Welcome to 4731 CTD #208 Located in Storey Lake Resort! This second floor, spacious end unit condo has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this condo to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's relaxing on your patio with a cup of coffee or enjoying a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a Disney themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone.
Though you may never want to leave the home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.
- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then our property managers inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.
- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.
- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay.
- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property.
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation.
Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund provided.
Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner.

General Property Information
- This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 6 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed this maximum number provided.
- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee.

We absolutely loved this location. It was close to everything! It is a quiet location. We didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities because we were on the go the entire time. We had an issue with the AC our first night and they were on it quite quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean. Kitchen has all the gadgets but we don’t cook on vacay.
Only con was second bedroom doesn’t have any drawers
No dresser, no nightstands with drawers. No place to put stuff that’s not hanging like lingerie etc.
Beds were a softer than we like but that’s a personal preference.

The unit is ideal for 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was quiet, and there is plenty of parking. Getting to the DW entrance is VERY easy and quick. A big plus was having access to the two community club houses which have swimming pools, playground, food concession and bar. It was also great that transport to the club houses can be arranged via golf cart.

We loved this condo and would stay there again anytime. I have a couple of suggestions, however; the refrigerator door with the water/ice dispenser does not work properly, the pots and pans need to be replaced, and the tile floors were not clean. These are easily fixed and would not deter us from staying at this beautiful place.

The unit was absolutely impeccable! Very spacious and modern, and just perfect for our trip. My pre-teen daughters loved the Mickey room and the other rooms and bathrooms were very impressive. The host maintained great communication in the days leading up to check-in, and during my stay. I actually sent him a message late Sunday night because I was having an issue with the thermostat (nothing wrong with it, I just didn’t know how to change the setting), which I didn’t think he would respond to until the following morning, but he responded right away! Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The communication from the host was helpful and we had no trouble following the directions to get into the complex and into the condo. When we came in, we were all pleasantly surprised by how clean and well decorated and arranged it was. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Kitchen was nice and well appointed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were large. The furniture and beds were comfortable, although my daughter did complain that one of the twin mattresses was very firm. I know that can be just a matter of taste. Another thing worth noting, there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms. This was not a concern temperature wise, but if you are someone who likes the noise at night you may want to download an app for white noise. The condo’s thermostat was a little hard to understand how to adjust but we were able to and perfectly comfortable. Grocery store is right down the road, which was also convenient and it was just a few minutes to the Disney parks. We did not get to use any of the amenities because we were too busy enjoying the parks, but the complex was very nice. Overall, everyone raves about how nice it was and it even led to some discussions about purchasing a vacation condo in the same complex.

Condo is conveniently located to Walt Disney World and many restaurants/stores. Communication with property management and check in process were both great. Overall the condo was clean however the floors could have used another sweep & mopping. All of our socks were dirty after walking on the floors. The front door could use another dead bolt. The door didn’t seal/close tight. I took a picture of the gap. This is out of the property manager’s control, but the foot traffic & noise from upstairs was aggravating. Sounded like several people running back and forth in the unit beginning around 5:30 am. No sleeping in for us on this vacation. Overall we had a good experience and would stay @ this condo again in the future because of the location.

This is our 3rd time staying at Story Lake. Its a great location- close to the parks and tons of shopping options close by. The pool and amenities at the Hideaway Club are great - Michelle and Tracy are the best bartenders! The only complaint I have is the condos can be loud. We were on the second floor and I dont know what the family upstairs was doing, but everynight between 3 and 4am, I could hear what sounded like a basketball being bounced. It was noisy every evening and morning. If youre a light sleeper, I would recommend getting the top floor or a townhouse. Other than that, it was perfect!
