Colazione senza buffet ma ottima la qualità, personale gentile e disponibile

La cassaforte non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto chiedere la pulizia giornaliera perché alla reception ci avevano detto che era prevista solo ogni due giorni

Perfekní, doporučuji

Perfektní lokalita kousek od jedné z nejlepší pláže na ostrově. Skvělé snídaně na střeše. Milý a vstřícný personál.

Snad jen značný hluk z okolní ulice. Hlavně kohouti kokrhají celou noc.

Petit déjeuner, propreté, proche plage, Location scooter depuis l'hotel, personnel très accueillant.

Nous avions le bungalow en bord de route, assez bruyant avec du monde jusque tard dehors. Dans la mesure du possible, essayez de d'éviter celui en bord de route.

Das Personal gibt sich unglaublich viel Mühe. Leider haben wir aber wenig Schlaf bekommen.

Der Service ist toll! Wir hatten zunächst das Family House und wechselten dann in ein Bungalow. Das Bungalow ist schön und modern ausgestattet. Im Familienhaus gibt es eine Küchenzeile.

Wir sind aus dem Family House ausgezogen weil die Klimaanlage extrem laut war. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Außerdem wohnen hinter den Holzpaneele Salamander oder ähnliches. Man hörte die ganze Nacht etwas im Zimmer knistern. Das lies uns ebenfalls nicht zur Ruhe kommen. Bei den Bungalows muss man wissen, dass nebenan ein Hühnerstall ist, es ist also ab 5 Uhr morgens unfassbar laut weil die Hühner unterbrochen schreien. Man hat uns vorgewarnt. Leider kann die Unterkunft nichts dagegen unternehmen.

First stay was better

The ambience as always was aesthetically pleasing

The sink smells when its dry and when it gets wet the smell lingers. There was no dental kit. The shower head sprays on the side so the toilet paper got wet. The TV was useless since only 1 channel was working and lastly the wifi comes and goes.

Staff was very nice and polite and the hotel is very cute as you see in the pictures.

Rooms were quite small but overall we had a nice stay.

Both rooms and the whole resort were really beautiful with some nice space to chill out. The staff was really kind and helpful :)

Calm, comfortable and worth every penny.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great AC and finally a hot shower with decent pressure (best shower we’ve had in Asia and we’ve been here months!!!). Free water refills & coffee, also breakfast which is lovely! The staff were so kind when our ferry was cancelled due to weather so we arrived a day later than planned and changed our reservation for us with no hassle or extra cost - we were most grateful. We rented a scooter from the hotel for a reasonable price which was great to explore Santa Fe. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Me and my family had a fantastic time. We will definitely come back someday

The Ambience and how cozy the single rooms. I loved how the the Inn’s is set up! It feels like home sorrounding with trees and plants.

To be honest everything about the property is good. Nothing is wrong with it. Maybe they used all the property with certain things like planted plants everywhere and no more parking space.

Will definitely recommend!

Clean, helpful staff, yummy breakfast, pizza and ribs were superb!

Very noisy neighbors especially on early morning, you can hear people and car from your room.

The food is just great!!! Nice rooms with everything you need, friendly owner, nice staff, scooter rental, all good!

We wished there were more healthy and vegetarian options in the Menu, like Salads, bowls or just more variations. We loved the food and would rather eat here at the restaurant, than somewhere else, but you dont want to eat pizza or soup every day :) There are a view animals in the roof, you can hear. It did not bother us, but you see the dust and dirt from the Bamboo deck all over the floor, cause they might have their Nest in between.

MEDIOCRE ACCOMMODATIONS

Great restaurant and staff

Roosters would wake us up at 4 AM. Had to walk across to get to the beach that was filled with fishing boats

Exceptional

Good value for money! Clean and big room, nice ambiance, great food, near the beach and most of all they have a stable internet! Survived my 2 days shift while there and that was peak season 😁 so I would assume a really fast internet on regular days. Definitely great for online freelancers like me!

They don't have hot sauce for pizza 😅

Amenities were lacking like: Bath Towel that is not frayed or worn-out, Blanket that is not too light, but a little thicker comfortable. Should disclose what kind of Bathroom shampoo/conditioner are in the Containers. Why is there a Tub & Cup for water in the toilet? Is the shower not good enough?

Exceptional

Our room was beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed. The beach was just near and it was not far from the food market. The hosts were super kind with us, they provide us some food for my brother who was sick and a little picnic breakfast for the ferry at 4h30 a.m.They helped us with the transfer to the port as well. Thanks a lot!

Best place to stay in Bantayan.

Beautiful Hotel, Rose,Carl and Tony are really nice. The house was really big comfortable. The breakfast has the necessary options and it is good. From Thursdays to weekend you can eat in the restaurant too, small menu but nice food. A special thank you to Rose who was super helpful every time I needed support and to Tony who was always available to take me around with his motorcycle. Definitely the best place to stay in Bantayan!

Superb

The room was better than I expected. It was bigger than what I was expecting based on the picture and a lot cozier. It's clean and spacious. The bathroom is also clean and everything's working fine. Wifi is a bit unstable sometimes but understandable since it's an island. Mobile data is good even inside the room. Around 20-min walk from the town proper/Kota beach. Also very near Ogtong Cave and The Ruins. They also helped me to rent a motorcycle (which is cheap). The staff members were all great and friendly. I love the free breakfast and their (unlimited) coffee.

The bungalow is at the hotel's entrance and by the road so I could hear people talking outside. But not a big deal - it's still quiet, especially at night.
