Perfect stay

Probably the best Hotel we've ever stayed on. Spacious, very comfortable, Beautiful sea view from the window, huge swimming pool, multiple restaurants on site and amazing breakfast

Once you arrive, the welcome sets the tone for a service driven hotel with all the 5 star luxury.

Quite simply the best I have stayed in. Upgrade to Reserve for the best in luxury and the best service you’ll ever get. The Savoy name has the reputation and this place lives up to and beyond that

Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel at the right location, near the sea and shopping mall. We had a stunning views from the hotel, very comfy beds and quiet rooms. The showers are delight, with great pressure.Breakfast was exceptional.its a fair price for facilities.

Too many lifts to change , depending where you want to go. Impossible to have the balcony doors opened because of the noise of huge AC's all over the place and other noises.

We loved the Savoy Palace! From the moment we got out of the taxi and the doorman had our names on his list and greeted us warmly to checking out three days later this was a pretty much perfect stay. We entered the lobby (beautiful as is the whole property) and the front desk manager greeted us by name and took us to be checked in. The front desk team are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our room (an ocean view junior suite in the 7th floor) was stunning… we’ve been so lucky to have stayed in some of the worlds most wonderful hotel rooms and this is right up there at to the top of the list. Big shout out to housekeeping (and Fernanda in particular) who keep the hotel spotless and to the grounds keepers… the gardens are immaculate. We ate in Pau Lemu and the pool restaurant twice… the food is great but it’s the lovely service… attentive but relaxed. All in all one of the nicest hotels and hotel teams we’ve stayed with in some years so thanks to everyone who made our stay something really special. We really appreciate it.

Amazing 🤩

Everything was amazing except for annoying guests leaving towels on sunbeams and coming back after hours and staff not removing those.

Although there are clear signs that the hotel does not allow sunbeds reservations through “leaving towels” they do not remove them even when they have been laying there for hours. Especially annoying on rooftop where there is not that many sunbeds

Great place to stay very comfortable and a high quality service as the hotel is amazing !

Everything is just up to high standards, from welcome to the end of the stay was always looked after as valuable guest!

Parking is one of let down for a place like this parking should be free and not chargeable for a 5 star rated hotel.

a vendéglátóhelyek menedzselése nem volt megfelelő,sok apró hiányosságot észleltünk.A Lume( a Surf&Turf kifejezetten hibás volt, élvezhetetlen,és a Skyfood konyhája nem éri el az ilyen minőségű szálloda nívójátA szobák mindennapi takarítása nem volt megfelelő egy 5 csillagos szállodáhot képest!

Would highly recommend to couples as has adult only areas.

Stunning main pool, one of the best Spa’s I have ever been to, loved the rooftop pool and bar area. Good size room which was quiet with a great sea view.

On checkout the receptionist said she would organise for our bags to be brought from our room but this never happened so when our taxi arrived we had to wait for them to go up and get our luggage.

Picture perfect to look at Swimming pool Food quality was good- especially terrerio and Nikkai

Very poor service across all areas- reception, restaurants and bars. Reserving of sunloungers- not appropriate in a resort of this calibre Lack of response to concerns raised at the time Lobby carpet covered with ants
