About this villa rental
This beautiful upscale beach villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, its separate living and dining area for 8 guests. It is 15 feet from the main swimming pool and jacuzzi. Just remodeled September. 2022! Stunning modern decor. Master Bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, terrace and ocean view.

Absolutely loved the location! Pool is right outside the door, beach is a 2 minute walk down a set of stairs, felt VERY secure with guards walking at night. I loved being a cheap and easy cab ride from town without the noise and hustle of being right in town. It was never more than a 5 minute wait for a cab. The house was outfitted with all the basics we needed. It was clean, organized and perfect for our large party!

Beautiful space and stay!
La Paloma is THE place to stay in Rosarito! This particular unit was beautiful, secure, well taken care of, well stocked, and right by the pool! Beach was a short walk away, with a club house right on the shore, and gorgeous views in every direction. We felt safe and well taken care of for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks!

We narrowly missed getting keys as the lady who had them was walking out when we got there. 3 bathrooms total, with only 2 of them having one roll of toilet paper each. You have to pay a $50 (cash!) cleaning fee upon checkout. Also have to wash dishes and take out trash or will be charged another $40! Otherwise, the place was clean, comfortable and very secure. Pool & hot tub steps from your door. Location is perfect with surf breaks right out front! Only a $5 cab ride to downtown. Owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.....and recommend to others!

Spent the weekend with family and had an amazing time. The villa was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed with an awesome view and centrally located within the property. We will definitely be back.

This place was amazing! It was located right in front of the pool and a short walk to the beach. Make sure you catch the sunset!
Our group of 8 all stayed comfortably. We didn't notice on the listing but the villa has 3 bathrooms which was key for a big group. We all felt safe and the villa is located a few minutes from downtown. We took a taxi there and it was only $5.
They do charge a $40 cleaning fee when you check in, we missed our towel replacement but they did leave a note saying they came by to replace them but had missed us. We made sure to clean up and took the trash out - didn't have a problem with the deposit refund. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall had an amazing time and the Condo was well located. Only issue was the security seemed to be very strict almost over protective and extremely sensitive to fun. Almost felt like a Helicopter Parent, but that didn't stop us from enjoying a relaxing weekend.

Our family and friends stayed in this villa on our 3 day weekend getaway. The place was nice and neat. We will stay here again in the future, if it's not already booked :). Only suggestion would be that the $40 cleaning fee be advertised up front so it's not a surprise after you you get your reservation confirmed.

So me and my friends went out to rosarito for spring break last minute. We booked Zaira’s villa & it was a great decision! The villa is beautiful and more than what we expected, the amenities of the Paloma are great as well! Hot tub, pool, off the beach & literally a 7 mins walk from rosarito and papas & beer. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was comfortable. We were all really pleased with the stay! Only thing i would suggest is the WiFi be upgraded. It was really slow and we couldn’t really use it, so for my friend who didn’t have international data, he was kinda screwed. But would definitely stay again in the future!
