Localização excelente, a 5 minutos da Praça de Espanha e da Gran Via. Tem o metro a 2 minutos. O apartamento era bastante espaçoso.
Um dos quartos não ter forma de isolar a entrada da luz exterior

- La cabine de douche fuyait de partout et donc la salle de bain était toujours trempée

The location is ok. Tv in the apartment. Fridge was working...
Awful beds. Its a disgrace! Literally a hole in the middle of the bed in the living room.
The madrass on the other one- in the bedroom- is way too soft! It shapes under my weight and moves. Really bed experience.
Awful pillows. Really grosse sleeping conditions.
The bed was not prepared for us coming at 23.00... it was set as a sofa and when I pulled it out it was visible that the sheets weren't changed before our arrival.
No cleaning even though we stayed in the apt for 5 nights. It should be included for that price.
The only good thing is that the Madrid is gorgeous and we walked a lot -while sleeping quite awful, so we were way too tired to complain about the conditions in the apartment.

清潔でキッチン用品も揃っていて洗濯機も使いやすかった。洗面、シャワーブースも広く滞在分のタオルも置いてあった。
寝室も別部屋でベッドも広く寝心地も良かった。

War viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt.. sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und ish nit wirklich sauber..

Apartamento amplo, com móveis de boa qualidade e confortáveis. O controle de temperatura funcionava bem. Acesso fácil e ótima localização. O fato de ter estacionamento conveniado também foi importante pois o centro de cidades grandes sempre são difíceis para quem chega de carro. O valor do estacionamento também era abaixo da média do local.
A cozinha era sofrível: não tinha cafeteira expressa (tivemos que comprar café em pó), faltavam acessórios e um pouco mais de louças, as panelas estavam mal dimensionadas para o fogão (não se conseguia usar duas juntas), não tinha toalha para mesa (ou jogos americanos) e definitivamente as fotos eram melhores que a realidade.

Nice flat, comfy bed and very close to the gran via! Staff is nice and they speak good English. Very easy to find the property and we could leave the luggages in the storage. Overall I really recommend this place!
I asked them a couple of times to send me an email to confirm my booking because I had a problem with the payment but they replied only in the booking . com chat without really confirming it.

Binnenkomen was makkelijk, dicht bij de metro en een, goed en goedkoop, ontbijtje op de hoek van de straat.
Kamer was niet klaar bij aankomst en nog niet toen we laat in de middag terugkwamen.

La zona es muy bonita y se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios de interés. El apartamento está bien equipado. El personal de recepción nos colaboró en todo lo que necesitábamos.
Un poco fría, la calefacción no es regulable por los huéspedes, huele un poco a humedad.

La ubicación y el equipamiento del departamento
muy incomodo, improvisado el apartamento habitaciones muy pequeñas y era un último piso sin ascensor y nunca me informaron ese aspecto, el cual hubiera sido decisivo para tomar el departamento, ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor, un niño y llenos de maletas.

Mazing Place, Close to everywhere. Feels like home. I will recommend this place. A guide messages through WhatsApp before arrival which was very helpful because we were arriving a bit late. Very friendly staff.

El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado y los servicios de la habitación eran más que suficientes. Estuvimos muy cómodos y, al tener entrada independiente, pudimos hacer los planes de noches que quisimos. Las habitaciones son bastante privadas y no tienes vecinos en la pared contigua con lo que tienes bastante intimidad.
Si bien es cierto que es muy positivo que te permiten guardar las bolsas el día de la llegada antes de entregarte la habitación y también la recogida de las mismas el día después de la salida, es cierto que el espacio que tiene para ello es bastante pequeño y si llevas maletas grandes será complicado que puedas maniobrar con ellas.

La ubicación muy buena. El personal de limpieza muy amable.
No es luminoso como en las fotos, tampoco tiene mucha luz artificial.
Es super ruidoso, se escuchan muchos ruidos por la noche.
Habia mucha humedad.
Habia toallas usadas colgadas de otras personas cuando llegamos.

Единственный дискомфорт окно в спальней.Когда кто-нибудь идёт по лестнице включается свет,а ролеты не защищают от света ночью,приходится просыпаться по несколько раз.Рекомендую повесить тёмные и плотные шторы,которые будут препятствовать проникновению шуму и света

Limpio, tranquilo, buena ubicación, sistema de calefacción regulable, tiene ascensor, espacioso, camas cómodas, mobiliario muy nuevo, cada habitación tenía su propio baño con ducha, buen precio.
Aunque la calefacción se puede regular al gusto, se agradecería un edredón un poco más caliente para el invierno (para mi gusto, no es nada determinante, la cama es muy cómoda)

Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc.) und die Klimaanlage leistungsstark. Die Lage ist echt ausgezeichnet, da sehr zentral gelegen inmitten eines coolen Szeneviertels von Madrid. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Zum Flughafen braucht man mit der Metro eine Stunde.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, was bei einem Städtetrip zum Glück nicht so ins Gewicht gefallen ist. Die Lüftung im Bad war wirklich sehr laut und es ist alles sehr hellhörig aufgrund dünner Wände bzw. Türen. Die Mikrowelle wollte ich besser auch nicht benutzen da sie etwas müffelte.

A localização é razoável em razão do preço. Hotel é próximo de cafeterias e pequenos mercados.
Não indico esse hotel. Cama é péssima. Fiquei com tanta dor no corpo que saí do hotel um dia antes de terminar o prazo da hospedagem. Não tem serviço de limpeza nenhum nem mesmo recolha de lixo, nada! Chuveiro com água muito fraca. Não tem vista ou janelas amplas, há apenas uma pequena janela na cozinha. Em cima da cama há um vidro pelo qual entra toda a claridade e se torna impossível dormir ou descansar um pouco mais. E o pior, reservei somente porque dizia que tinha uma máquina lava E SECA e eu ia precisar dessa comodidade, porém a máquina era penas de lavar! Descrição enganadora!

Struttura situata in un bel quartiere, tranquillo con tanti locali nei dintorni. Centro raggiungibile a piedi e comodo alla Metro. Appartamento ampio con arredi minimal, bagno piccolissimo e cucina ben attrezzata. personale alla reception veramente gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Si avvertono insistenti rumori provenire dalla struttura lignea del tetto.

All the staff worked very hard to accommodate you to the best of their abilities, they all are super friendly and willing to make you feel at home. Apartment area is comfortable. Room and bathroom were completely. The building has a great location and you'll definitely feel sure walking in and out at any time. Overall it's a great option around Madrid and will definitely take it into account if I ever visit again.
This is not a negative feedback nor dislike, it's just something to take into account. Our room collided with the building's stairway so it got quite noisy sometimes. If you have trouble sleeping get some earplugs or something related so you will not be disturbed.

La ubicació era genial, l'espai era suficient i el preu també.
Els llençols tenien pols d'estar tancats o alguna cosa semblants, al ser al·lèrgic vaig dormir molt malament.

La ubicación del hotel y la limpieza y comodidad de la habitación.
A pesar de estar en una zona muy transitada y con bares no tuvimos ningún problema de ruidos
Solo hay un estor para bloquear la luz en la habitación por lo que es difícil conseguir oscuridad para dormir.
