of 6 for my family of 12. they have everything we need. the interior design needs updating and the decors are not really child friendly, the kids enjoy the pool area and it is not too far from Disney. if you have a big group look no further.. they just have set of rules at check out but not really bad. i just hate rules 🤣

Upon arrival, we were met with about 15 big black garbage bags full. It was hard for us to park in front of the house because of the garbage. I made several calls to VRBO and sent several pictures and a video. Finally, the property manager came with the worst attitude and took maybe 3 bags away. When I remarked about the garbage, “He said I’m used to this “. He had to replace several lightbulbs. Every time he came his attitude was awful. I talked to Gloria and she tried to make things right. We arrived on Sunday and it took until Tuesday before they were finished with all the garbage.

The house is beautiful. Amenities are perfect. The neighbors are friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 10/10 recommend! Only 4 stars for checkin because we did have to call for the code, but, response time was quick and efficient!

The house has tons of space, which is great for kids and adults. Everybody can spread out. The kids used the hot tub and pool for hours. The adults liked having reclining furniture in the living room which is so nice after a long day of tourism.

We enjoyed our vacation the kids loved the pool we couldn’t connect to the WiFi Gloria tried to help us but it was out of her control the house had a few dirty spot but not Gloria or rays fault the property maintenance was told and she said sorry the previous people left it like that but it’s on them to check and make sure the house is clean and ready for us renters we would most definitely come back but would require more communication

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and great for group - it was very comfortable for seven of us. It was very clean and well kept up. Ray and Gloria were great to interact with prior to our arrival- very responsive and helpful. We had a slight miscommunication with the property manager about the pool and spa but they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. We'd definitely recommend the property.

We had a wonderful time in flordia. Our choose of home was great for us. 5 adults 6 children which included a 12 week of baby. Plenty of space. Game room was enjoyed many times. Had some beach toys for younger one. Towels were plenty. Love having washer dryer . Kids enjoyed pool. Adults enjoyed spa. Beds were comfy. Nice to come back to after busy days enjoying beaches and parks. Legoland ,SeaWorld bush gardens and aquatica. Thanks again management and gloria and ray. Would stay again.

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned , the beds not made. It turned out that the owners had not informed the property management team of our 3 weeks booking. A phone call to the management team explaining our predicament quickly solved the problem and they were excellent arriving next morning cleaning the house and making beds. It is a lovely house and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful home the pictures do not clarify the actual beauty until you get there. We did find used rubber gloves and someone’s socks that was left behind and it also had some cosmetic flaws but did not affect our stay over all this was a beautiful home and we enjoyed ourselves. I did have the pleasure to speaking with the owner due to a little confusion on how to get in which was my fault he was very helpful and just off the short conversation made me feel welcomed. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home it was a pleasure to be there. Definitely would do it again.

We found the property to be wonderful. It met all of our needs. It is simply a beautiful home that has lots of room. We enjoyed the remote control lighting. We enjoyed the back deck and pool area. The neighbors to the right of the home were super friendly. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the amusement parks from this location. Grocery stores and fast food restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. The Wi-Fi worked great. Other than just a couple of cosmetic issues that did not affect our stay at all, it was a perfect home in our opinion. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
