This was an absolutely great location! Very quiet and only 20 minutes to the North Gondola Lot! It really does have amazing views from every room! Layout was great and it was well stocked. Marilyn was a great host and we would stay here again!

We had a great time in this wonderful home. We spent over a month living, working, and vacationing. The home is very well appointed and maintained. Family and friends visited during our stay and the layout worked well for a group. An easy drive to skiing in Breckenridge. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed! Just about 6-7 minutes from the outskirts of Breckenridge so it was easy to get to the slopes. They had everything you could need in a VRBO. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car. The driveway is a little steep and if you get any snow a 2 wheel drive car will have issues. Otherwise this house is great, well appointed with plenty of space for a large family!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! The property was beautiful, very clean and very large to accommodate our family of 7! Marilyn, the host was very helpful and communicative and we appreciated her hospitality! We will definitely be staying again if given the opportunity in the future!

Great House - Super Host
Had a great 3 night stay. 6 adults so the 3 bedrooms/3 bath layout was perfect. Fully equipped and Marilyn, our host, was very responsive. Only 4 miles to Breck so an easy drive. Will definitely stay here on our next trip if available.

One of my favorites!
I LOVED this property! Marilyn's home is beautiful. It felt like home the second we walked in. Extremely well appointed. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was ideal. The location is perfect - straight shot to downtown/Main St. - only took about 10 minutes to get there. Hands down, one of my favorite rentals I've ever stayed in. We didn't want to leave. :)

Nice, Cozy and Perfect Location
Our family of four stayed Presidents’ Day weekend for a ski vacation. The pictures really don’t do this property justice. Way more room then I thought. The views are excellent and the morning view from the master bedroom was the best!
It’s Marilyn’s 2nd home, so there’s lots of kitchenware, coffee pots, and little things like spices that make cooking easier. The master bed is super comfortable and warm. The kids said their room was nice and warm too.
The location of the home is perfect if you’re looking to ski multiple mountains. We skied Keystone, Beaver Creek and Breckinridge.
I have no complaints and will be back!!

Blue River Duplex
Very nice accomodations..
Several things that were unexpected..
uneven heating in condo. Bedrooms were very warm, and the Family room was cold. The fireplace that helped warm the Family room area stopped working...lost the pilot light somehow. The tub in the Master BR did not drain, and than drained inexplicably in the middle of the night. I personally did not like the bed clothes on beds. They are the feather comforters that many think are so nice. They were extremely frustrating for me - either sweltering with them or chilling w/o.
The excellent attributes, in my estimation, included a well stocked kitchen (we cooked breakfasts and dinners every day), the bathrooms, comfortable furniture and tables, a WOMDERFUL view from the Family room, the bedrooms and beds, a garage, easy access to Breck by car (5 miles), and a good TV selection (Fox News)...we did miss Amazon Prime availability)
Overall, it was a good stay with a few disappointments............

Beautifle home
Great accommodations for our stay; close to town without all the traffic. Owner was accessible for all our questions.
One suggestion for non-Coloradans - the driveway has a slight incline which can be hard to navigate in the snow without an all-wheel drive vehicle.

Better than pictures!
Marilyn's home is more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is close to Breckenridge, but in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. Marilyn was very responsive to questions we had and our stay was exceptional!

Christmas wonderland

Absolutely Wonderful!
The photos of the location of this property do not do it justice! It is in the perfect spot - feels like you are miles away from commercial area, but within five minutes of Breckenridge. We found the location in the perfect midway spot for the best hiking, biking and rock climbing. Nothing we wanted to do was more than 1.5 hours away! The house is beautiful and comfortable - rare to find a vacation home with a private bath for each bedroom! The Italian leather sofa was a favorite hangout spot, and we enjoyed the wide selection of games and puzzles. Truly a beautiful and wonderful experience for our whole family!

Beautiful location
My family, mother-in-law, and I had a great time at this property. Very close to the amenities of Breckenridge but a nice quiet location just outside of town. The owner was very nice. Only a couple of improvements…If you have small children, just be aware that the windows do not have screens. Also, the humidifier filters probably need to be replaced. Other than that this place is great!

First rate near Breckenridge
This is an amazing property. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, and just far enough away to feel like you are secluded. Very comfortable and has everything needed for a longer stay. We stayed here for a month and never wanted for anything. The owner is amazing and always accessible for questions. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Rental right outside Breckenridge
Such an amazing rental! The location, property, and price cannot be beat. There is a ton of space with private baths for each of the three bedrooms, a giant kitchen/living room area, and it's only a quick 10 minute ride to downtown Breckenridge / mtn. Marilyn was an incredible host. She is very attentive, answering any and all questions right away. You can tell this is her second home as it is in amazing condition and very comfortable with a real charm. Working from the property was very easy with strong WIFI and plenty of desk space. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone visiting the Breckenridge area.

Very pleasant stay
The place is much better and more beautiful than it looks on the picture. All the appliances are available in the kitchen and supplies like paper towel, dishwashing soaps etc. The owner is very easy to reach, responds quickly! The view is very beautiful. Definitely our favorite stay of all. Will be coming back! Thank you!

Super Ski Getaway
We had a wonderful pre-Christmas ski vacation staying in Marilyn's home in a lovely quiet neighborhood just outside of Breckenridge. The layout was perfect for our family and the house was very well appointed. With the Covid restaurant restrictions in place, we brought along all of our food and I found every pot, pan, and tool I needed to prepare all of our meals in Marilyn's beautiful kitchen. I would definitely recommend this Blue River property for your next mountain adventure!

Really enjoyed this location, views were spectacular, short distance to Breckenridge and Keystone. The property owner was very helpful throughout. Highly recommend this property, except for the weeks we’d like to be there.

Delightful repose
The house was immaculate and lovely, tastefully decorated, amply supplied and perfectly situated for a getaway in the mountains.

Mountain Getaway
We had a very relaxing stay; just the getaway we were looking for with a family group of 4. WIth our hectic schedules and all the crazy news everyday, we just wanted to breathe in the mountain air and relax, this was the perfect place to do that. House was clean & had everything we needed to cook in. We also enjoyed the Myla Rose Saloon located in the Lodge by the Blue & within a mile of the property, excellent option if you don't want to drive into town. Marilyn was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely come again & would recommend to anyone considering the Breckenridge area. Thanks Marilyn!!

Wonderful home with amazing views
We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed our time away. Everything was as described and even more than we expected. Marilyn is great at communicating and quick to respond to any questions. It felt like home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing. Just what we had hoped to find. Highly recommend. We would love to stay here again.

Great place for cool summer weather
Marilyn keeps a great house in a great location. She is very helpful with clear instructions and local activities. WiFi is very strong - did a few video Zoom meetings and no problem at all. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great property, beautiful location, friendly and helpful owner!
Stayed here for 1.5 weeks with my family. House had all the amenities, plenty of space, and gorgeous views. Owner was great with communications and local tips. Location is right between Hoosier Pass and Breckenridge, about 10 minutes to each. The 10K altitude can be a bit challenging, but local oxygen services deliver same day concentrators which can really help with any altitude sickness, especially at night. Foxes in the neighborhood are fun to watch, and we saw moose on the road into town a couple of times. Would definitely recommend.

Cool Summer Weather
It was good to get to enjoy the cool summer temperatures at Marilyn's house in Blue River. The house is close to Breckenridge and many hiking trails. The condo is clean and well designed and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Marilyn was very proactive and attentive in maintaining communication. We had a great stay!

Covid Wedding replacement
We were engaged to be married in early June this year but had to cancel due to covid 19 - We booked this house to use as a basecamp for a mountaintop or mountain lake wedding (depending on weather) for Summer Solstice. We got good luck on the weather and got married on top of Quandary peak. Each of the bedrooms has view of the peak, and we were able to take nice strolls around the neighborhood too. It was a great place to "bubble" our quarantine with a few close friends. The internet was fast enough for us to dial into a zoom toasting celebration our families set - up with three laptops. No issues even with three computers streaming at once! I would highly recommend this place for any small group of people looking for a memorable stay in the mountains.
