Whether grilling on the terrace, relaxing in the sauna, in front of the stove or in a cozy round at the large dining table: Modern and high-quality furnishings created immediately feel-good atmosphere.

Park your car in the parking lot reserved for you in front of the house and join us on a flat inspection: On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped, open kitchen. At the dining table with solid solid wood panel you can sit on comfortable designer chairs. Or you can enjoy in the cozy sitting area with sofa bed and leather armchairs the fireplace or the TV program on a large flat screen TV.

The sauna with adjoining floor-level large-capacity shower is right next door - also in the apartment.

The terrace is fully furnished and invites you to barbecue.
