Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.

This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020). New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings. Unit has a full kitchen and bath with granite counter tops.
Don't miss out!

The unit is just a quick walk from the beach.

Unit is fully furnished and has a flat screen TV and WiFi connectivity.

This studio unit comes with no assigned parking, but there is ample no-cost parking on Mission Blvd. and in one nearby parking lot that allows overnight parking.

Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks. This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend.

This stay was for myself and my teenage son. No problems checking in or out. There is overnight parking 2 streets over facing the park, no issues there. The place was perfect for 2 people, he took the couch and I took the bed. It worked out great. The fold-down bed was EXTREMELY soft, too much for anyone with a bad back, but ideal if you like a pillow-soft mattress. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. I appreciated the keurig, the pots and pans, and even some basic spices. Everything was clean and in working order. The stove works great as does the refrigerator. You are literally a 30 second walk from the beach and the boardwalk and maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the bay. This location couldn't be any better. Maybe a 5 min walk to Bellmont park too. We went to SeaWorld and took an uber, it cost $10 including the tip so still cheaper than parking at Sea World. I would stay again.

This condo was great for me and my husband! Super small but VERY clean and had everything we needed. No AC however the owner provided 2 fans which were more than enough to keep us cool. I will say: although it was perfect for us 2, it would be cramped with another person. Although the owner provided us with check in directions, we still stumbled around in the dark at 10pm for a half hour trying to find the entrance so make sure to chat with the owner beforehand and make sure you have very clear directions to find it. In addition to that, the patio for the unit above is directly on the ceiling of this unit and while it didn’t really bother us, if you are particular about loud noises you may want to check with the owner to see if anyone is renting the above units as the kids running literally shook our ceilings. Other than that, the only other suggestion I have is more lighting (the fan light was very dim as well as a dim lamp). Everything else was great! Location is AMAZING and just steps from the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

Great location. As mentioned in previous posts.. mattress definitely needs replacing and upgrade in pillows. Would be nice to have access to beach umbrella and chairs as most travelers are there for the beach and consider electronic locking system as one set of keys isn’t practical as couples sometimes go in opposite directions and do not return at the same time. Everything one would need was available in the unit. If it’s important the mattress was either a full or MAYBE a queen if it matters. The owner was extremely personable and communication though not needed was great..please be mindful of leaving laundry in the washer and dryer as others may want to use.Would I stay again…probably

the studio was perfect for me. I only wish the lighting in the bathroom was better. Just steps from the beach, and the little table out side was perfect to have lunch on. the murphy bed was comfy and I did sleep well. At my age the TV was a challenge!! LOL My daughter and son in law were upstairs so they helped me with that. After I arrived I really did not speak with the owner.

The location of the studio truly couldn't have been better. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. The offsite parking was not an issue. The property was quite small which we had gathered from reviews ahead of time. The size wasn't really an issue for the two of us, but it was lacking some storage space. The closet was almost full with extra linens and cleaning supplies-perhaps adding some hangers would be a nice addition. With the Murphey bed down, the closet also wasn't easily accessible. The studio is one of three properties in the building, just to keep in mind if you were looking for a quieter location. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This property is good for 2 people who don't mind sharing a very tight space. The bed was WAY TOO SOFT and nearly impossible for 2 people b/c you would be sleeping on top of one another. My friend slept on the couch. Hangers, a luggage rack and hooks would be really nice to have to allow for unpacking and more space, invest in a new mattress it will make a huge difference to people. The neighbors were really loud 2 of the 4 nights and made sleeping impossible. Overall it's a great place to stay but be aware of these points if you book this property.

The unit was perfect for two people, offered a full fridge and stove, along with cabinets full of dishes and utensils to use. The room is perfect and so close to Belmont and Mission Beach. Parking is close everywhere

Property was clean and very close to beach, parking was alittle difficult due to the fact you had to park away from the property...It was alittle small for my boyfriend and I, the Murphy bed was comfortable but very hard to get around and get in and out of bed...I think i would get something alittle bigger with an actual bedroom next time... The people that were on top of us were very loud and noisey even into the night not very courtesy knowing people were staying beneath them... Nice experience!

Parking was not a problem at the overnight parking lot which was only a block from the apartment. Everything you needed or could want was in the apartment & close by. Easy access.

Overall my stay at this unit was better than good. The unit was clean, nicely decorated + had all the kitchen accessories one would need. The apartment is located in the lower back area, but easy access. Location is prime, you're only 4 houses down from the boardwalk & beach, very nice!!! Note, I did reach out to the renting agent to alert them to some found issues, nothing major, but never received a response back. Also, one should know the unit has no AC, which is noted the unit profile. But the unit did get fairly warm during mid 70's temperatures even with 2 provided box fans. Finding nearby street parking can be a challenge in the evening, but I always found something on the other side of Mission Blvd, just make sure you observe the posted parking schedules.

This spot is a gem. It’s nestled perfectly in a safe feeling environment surrounded by other beach goers. You are exactly 100 big steps from the beach and I can’t say enough of how convenient the location is. Belmont park is two blocks away, Cannonball became my favorite restaurant here and it’s right by Belmont. Amazing food and convenient stores are within walking distance! Will 100% be staying here again.

Wasn't a bad location but we had to keep our car in public parking which resulted in a ticket on our last night. But otherwise not bad, the airflow with the windows open is better at night but during the day it was warmer, granted it was a warm week when we went but since there wasn't any central air we got a bit sweaty. Wouldn't mind another stay btu when may in an upper unit or in the cooler months.
