About this house rental
Casa de Suenos is our custom designed second home, located in Pedregal, Cabo's exclusive and gated neighborhood adjacent to downtown and the luxury marina district. Our home was built to our specifications and finished in February, 2010. It features 3600' of luxury tile, granite and custom interior design, including custom furniture and bedding.
Our 1,000 square foot patio features breathtaking views of the marina, ocean and Medano Beach and features a private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with a tv and gas fire pit.
The master bedroom is large and has a king bed, spacious master bathroom, balcony and stunning ocean and marina view.
Located on the same level as the master bedroom is a 2 queen bed suite. Two guest bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with a king bed and private bathrooms) are located on the pool level of the casa, along with the living room and spacious gourmet kitchen.
The expansive living and dining area feature a disappearing full-width glass door assembly, allowing unrestricted access to the outdoor living area, featuring the pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ -- all with a spectacular view of the marina and ocean.
Our home is conveniently located across the street from the tennis courts ($10/hour) and Pedregal's fantastic Bistro & Sushi Restaurant.
Other nearby Pedregal restaurants include the Beach Club at Capella Pedregal, Don Manuel's fine dining, El Farallon (specializing in seafood) and La Cima, located at the very top of Pedregal Mountain. Additionally, the incredible restaurants of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina area are just minutes away from our home.
Our home has satellite television, a local phone and encrypted wireless internet. As a bonus, we have installed an internet phone system with a USA phone number and unlimited incoming and outgoing phone calls to the USA. International calling (beyond USA) can be arranged, but is not included.

The property is located in Pedregal which is considered an affluent area. The entrance to the Waldorf Astoria is located just outside the entrance. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. The pool was a bit chilly (January,) but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and appliances. If you don't mind the cobblestone road and hills, walking downtown or to the marina is an option. There is an opening in the cul-de-sac to view the sunset. The oceanview and city lights are beautiful day or night. There is an outdoor cafe at the tennis/ pickleball courts with lovely breakfast and lunch items. Federico was our concierge and was attentive for repairs and supplies. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room.

We had an outstanding stay at Casa de Suenos. Was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). All the bed & bath rooms were spacious, but the central living space, patio and pool area was the highlight. The pictures in the listing really don't do justice to the view!
Kristen & the property team were very responsive and incredibly helpful coordinating transportation and grocery delivery (HIGHLY recommend this!). Victor met us at check in to show us around and explain everything. Gloria greeted us with warm quesadillas and tasty margaritas.
Overall, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood, though there's definitely a bit of noise in the morning from the adjacent pickle ball courts (which we used as well) and during the day from construction across the valley. Neither affected our enjoyment of the house though.
Super easy to call an Uber to go downtown for dinner and enjoy all Cabo has to offer.

We stayed at Casa de Suenos with friends and family to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The house is beautiful and is in a great location, close to downtown and the beach at Pedregal is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, everything was a 5!

Casa de Suenos was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, with good amenities and a fantastic deck with pool, hot tub, and a view of the ocean! Kristen and Denny were professional, helpful, and responsive by email. A few things to note: The property manager, Kristen is not able to access messages within the VRBO app, email is better. There are two golden retrievers that live next door and they bark a lot during the day and night- if you have a light sleeper in your party, don’t put them in the bedroom closest to that house. The neighborhood, Pedregal, is gated and difficult for Ubers to get in and to navigate- FYI. We used Felipe (and his team) who was referred to us by Denny, and had a wonderful experience but know it’s $20 USD per ride before 4pm and $5 USD/per person after 4:00pm. This is comparable to Uber and Taxis plus Felipe and his team know Pedregal very well, are recognized by the folks at the gate, the cars are clean and safe, all the drivers are professional, prompt, and communicative. I would highly recommend! If I return to Cabo and decide to stay in Pedregal, I would absolutely stay at Casa de Suenos again- my whole family had a wonderful experience!

This home was well appointed. Everything was as stated on the listing. The views were amazing, the pool and deck area was perfect. We had a lousy captain for fishing, stay away from "Real Busy". We should have had our property manager book the fishing trip instead we walked the marina to book a boat and we basically got hosed. Our property manager booked our ATV tour and it was excellent.

This trip was once in a lifetime! My group came for a bachelorette of 10 and it was everything and more that we could have asked for!! Kristen was fantastic at arranging transportation, spa services, grocery delivery, and a chef! Victor was there to greet us to make sure we knew how to work everything in the house which was awesome when navigating certain amenities! Gloria and Antonio made such excellent food with great options 11/10! We booked massages and every individual who received a massage said it was the best massage they have ever had in their life! The house was so clean and spacious for our large group! I would definitely come back and stay at Casa de Suenos, this place was truly perfection!

We had the most amazing time at this house. We were all visiting from various places in the US and from the start, felt safe and comfortable as the host set us up with transportation from the airport, a private chef and a driver for the entire week. The house was clean, in a perfect location close to the marina and Cabo hot spots and had an amazing cafe just down the road! Cannot recommend this property enough!!

I booked this house for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was perfect for 10 of us! The house looks better than the photos in the VRBO listing. We loved the welcome service with margaritas, chips/guac and quesadillas when we arrived. As a group of 10 girls we felt very safe in the Pedregal neighborhood. The house is in a great location, about a 10 minute drive to downtown Cabo. I would recommend this house to any large group coming to Cabo!

We had 3 couples with their kids (9 yo) who are all friends stay here for Spring Break! Everything from booking to transportation to checking in, as well as planning and having a welcome party, chef, assistance with planning excursions was handled by the property management and they were amazing to deal with! The property is in a gated community which made us feel safe. All rooms were primary rooms with bathrooms which made it perfect for a multi family trip. We had one little issue (it happens!) that was immediately rectified. The location is right across from the tennis/pickle ball courts which was convenient! Especially the cafe at the tennis courts with a great wait staff. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Words and photos truly do not do this amazing property justice. Our group had the most fabulous weekend relaxing and utilizing all amenities associated with this house including the property management company, shuttle service, chefs and excursions. Kristen and team made us feel welcomed and safe.
The rooms perfectly accommodated all 12 guests. Amazing bathrooms, beds + bedding were pleasantly comfy and plenty of paper goods, towels, etc for both bathroom and pool. We were grateful for AC units in each room too! No full-body mirrors in the bedrooms which wasn’t ideal for a girls trip but the mirrors in the gym were useful :)
The large gathering spaces were perfect for dinners and hanging out with our whole group.
The views, pool, hot tub and outdoor space really make this property one of a kind. This is where we spent most of our time at the house.

This home is beautiful and the perfect place to vacation in Cabo. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport but they offer a private shuttle to and from the airport which is very easy to use. The house is in a very nice gated community that overlooks the gulf. Also to the left is a tennis court and pickle ball courts which is so fun to go play whenever you want. You just walk out your front door and you’re there. In addition, there is the best café in front of the courts that we ate at every morning! There is a private access to the Ocean (that you can’t swim at) but you can walk out and enjoy a beach that is only for the residents in the community. Each bedroom has its own AC unit, closet and private bathroom. They have all of the appliances you need in the kitchen and in-home washer and dryer. You have the option for groceries to be delivered, cleaning service, endless activities and more. We will be back! Thank you for being great hosts 🤩

Excellent stay in Pedregal
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Due to Covid we had to reschedule 2 other times. By the time we finally got to make our trip we decided to only bring our family. Next time we will definitely bring more friends and family because the house has amazing space. The location is great if you are interested in tennis and pickle ball. Our 11 year old constantly wanted to go play. Juan was very kind and helpful at Check-in. Having the welcome margaritas, smoothies and snacks upon our arrival was definitely appreciated since our Check-in for our Fox rental car was a nightmare. We had a great experience fishing with Pisces adventures thanks to the connection from Kristen our property manager.
We will definitely consider staying at the location next time we visit Cabo. My husband said if it were for sale that we would be interested in purchasing it! We highly recommend staying in this home as it has everything you need. Only disappointing aspect is we were not able to get the March madness final games on the tv. Otherwise it was perfect!

The layout of the house is perfect. All the rooms have on suite bathrooms which makes it perfect for 4 couples. Also loved how the bedrooms were all staggered and didn’t sit right over top of each other so you have your peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

BEST RENTAL STAY EVER!
We booked this house for a bachelorette party and I have to say it’s by far been the best property rental experience I’ve ever had. For starters, Joel, the host was very communicative & went above and beyond to provide us with amazing customer service. I had lots of questions for him leading up to our stay in regards to COVID testing, a home chef, things to do around the area and he went out of his way to help organize everything. It made this trip and experience so incredible and allowed us to fully enjoy our time.
The house is so beautiful and spacious and beyond clean. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms a lot a lot of natural light. The views were amazing and overlooked the whole city. We felt extremely safe having security check us in an out of the community. Joel was also super helpful and answered each of my questions within a matter of minutes in regards to how to get a taxi service and never seemed annoyed with all the obvious questions.
I HIGHLY recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Incredible stay!
We stayed at Casa de Suenos with 10 friends for a long weekend. The property management team and owner could not have been better. Not only was the stay fantastic, the house is just as described and a walkable location to downtown. Our flight out of Cabo got cancelled and they were so flexible with us while figuring out our travel and even allowed us to extend a day. Kristen & Juan Carlos were very responsive and great to work with as well. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay in Cabo
First impression - house was exactly as described in the listing. We had paid for the welcome service with margaritas, chips, guac and quesadillas which was very nice after the long journey to Cabo from Chicago. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out and it was nice to be in one common place where we could just hang out (this would have been hard to do at a hotel). The neighborhood itself is a bit challenging to manuever since it is gated and lots to walk up and down to get to/from the house. We had my 80 year old mother with us so walking up and down the mountain was not an option. We had to get a car every time we wanted to go anywhere. This is obviously not the fault of the house - just trying to fully describe the the situation. Once you are out of the neighborhood, you are right there in downtown Cabo San Lucas so it's a very convenient spot. Depending on how much exploring you plan to do, you might consider renting a car.
Otherwise, get set up with a driver who can get you around and have your groceries delivered! There is a property manager who we could call if anything was wrong and he was very responsive. Right outside the house is the tennis courts and courtside cafe. We ate breakfast there one morning. Service was slow but food was excellent! Overall a great stay!

Luxurious experience
Our stay in Casa de Suenos was amazing. It’s located in the perfect spot within Pedregal, within walking distance to downtown and the beach, but also secluded from the partygoers. We loved the house, pool, and hot tub, and the workout room in the garage was a very nice perk. Kristen from the property management company was so helpful, helping me to plan all of our transportation, our private chef, and many of our activities. She was also super responsive to my questions. Definitely the right place to stay if you’re looking for an upscale, pampered experience!

Amazing memories in Casa de Suenos
Casa de Suenos was even more beautiful than the pictures! We spent most of our time poolside and enjoyed the hot tub almost every evening. The kitchen was great for cooking and was well stocked. The walk to Pedregal beach is short, but the hill up could be challenging for some people. We’re from the CO mountains, so it was no problem. We even walked to town and Medano beach a couple of times. I would definitely book this house again if we ever make it back to a Cabo!
