'Docks on Ole River' at Scenic Perdido Key - First Floor Unit is located across the street from the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is completely furnished, one-bedroom/two bath unit with one queen-size bed in the Master Bedroom, one queen-size day bed in the living room, very comfortable new sectional sofa with a foldout queen-size bed (which can hold a total of 6 guests), Internet, one flat screen smart television, basic cable, DVD, surround stereo with CD & DVD player, all necessary kitchen appliances, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, Keurig coffee-maker, blender, ice-maker, microwave, ceiling fans, iron/board, washer/dryer, balcony with table and 4 new Adirondack chairs, grilling station on the river waterfront with swing, sink and stainless steel picnic tables.

The unit is freshly decorated, antique hardwood and ceramic tile floors and beautifully decorated with maritime copper lighted lamps, vintage bathroom vanities, an antique armoire, a hand-painted sink, vintage wooden accents throughout the entire condo. The unit has a large (8'x 24') furnished balcony overlooking the water and boasts a panoramic view of the pool, grounds, Ono Island and Old River. Several State Park beaches are located nearby both East and West of the condo within walking distance. Nearby beach PARKS include new bathrooms, showers, covered picnic areas, and boardwalks.

Very quiet, peaceful building- only occasionally even saw other occupants during the stay. Pool and cooking area downstairs is so nice. Condo was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens, cooked most of our meals there. Washer/dryer were so handy, but the dryer will take longer than you may be accustomed to so keep that in mind. Centralized location to anuthing needed in PK or Orange Beach areas. Would recommend the unit and would stay there again.

We traveled for softball nationals and booked last min due to my mom being sick we wasnt going to be able to make it dow. Here and decided to come surprise my daughter i explained my situation and needed a early check in it was immediately accommodated with understanding and kindness the condo was nice and clean as pictured and beautifully few everything was very easy to access very quiet and peaceful . Definitely would come back

Loved our stay and enjoyed the place. Location is great for getting away - beach access is walkable if it’s not too hot! Host responded quickly when we needed the gate key. Would have been great to have it in the confirmation because we arrived late. This was our first trip to Perdido Key and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a cute little place on the intercoastal waterway, that we found to be the perfect size for a couple or small family. We loved walking on the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key. A car is needed to get around and we had fun exploring nearby restaurants and pubs. They have a nice shared pool but we were there mid January through mid April and only got to enjoy it for a few cold plunges.

Last renter left bait in refrigerator and even after throwing it out the smell was a bit overwhelming. Missing a toilet paper dispenser in second bathroom. Also parking was fine except leaving the parking have to back all the way out with the way it is configured.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the game selection too. Johnson and Johnson seashore has been a favorite of ours for the past couple years and its just a few min drive from here.

The property is in such a good spot! We were a very short drive away from Flora-Bama in one direction and the State Park Beach access in the other. The pool is spacious and refreshing, but did not ever appear crowded in the 4 days we were there. The benches at the end of each dock are brilliant. We watched sunsets from both docks and got great pictures. Our unit was clean and everything worked well enough to deal with. We ate most meals in the unit so we put it to the test. The AC ran like a champ along with the ceiling fans. I would stay here again.

The property was amazing! The pool was In a great location. The outdoor patio area was nice in the evenings , as well as sunsets from the dock. The condo was well stocked. And for the most part spot on. There was food and trash In pull out bed and underneath, that was one of the only “complaints “ The outdoor space was nice , plenty of room. Owner, Kent is a nice guy. We love the property. Other owners and renters are great. Kent's unit is unique, nice and homey and most importantly, has way more that you tend to find in a Condo. We road Sally out there, except the evening of. The people came together and helped one another. Kent 2as very flexible with stay and costs, given the stay and entire coast was hit by a hurricane. I will go back again and again.

Very centrally located, did not take more than 15 minutes to get to all the events we were excepted to be at for the wedding we were in town for. On our last day we were able to just able to relax and enjoy the view of the bay. We will be renting agian!

Perfect location

You get the best of the coast with this location--river, estuary, and Gulf within a few steps or just half a mile. From the docks we caught crabs and saw dolphins up close (including a baby!). Having the pool so close to the balcony was great for watching our boys swim. The rental includes a loaner kayak, beach equipment, and crab traps. Fully-equipped kitchen and nearby seafood markets made it easy for us to "eat local" without risking the restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo layout is perfect for a small family. Checking In and Out was a breeze. If you are an early riser... the sunrises were beautiful from the balcony. Our son enjoyed the board games that were available. His most favorite was fishing from the dock. We caught Croaker, Pinfish, and several Blue Crabs. We hope to visit again soon.

My siblings & I took my 73 y/o mom to the beach for a long weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean & was stocked with everything you would ever need. Very convenient location just across the road from the beach. We drove 1/2 mile to Perdido Key State Park for beach access. Kent was quick to respond with the only question we had when we got there. I would define recommend this unit!!

This place was great! It was close enough to the beach for us and loved going to the pier to drink coffee. We saw dolphins one morning and they were very close! We actually caught crabs in the trap and a few fish from the dock. I also went out in the kayak and very much enjoyed that! It rained (no lightening) one day so the kids swam in the pool and I loved that there was covered seating by the pool so I didn't get wet. We will stay here again if it's available on our next trip!

Everything was great, supplies are all there. We went to the State beaches which are close everyone was very respectful of each other and keep there distance. The design of the condo has been redone really good. I love the sinks and the creative way that it is decorated. We went Memorial day weekend and didn't go were any of the crowds were.

Nicely decorated and comfortable condo with all the amenities. Extras provided for beach, pool or intercostal activities. Close to restaurants and shops and of course the beach across the street. Florabama is down the street for your local culture fix, great seafood and cocktails at the oyster bar, fantastic sushi at jellyfish bar and a super breakfast at the breakfast club. We’ll be Back.
