Wohnung für 6 Personen zu klein und Ausstattung etwas dürftig. Sonst ok bzw. gut.

Zimmer waren sauber und der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war gut. 2 Badezimmer mit WC war auch eine positive Überraschung.

Wohnung für die angegebenen 6 Personen zu klein. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war nicht für 2 Personen. Gottseidank wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Zusatzbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausstattung eher dürftig. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Auch am Küchentisch war kein Platz für 6 Personen. Das gehört meiner Meinung nach korrigiert bzw. kann man nicht eine Wohnung für 6 Personen anbieten obwohl nur für max. 5 Personen Platz ist. WC Spülung ging auch kaputt und wurde, mit der Begründung dass Ende Dezember niemand für eine Behebung verfügbar ist, nicht repariert.

Rubbish

Ceiling leaked and went all over the bed then all over the windows, told host to get a refund and host didn't know what to say other than "we are getting this sorted but i'm sorry for inconvenience"

Clean, but hot.

Clean, close to shops, bus station, pubs.

We had an appointment at 3rd floor, was very hot starting fron 7 am. No Ac, poor ventilation.

Overall it was a good stay but lumpy beds and hot air made it hard to sleep.

A convenient location to shops and walking distance to our family. The accommodation was clean and suitable for a quick stay.

The mattress need replacing and a possible portable air conditioning unit would have been much appreciated during those hot days. They did supply fans but 1 didn’t work and the heat from the boiler was insane.

Staff quick to put things right when we reported some of the appliances not working or cant be switched on.

Should have someone in the begining when check in to ensure all appliances work and if they are all switched on from the main.

Totally enjoyed our stay

The size of the rooms are great, it has everything you need. We would all stay there again. Brilliant size balcony and lovely to sit out on in the evening with table and chairs.

It get very hot in the rooms even though they have very big floor fans. The corridors are quiet stuffy. The hairdryer needs to be updated to a modern one.

Very quiet location, safe parking with permit.my stay was pleasant don’t have any issues.

Teas and coffee provided. Got my own water and drinks anyway. Lidl short distance away and can buy from there

I ran out of T tissue - sent an email but I think host didn’t check in time. so popped out to buy from Lidl, that wasn’t a big issue.

The building itself is nice and modern. The apartment is well designed, fresh and very pleasant. You really feel at home.

The parking is good but need to watch out those side supporting pillars as I damaged the boot of my car reversing into a parking and ended up hitting one of them(sensors didn’t really pick up the pillar above its level…. another extra cost.

Worth the money with excellent facilities

The apartment was spot clean and all the facilities listed were included.Its also very close to the Enfield Town station and close proximity to all high street stores. There is also secured parking spaces

The property is a bit warmer than usual, might not be appropriate for booking it during peak summer, this can be a minor issue as there is also fan in bedroom and living room

Pleasant Stay at Sunshine Place

Location was good. The facilities at Sunshine Place were top class. Before our arrival we were contacted and our apartment was upgraded to 2 bedrooms to accommodate sleeping arrangements for our party.This was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely Apartment in Central location

It was a lovely and clean apartment and well located. We stayed there to visit family.

I felt the whole checking in process could have been a bit easier an s ome instructions for the appliances would have been useful. The corridors in the building were extremely hot.

Area is fine, apartment not comfortable enough due to the hot although the weather was cool outside.

Car park, shops near by , and quite area.

It was not clean enough for the standard and the accommodation was completely uncomfortable because of the hot although the weather was absolutely cool outside.

sunshine Place is an excellent peppery in a great location and I will be choosing them again in the near future!

location was good and apartment was well apportioned. services worked fine and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mattress was a bit too soft for me. other than that the property was excellent and met our needs fully.
