4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

The property was very clean and spacious. The only complaint is the comfort of the queen size bed.

Great spot, great space and amenities, bonus parking spaces, lively neighborhood (a plus for us - loved having the Coconut Joe’s live music!) - loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean every night and watching all the dogs play on the beach! Bring shampoo, conditioner, and coffee but otherwise we had what we needed and groceries were super close by (we did do Instacart which was also quick and convenient for us). Would definitely rent here again.

We had so much fun staying here. The views are spectacular and the location is in the heart of IOP, with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance to the condo. We came for the Lowcountry Oyster Festival at Boone Hall but will definitely be back! The beds were really comfortable too. It was nice to have 2 designated parking spots, as well.

The location of this property is superb, proximity to the beach (right outside your door), restaurants and shopping. The condo was bigger in person, very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size. The only complaint is this facility (building) allows pets and we had a neighbor with a dog that barked incessantly. Otherwise, lovely property!

We loved the condo! It is large enough for 5 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for the amount of cooking we did. I loved the fact we could bring the dog too!

Everything was clean and bed was so soft. The towels were luxurious. We could look out and see the ocean. It was the perfect place and they got back to us right away. We stayed an extra day which was wonderful and even went the extra mile to find us a hotel to stay in if we needed accommodation longer. They were very kind and thoughtful. I would rate a 5 star

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was super convenient and the condo was as advertised. After reading some reviews, I was a little worried about the noise from Cocunut Joes but it turned out to be a source of entertainment for us and really wasn't very loud, especially inside. The kids LOVED the pool. Would stay here again.

This is our second time staying in this building, and Sharon with IOP Escapes makes it simple and easy! This particular condo was superb! Clean, comfortable, and a well-appointed kitchen made this a great stay. The ease with leaving the condo and being right on the beach in minutes is truly a selling point for me!

This property is awesome. Great layout, clean and beautiful ocean views! Right in the heart of Isle of Palm! Easy walk to restaurants! Right on the beach!! Everything about it is great and would stay again! And able to work easily from here as well as have fun! Would highly recommend! Great for families and couples alike!!! This is the second time we have stayed here, and we just love it. The condo is very clean, well-kept and updated with nice furniture, bedding and kitchen. It is in the perfect location to everything in the center of Isle of Palms. It is beachfront with a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Our dogs loved hanging out on the balcony as well. The hosts were very helpful when we had questions. We definitely plan to return in the future. .

We absolutely loved this property and had zero issues. It was in a great location in IOP and was extremely clean. We had a great ocean view every day and the property has it’s own beach access, which is very nice. I cannot say enough how much we loved this property and we will be coming back!!

This is our second excellent vacation 2 years in a row at this location and we were not disappointed. The quality and cleanliness of the pet friendly condos, we stayed in last year and this year, was excellent as always and our fur babies love it here. The oceanfront location provides a relaxing atmosphere to watch gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, but yet close to great restaurants and attractions as well. We have found our favorite vacation spot and will be coming back in 2023. Thank you for such a great vacation!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. The communication provided before and during our stay exceeded expectations. Great location with easy beach access, covered parking and several excellent restaurants within walking distance. My personal favorite part of the property was the ocean front balcony with comfortable seating and pleasant music from the restaurant next door. This was our first time visiting Isle of Palms and we will definitely be back.

Balcony has stunning views. Beach is so close and easily accessible. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Kitchen well stocked with all cooking needs. Roomy condo. Live music next door was enjoyable while we enjoyed wine on the balcony. Music shuts down around 9pm. Beds were comfortable and showers worked well. Cute decor! All appliances work the way they were suppose to, this place was great… I’ll come again!!!

Nice rental property. Had that be beachy feel in the decor which you always want on a beach vacay. Elevators made traveling with a senior easy. The walkover the dune to the beach from property was difficult for senior but the building is right next to the public access so it was easy and convenient to go that way. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you would need.
