Reviewer Comments:
Twelve of us stayed here and really enjoyed the location, space, amenities, and ease of checking in/out. The entire stay had very good communication from the property management company making sure that we had everything we need before check-in, through checking in and getting settled, to check-out. The two biggest perks of this condo was the location to the slopes with ski lockers and each room had their own bathroom. We filled the place up with our crew and felt very comfortable. Some of the reviews that we had read previously is that much of the furniture was broken, but we did not experience that. Some of the furniture, like the couch is slightly worn, but very comfortable. The condo was clean and neatly decorated. If we come back to Breck with this size crew, we would definitely stay here again.

This was a cool place. It’s fairly dated, but it was in a charming way. The Beaver Run hotel as a whole is very outdated in a bad way—I would not want to stay in a regular hotel room there. Great location though.

We were a group of 15 from Australia and spent 6 nights at this accommodation. You literally walk out the building and onto the slopes. Great for those who didn’t ski all day and those that came back for lunch. The living area was a little smaller than the photos showed but ok. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.

Great place. Accommodated 14 very nicely

This place was perfect for our family of 9. Spacious rooms for our accommodations. Access to the peaks was so convenient. Kitchen was a little dusty but overall perfect. If available in the near future will definitely be our first choice.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful condo!! Kitchen was totally furnished with everything we needed, beds were soooo comfortable and the big table was perfect for family dominoes a couple of nights. There was plenty of space to spread out but also plenty of room to be together. Would definitely stay here again...thank you for a wonderful week of beautiful family memories!!
4.0
The condo adequately accommodated our family of 17 – 10 adults and 7 grandchildren – well in its 6 bedrooms. The large family room was a great gathering space, and the dining room and bar-area table top enabled us to eat together. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and serving dishes, and the double oven and cooktop worked great. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet.
There were a number of deficiencies that warranted a 4-star review. 1) The layout was funky with 2 bedrooms only accessible via a spiral staircase. 2) The furnishings were very dated (living room sofa was uncomfortable and dining room chairs were very wobbly.). The place felt "old" and "tired." 3) Pre-arrival communications were confusing--at times we were dealing directly with Pinnacle the managers and at other times we were told to deal directly with Beaver Run Resort. Got mixed messages. Parking is $10/night per vehicle.4) Only 1 elevator to serve 8th floor. Lots of waiting. 5) No air conditioning meant 1 bedroom without outside window was stifling hot. Major bummer. 6) Pool was closed 1 of our 4 days for painting, Disappointment.
Overall it was a good stay (and value for the $) but not great.

The apartment was very spacious and confortable. The quality of the unit wasn't great, many things broken. The building had only 1 elevator for all and it would take you at least 10 minutes to be able to use it. We had a plumbing problem, we talked to the reception and manager, but ended up paying a handyman ourselves to avoid continue to have the smell and discomfort until the sent one from the company.

Perfect location for 2 in ski school and 2 infants. Unit definitely needs a handy man crew but anytime I called property mgr was very responsive. Used Mountain Tots for cribs, strollers, high chairs, baby bath and bucket of toys. Amazing service. Also used atyourbreckencall for grocery and liquor delivery. Everything was there by the time we got there. Pinnacle properties worked great with them. Will definitely be back.
3.0
The ease of getting to the slopes and town were great. The inside needs a handyman. For example: There were chairs ready to collapse, a dresser with drawers falling out, a bathroom without a doorknob, a bathroom that won’t unlock. and a room we struggled to get above 60 deg.
4.0
This was a really great place for my sisters bachelorette party. It was nice because it was in a resort so you had access to their shuttle which took you all over downtown or wherever you needed. It also provided multiple bathrooms so each room would have their own. The hardest part was the check in. It was unclear how to get in and where to go.
Although the front desk staff was amazing and very helpful!
4.0
Room for all 19 of us. We had 6 family groupings, which meant that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The 1 queen bedroom was hot for middle July without an outside window for ventilation, but all other rooms were good! We had a great time in beautiful nature exploring, then dining in town.

My intention is to bring attention to the lack of function, amenities and hospitality that was experienced during our trip to Breckenridge. First, prior to arriving to the "penthouse", we were given little to no information regarding what the physical appearance would actually entail. I felt as if the lack of photos and details regarding the suites was a tactic to sell us on an property that was nothing like we imagined. Upon arrival, it was clear that we were duped. Two of the suites had zero power, 5 out of 6 rooms did not have cooling or heating. Only half the suites were renovated to expectation. Most shockingly the master suite hadn’t been renovated since what looks like the early 2000s. Every room had a different kind of thermostat (which didn’t work.) There was a lack of basic hygiene products including toilet paper, soap etc. Amenities such as the Speaker, Keurig, TVs, humidifiers, hair dryers and basic light switches were completely broken. One of the most frustrating aspects of this trip, was all 10 of the “locker keys” on the back of the door were dead keys. Not a single one opened the lockers we were promised with our stay. We spent several hours trying to figure it out and didn’t get much help from your customer service team. It took reaching out to the resort security team who took it into their own hands to physically make us new keys and new locks bc not a single one worked. The balcony in the main living room was unusable, the sliding door would not engage so we could not enjoy another amenity we paid for. The Management company didn't seem to have a clue on this specific property. Told we would be sent a code for entry, we didn't. It uses a hotel card. They had absolutely no knowledge of the ski lockers that were associated with this unit. I am sincerely dissatisfied and disappointed in our experience. We have traveled to Breckenridge 10+ times and have never felt less taken care of.

A group of friends of my wife and I joined us to celebrate our marriage earlier this year. This condo was amazing for everyone. We felt like we were living out a celebrity’s life. The condo was clean with the right Colorado touches. And the bathrooms were amazing. Beautiful remodel. Everything was clean and the resort amenities were also amazing. I particularly loved calling a number to have wood delivered for the fireplace. The fire was always going and really added to the experience. Only slight drawback was smoke would billow back into the room. Chimney or flew may need cleaning/adjusting, but once we realized what was happening opening some windows fixed it. Plus, it would get so warm we needed to open some windows anyways. Overall a fantastic experience with the condo and resort.

We have a large group that travels to different ski resorts. Peak 9 Penthouse was a great experience. Everything was in good shape and clean and the staff is just fantastic.

Size was good for 16 of us - 8 adults, 8 kids. Nice place. Penthouse includes 4 ski lockers (was told one). Little delay fixing heater in one room, but worked out ok. Each room has a bathroom and thermostat. On site, ski in/ out was awesome! Parking very expensive. Overall, very nice and would stay there again.

This spot was incredible. Easy ski in, ski out! Well kept and very clean!

We received notice 2 days before we arrived that the balcony was under repair and we would get a $200 refund. It was obvious that the doors had been screwed shut for a very long time…in fact no one was able to access their balcony in the entire building!!! We had this property booked since the first of the year and the listing said nothing about having no access to the outside. We occupied a penthouse that had 6 bedrooms and there was no way we could go outside unless we went down to the first floor. The property is advertised as Air-conditioned but there is only portable Air-conditioners they hook up to the windows. The main living area’s doors were screwed shut so there was no way to get the cooler air. The West sun made it very hot. We were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the mountain view or air from lodging.
The unit was well supplied but not exactly as advertised.

We had a large family group and because Breck is so booked up this year, we had to settle for this large condo rather than a house. Having booked our stay several months ago, we got a text message on our drive up that the balcony would be off limits due to construction and that we were being credited a measly $200 (our total cost was several thousand). It was too late to argue or find an alternative, so we just checked in. Not having a balcony was a real bummer. This condo complex is like a maze and getting to fresh air outside was a trek — not what we left the heat of Texas to do. They should have let us know about the balcony earlier and given us the option to cancel because of it. Aside from that, the building as a whole is becoming run down and so is this particular penthouse unit (pictures are deceiving). In short, I’d avoid Beaver Run altogether during the summer, when its excellent ski in sk out location is irrelevant.
2.0
We wish we had been told that the access to the balcony was blocked off and unusable, before we arrive so we could have made the decision of staying or not. Other than that it was very nice staying there. The area and living quarters were great!
2.5
My family and I had a lovely time. The condo had plenty of space for everyone
2.5
Great spot close to everything. Plenty of space for 10 adults, front desk were on top of things. One of the beds had a spring that kept digging in one of my guests hip no big deal maybe flip the mattress. Also, water pressure in kitchen sink was very weak (I'm a hand washer)
Gave amazing recommendations for chefs which we utilized. Shout out to Chris! All in all highly recommend. Did not disappoint, my husband and his friends loved everything.

Penthouse
Great property for the slopes. Location is great. Living room is large enough to entertain 15 at one time.

Good place for larger group
Didn't understand the 2 rooms that were across the hall and could find them until we went down the circular stairs. Might need some additional clarification? In addition a map showing all the light switches and what lights they turn on-when we got there it was dark and couldn't find all the switches.

Fantastic
Everyone had their own space! Great view!

Overall a good property
Location is a plus and the amenities are great. They could add more shuttles during peak hours.
Oven wouldn’t come up to temperature properly and the kitchen could use some new pots and pans.
Heating system could use a revamp. Hard to get the living room up to temperature.

AMAZING VRBO
We have a family with five sons and the need for separate spaces and this place was absolutely perfect. The Beaver Run facility and staff were beyond impressive every step of the way. This is a true ski-in/ski-out location and it takes a little bit of the hassle of skiing out making the sport more enjoyable than it already is. Awesome property!

Great for a large family gathering
Perfect for a large family gathering. Six bedrooms, each with a bathroom of its own, was large enough for us to have privacy, but the living area was cozy enough for us to feel like we could be close together. We were all so pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Condo with Everything
The Peak Nine Penthouse was everything we expected and more. Eight stories up, with a spectacular view of several peaks and all the amenities right there . The facility and condo were clean and accommodating. The staff at Beaver Run were super nice and the amenities were exceptional . We can't wait to go back and hope to stay in the same unit.

Fabulous condo and wonderful location to ski lifts
We arrived Sunday evening and the condo was sparkling. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is completely stocked (better then my home kitchen). We cooked in each night. Extremely cozy and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Never felt crowded. The view of the mountains from both front and back of condo were breathtaking. Pinnacle management was outstanding. 5 star plus!!

Perfect for our annual guys ski trip!
Plenty of beds and comfortable living room with large TV perfect for our group of guys on annual ski trip. Management was prompt with response for a couple of minor maintenance issues. Waiting for the elevator on a busy ski weekend was annoying, but overall location and access to the slopes was great.

My family of 10 stayed this thanksgiving week and had a blast!
This penthouse was spacious enough for all of us and provided all the cooking equipment we needed. Most of the House has been remodeled except the master bath and we can’t wait to go back when they do that! It’s the perfect location for ski in/out and the resort has plenty of activities for kids!
