Hello and welcome to THE KNAB FAMILY CABIN...your home away from home in the beautiful White Mountains of Pinetop, AZ! We invite you to read our reviews to see why guests love staying at our home!

Our 2300+ sq ft home is cozy enough for 1 family to enjoy...yet large enough to be enjoyed with 1-2 additional families. We take great pride in providing our guests with a beautifully decorated and incredibly well-maintained home that is appointed with everything you will need for a wonderful stay!

We are located in the beautiful community of 'Pinetop Crossings, which is IDEALLY located in the heart of the White Mountains...adjacent to Pinetop Lakes Country Club and very close to many other golf courses, fishing, bike & ATV trails, parks, movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Easy drive to SUNRISE Mountain!

LOFT:
Upstairs there is a loft with a large sectional and TV where kids love to hang out, watch TV, play games!

PATIO:
Dining Table that seats 6 as well as a conversation seating area that seats 2 more. Also, a gas grill for cooking out!

PETS:
House-trained dogs are welcome with owner pre-approval. Strict maximum of 2 dogs. A signed pet addendum and a pet fee is required. Before you book, please message us for approval and to get an accurate quote because we will discount the nightly pet fee when staying more than 2 nights.

$50 per night for 1 dog, $65 per night for 2 Dogs
$300 per week for 1 dog, $350 for 2 Dogs
Discounts available for stays longer than 1 week

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
A minimum stay of Friday to Monday is required of all Holiday Weekends.

Five of us 65+ men rented Lisa's cabin for a weekend softball tournament. We stay in rentals a number of times each year and this VRBO was the best we've ever stayed in. Super organized, and the cabin had everything we needed. It was even conveniently located near Woodland Lake Park where we played our games. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Nice home and neighborhood. It's pet friendly but it isn't fenced in. Well appointed kitchen made for ease in cooking. We brought our own board games and card games. We would return in the future!

Home is as lovely as online photos. Quiet neighborhood with access to different things in Pinetop. Everything you’d need is at the house. Kitchen stocked for avid cooks. We enjoyed the patio setting too. The host made the stay special. Had a sign in the garage welcoming us. Attention to detail. Very communicative too. Stay here for a great experience. This cabin was all, and more, than what we could've asked for. Plenty of room for our children and grandchildren with ample parking to boot! Cabin was immaculately kept and pride of ownership shows. We'll be back for another extended family weekend!

This place has it all! What a fabulous home, host, location and bedding! We travel a lot for work and this has been the best yet! Thank you to Lisa for all the hard work for making this a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well accommodated, bedding and towels were excellent. There were 6 of us and we had 0 complaints. We will be staying here again!

We celebrated our youngest child turning 30 . The family time , location and cabin were great . The cabin had everything you could ask for . The host were great ! The cabin was clean and plenty of room to sleep for all of us . Looking forward to another trip !

From the very onset, my experience dealing with not only VRBO but the owner of the rental/property in Pinetop/Lakeside AZ , aka The White Mountains was nothing short of EXEMPLARY!! Lisa Knap , the property owner, is courteous, outgoing and is extremely accessible!! The information provided to me with respect to Checking In, Checking Out and everything in between was specific as well as understandable!! The property was exactly as proposed in the pictures!! The property was clean and the Christmas Tree provided to us by Lisa was magnificent!! ALL of the home amenities were wonderful!! We could not have asked for better and we are so grateful and appreciative for this "experience" especially since this was our first trip to the White Mountains to celebrate Christmas as a family!! Thank you Lisa for such a memorable experience!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

We loved staying at this cabin- very clean, modern, and homey for our family group of nine. We appreciated the dinner table that fit all of us, nice size closets, plenty of space in the garage , plus the extra amenities from spices to use for cooking,, to bathroom supplies, to kitchen items were great. Lastly, ithe owner’s quick replies to any of our needs was wonderful. It was our second time staying here and we hope to book another stay in the future.

I could not have selected a better property to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family this year . This beautiful property has everything a family could need and more. Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, along with fresh towels & linens. Bathrooms equipped with hygiene items and toiletries. Lisa was very accommodating and available if I needed anything, very pleasant and attentive. We had an amazing, beautiful Thanksgiving, I recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful memorable time anytime of the year. Thank you and most definitely a 5 star property.

We rented this cabin as part of a friends' group getaway. We appreciated the number of rooms and the cleanliness of the property. All the cabinets and drawers had labels of what should be in them, making things easy to find and put away. The view from the listing made it look like it was in more of a woods-y area, but the houses are very close together there. However, that didn't impede us in any way. We enjoyed our time, walked the trail near the house, drove a little ways off and did some longer trails and saw some wildlife. We also used the grill (which was not clean when we got there, but we were able to clean that up and use it), and the fireplace. Everything was as described, or came within a section of the manual at the cabin. The owner was very accommodating when our plans changed after we made the reservation and also was easy to get in touch with at any time during the rental. Overall, a great experience.

The accommodations were comfortable, decor made the home very inviting. Fireplace worked well which was wonderful since it was very cold and snowy. A nice touch was the snow ‘toys’ and ‘snowman kit’ we found in the garage 😃

Came up for the run to the pines car show. Spent 3 days in the cabin and it was great! Close to places of interest, restaurants, and grocery stores but far enough to be nice and quiet.

What a beautiful comfortable home with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in Pinetop. The only thing I was not expecting was the close busy highway and an open patio with out a fence. However, that’s just small stuff compared to the comforts of the Knab Cabin. It was a nice summer splurge without any regrets whatsoever. Thank you for the hospitality.

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will book again. The property owners were in contact whenever we needed their help, and the Welcome Packet was informational. Our family members were very impressed with the home and extremely comfortable. We will book again next year, as this is an annual family gathering we were on.
