I have just finished renovating this home to match or in some cases exceed the amenities provided in my other vacation rental home located on the same block "Captain Andy's". This home features a mirror image floor plan to Captain Andy's and shares the same color scheme, sleeping options and a nearly identical tasteful, clean & uncluttered décor. A wonderful stay at Captain Andy’s Too. Just like other reviews stated, the house had all that a family would need; well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach gear, even board games (we brought some too). Comfortable, clean & relaxing living spaces. The views from every room of the house are perfect! We loved sitting out on the spacious decks; morning, noon, and night. Of course we loved being on the beach and hearing the ocean 24/7, so calming. This area was not overcrowded which is what we wanted. Area restaurants were all great, all provided takeout option. Perfect if you have a dog with you and dont want to leave them alone. Andy, the host, was great with communications and offering tips. Our young adult children found places to go in the evenings to get out for a little bit (golf, ice cream, etc) A wonderful spot to vaca at. Wish we didn’t have to leave. We will rent this home again.

Andy made everything about renting and staying at Captain Andy’s Too an absolute delight! My family and I have been renting NC beach houses for over 35 years. This is by far the best! Layout, cleanliness and upkeep were stellar. Every aspect of the house was well stocked! The kitchen kept several cooks happy and successful.

The house is very pretty, clean and everything worked perfectly. We loved the walk in showers and the deck shower as well as the kitchen. South Topsail Beach is not very crowded and has nice shops.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Captain Andy’s Too! It’s in a beautiful location right on the beach, and the house is very clean and well equipped. Such a great place to spend Spring Break! We will definitely be back!

The property is right on the beach and has amazing views. Large deck on both floors for hanging out, downstairs rooms with queens have a walkthrough for bathroom and its assessable through which is great. House layout is great as all rooms have direct beach view and deck access. Well stocked kitchen.

This was our first time at South Topsail Beach. We loved it! The house was emmaculate and far exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals.The owner did a fabulous job on the new deck and the outside enclosed shower was a hit! The view from the deck was spectacular! We will definitely consider booking in the future!

I could not give a higher recommendation for Captain Andy’s Too. Andy was very easy to work with and the house was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. My 7 year old loved the outdoor shower and it was easy to wash everybody’s sand off before coming into the house after a day at the beach. We loved the latching gates on the decks for our dogs. We hope to be able to come back next year. Had a fantastic time.

We had an amazing time at Captain Andy’s Too! The house is beautiful, well kept, and in a perfect location for a relaxing stay on the beach. Captain Andy was very responsive and thought of everything when stocking the house. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from the deck and every bedroom in the house. There’s something about waking up to the sound of ocean waves and a beautiful view of the sunrise. I cannot say enough about this house and can’t wait to return!

Captain Andy’s Too is just a perfect beach house! Situated in a quiet neighborhood at the South end of Top Sail beach, where there is little traffic. The view of the beach and ocean from the main deck is breathtaking. With two decks, one covered and one not, you have the luxury of either shade or sun. Both decks are well equipped with a variety of lounging/sitting accommodation. Inside, the house looks like it was built yesterday. Immaculate in every detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make an omelet to a shrimp boil! If you want a 12-pot of coffee or a Keurig single cup, you got it. All the beds sleep very well and there is plenty of storage when you unpack. I particularly like the walk-in shower situated with the master bedroom on the main floor. If you have pets, there is a small garden where you can walk them in privacy. Overall, you can’t go wrong in renting this property. We’ll be back!

Just left and have never written a review before so here goes. I am super picky and this house did not disappoint. Very clean and we felt comfortable. The layout was wonderful for our family. Our teenage boys were able to have the downstairs while we were on the upstairs level. Can’t say enough about the wonderful views and yes Andy is very attentive and easy to communicate with just as all the other reviews say and the kitchen has everything you need. No one mentioned the wonderful fishing spot on the ocean directly behind the house. My husband actually caught fish! Also the marina is super close. The only reason we gave four stars is the stairs. We have an elderly dog with mobility issues and it was too much of a challenge for him. Hard on the old knees too. Our issues may be unique but felt we needed to mention. These stairs however do take you straight to heaven on earth with breathtaking views.

Andy was great. Gave suggestions for things to do in area and was very responsive. House was clean, well stocked with everything you might need. Perfect location on beach with little crowds, even on Labor Day weekend. Beautiful ocean views from all rooms.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and our children- 2 teenagers, 3 year old and 1 year old. It was absolutely the best week! Communication with Andy was awesome! Layout of the house was perfect for us as the teens could stay downstairs and stay up late compared to us and the littles. The house was well supplied from the kitchen to the chairs and toys for the beach. The beach itself was HUGE and super private and quiet. Felt extremely safe even to let the teens wander around alone. They rented bikes. There was a basketball court and playground right behind us. Cute quaint town! Not somewhere to go party!! Would not come here for a wild girls weekend. But for a family trip, it was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

I would give this property more stars if I could. We had a sibling vacation at this beach house last week and it was fabulous! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Everything in the home was well labeled and clean. The decor was beautiful as well. The hose at the end of the deck was perfect for washing ourselves and the dog after being at the beach. We all loved this home and had a wonderful vacation!!

This is an attractive and welcoming cottage way down in Topsail where the beach is beautifully wide. I would have preferred a roof over the deck but not many houses there have them. We had our dog with us and the unexpected gates at the back of the cottage were wonderful!! (for children also) Altogether, a very pleasant stay!!

Our family spent two great weeks at Captain Andy’s Two this month. It could not have been a better experience. The house layout is perfect with every room having a beautiful ocean view. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s location on the north end of TopSail is quiet - we had long beach walks where we never saw another person. Andy is a thoughtful and attentive host that made sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning a longer stay again next spring. We highly recommend this house and Andy.

Andy's Too was, in a word, perfect. We arrived to find a bright, immaculately clean, well kept, and fully stocked house. The ocean views from every room were spectacular. Being located off the main road offered a quiet, more residential feel than many of the places we have rented in other areas of Topsail. The access to the water was easy and the beach was never crowded. We highly recommend this property.

The house is bright and airy and decorated tastefully. There really are amazing views of the ocean from every room. I loved that the decks were contained with gates so our dogs could enjoy the outside without a leash. A lot of beach houses provide umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards, but I never trust the quality so I always bring my own. When I looked and what Captain Andy had available, I regretted bringing any of it. He had the same brands as us and his umbrella was actually better. I also loved the layout of the house. My elderly parents stayed upstairs in the master and my husband and children stayed in the bedrooms downstairs. This is the best beach house we've rented it years.
