Two spacious bedrooms with tons of sleeping space can accommodate up to eight guests quite comfortably. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and trundle day bed (two twins), as well as an attached bathroom that also connects to the hallway. The kids will be right at home in the second bedroom, with one bunk bed (two twin-size beds) and two more twin-size beds. With all of the sleeping space, this unit is absolutely perfect for families!

Loved the amount of sleeping space there was. Had everything we needed from pots and pans to a potato/cucumber peeler. Close by a beach access we could just walk to and a shower outside to rinse off.

Front double entry door not very secure. You can just pull doors open when locked.

The location was terrific. The place was cute and comfortable. The management company however needs to pay closer attention to several details. The fixes are easy and inexpensive and offer a much better customer experience. The handles and knobs on the cabinets were all loose, and the shower fixtures were all caked with buildup and difficult to operate. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or filters. I would suggest at least including more basic amenities such as coffee, filters, sugar, salt and pepper. Also needs larger shampoo dispenser...perhaps a larger capacity wall mounted refillable one. We were provided just a single use small bottle for each bathroom...for 4 people and 3 nights. Basic amenities were overly skimpy and cheapened the experience unfortunately.
The guidebook is outdated and has conflicting information from the app. Overall, more attention to detail is needed.

Very convenient to every thing on the island.
Only negative. The musty, moldy smell, which seemed to get stronger when the air conditioner was on. Seems to be a HVAC issue.

Very clean. Dish didn't work half of our Mon thru Fri stay but was taken care of via owner and vacasa midway. Very clean. Short short hike to beach. Only negative, back yard has enclosed yard. Let my dogs back there and I didn't realize it was spikey stickers area. Like serious stickers! My little dogs got hurt back there. Had to cutt my shih tzu's hair in many spots. He actually bled from those stickers.
Would I stay there again? Yes I would. But I probably won't, I will pick new place cause I like to not stay in same place twice.

WE LEFT A DAY EARLY. If that isn’t telling…
Stars for easy beach access and first floor for elderly dog access (blessing in disguise as upstairs renters sounded like stomping giants around 6 every morning - Yay for a restful vacation, not).
NO TV. It was laughable. 3 kids under 8, cold rainy long holiday weekend.
We rented for Thanksgiving and as Texans we wanted to watch football! And it was cold and raining! Nope!!! No TV!!! Listing has/advertise direct tv. We attempted to resolve the issue and it was never fixed. The Vacasa help person said that the main unit/box to make the WHOLE SYSTEM function was in the unit ***upstairs*** which we WERE NOT LOCATED IN. They said they would reach out to the upstairs renters to troubleshoot and I replied “well it looks like they just left” since we saw them leave. How can you charge >$200 per night and then expect the renter to have to rely on a complete stranger to help troubleshoot a basic and advertised feature of the rental!?!? Who can tell if the upstairs renter purposefully disabled the unit so their own kids couldn’t access tv? ALSO, the Vacasa help recommend we go to a Redbox and they would reimburse us for the video rental HAHAHAHA there as NO TV remote in the family room therefore it was impossible to change the input. We tried the master bedroom TV and there were no cords to actually connect the dvd player to the tv (there were random cords but none served to connect the dvd player to the tv). My husband actually laughed, threw his hands up and asked me “did we really pay $1200 to rent this place?!?”
NO vacuum as advertised.
NO beach towels (in my humble opinion this should be spelled out as it is a beach rental).
BE AWARE OF THE BATHROOM ADJACENT TO KIDS ROOM (it was not obvious in the photos and the description that there are tile stairs down into the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the bunk beds (This could be treacherous for young families). Also the bathroom light in that bathroom never did work. We only had the light from the shower in that bathroom.
We left a day early.
We got the check out instructions on Sunday after we were already home. They offered about $140 for the inconvenience. We really should have been offered at least one day rental and then some.
We cleaned up everything and followed the instructions exactly.
This was the first time I’ve complained about a rental via vrbo. All past rentals have been great. No Vacasa ever again!!!

The house was the perfect size. The ground floor location for our dogs was why I chose this place. The beach access is across the street. The home has very easy wash out location so you can rinse off all the stuff you take to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious & the bathrooms have walk in showers. The kitchen has all the things you need to make & serve meals. Coffee makers. Big fridge. Lots of storage space. The AC works really well all the room stay cool. The washer & dryer are in a little room outside of the kitchen. We loved our stay & will be back!

Great location, but could improve
Really enjoyed our time at this house it’s located in a great area- just a block away from the beach. Nice decor and general cleanliness. Had issues with the plumbing, one of the toilets broke and the sink wouldn’t drain consistently and caused a bad smell. Fortunately we had great help from Mario who got both fixed but the smell stuck around for a couple days. Highly recommend for smaller families making low maintenance meals!

Not again!!
Was full of roaches, they were all over our groceries we brought in. We even had some crawling on the babies. The people upstairs were so loud partying stomping had people coming in and out all night. Even had one of them ask my 16 yr old daughter to come party with them. Floors were not clean at all. I just feel I spent a lot of money to get my daughters mind off of her miscarriage and it was a disaster. Oh and front door was hard to lock

Perfect getaway
Loved the location! Everything was as it seems online. I would only add a drip coffee maker (they said there was one but we were unable to locate it). Also, the drainage smell can become terrible after several of us showered.
I would stay here again without a doubt. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (and could have had a few more).

Very Nice
Comfortable, quiet, and close to everything. Well furnished. We did not cook much, but there seemed to be ample utensils. We were able to have our two small dogs with us which was a plus.

This house is amazing. Fully stocked with items you will need. The owner was in town during our visit and was very welcoming as well as accommodating. This house has been renovated and gives you a very contemporary vibe. We will definitely be back.

Favorite place to stay!
We love this house! It was our second time to stay here and this time we rented both floors! The house is beautifully styled and so great for kids. The beach access is right across the street and the nature lot in front of the house allows for unobstructed views!

A good staff makes the difference for us.
We are grateful for the excellent job performance by Eric and Lena. They are quick to respond to any issue and will go out of their way if necessary. Upon leaving the unit we forgot a laptop computer in its leather carry case. Lena and Eric responded to our request to ship it to our permanent address and it arrived on schedule without any damage. Thanks for Lena and Eric.
