About this house rental
Welcome to 11 Painted Bunting Road! This six bedroom, seven and half bathroom home is incredibly spacious and offers all the perks of a vacation rental home! It is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!
2021/2022 RENOVATIONS Include:
• Fully renovated kitchen
• Every full bath has been completely renovated
• New flooring in all bedrooms
• New interior paint throughout
Wait until you check out the layered brick pool area! There is a gas grill with plenty of seating and a table. The private pool & spa offer complimentary heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule). There are multiple chaise lounges to soak up the rays by the pool.
1st Floor:
The living room features a flat screen TV and is open to the kitchen area. Just off that is the open kitchen with an island, double refrigerator, double oven, and a double dishwasher. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a screened-in porch just behind that. The powder room and laundry room are also located off of the living area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a flat screen television. The large master bathroom features his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.
The second bedroom is just across the hall and has a queen bedroom with a flat screen television. It has access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Mid-Level:
In between the first and second floors, you will find the fun zone! A private room with a pool table for endless hours of fun, wet bar, card table, and a flat screen television. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in this room as well as a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
2nd Level:
The remaining four bedrooms are on the second level of the home. Bedroom three is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and flat screen television. It also has a private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four has a queen bed and flat screen television with access to a private bath that has a walk-in shower. Bedrooms five has a king and bedroom six has two fulls. Both have flat screen televisions. They both have access to private bathrooms as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin daybed with a twin pull out trundle located in the landing area on the second level.

The house was everything we hoped for and exceeded our expectations! Our large family of 15 had plenty of space. We loved that the kitchen had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators which made it very easy to prep meals and clean up for a large group.We loved the large updated floor plan, the pool and pool area, the screened in porch, the easy walk to the beach and the location within Sea Pines.

We had a great week.This house works out great for our big family.We love the two fridges, two sinks, two dishwashers---that all helps with a large group.I would recommend providing several more kitchen dish towels as well as some blankets and extra pillows for the bedrooms.We did have a problem with the trash not being picked up on either day it was supposed to, but the management company was quick to send someone over to quickly pick it up. We greatly appreciated that.Looking forward to next year!!

Beautiful, spacious property. Well appointed and comfortable. Best kitchen for families who like yo cook and enjoy meals together. Well stocked with everything you need from large pots to mixers, crockpots, roasters, etc.Beach is beautiful , we saw lots of dolphins everyday.Only frustration was cars from #15 keep parking between house #13&15 and blocking the designated access up get our 2 beach carts to beach path.

The house was perfect for my 3 kids and 9 grandkids. We had to step up to 6 BR's and this house met the task. Short walk to the beach, the pool was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Short bike ride to South Beach. We will be back.

This house is amazing. Lots of space, new kitchen and baths, a bonus “pool table room” where some of the kids could decompress after a long day. The pool, spa and location are all great assets. It’s also quiet but close to south beach area.

The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 17 (babies to adults) for a summer week at the beach. All 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms were updated. Property description and bedroom configurations were accurate. The pool and outdoor space was amazing with plenty of seating options. We loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers - a must with such a large family! The kitchen was equipped with necessary cooking items. A short walk to beach access was a huge plus (~3 minutes). The house is within walking distance to South Beach shops and restaurants and sits on a quiet dead end street. Outdoor shower and hose were a great amenity after a sandy beach day. The garage access was perfect for storing our beach gear. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Would recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our large family. The location is great and the house is beautiful with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The reason for the 4 star reviews is that the basketball hoop was very rusted and it fell apart the first day. Our 8 teenage boys were disappointed as it was not replaced during our stay. Management did respond quickly to the issue however as well as to another plumbing problem. 2 quick points—could use more kitchen dish towels and the only reason we won’t be renting again is that the rental fee went up $4,000 for next year. Although we LOVE Hilton Head (we’ve visited over 20 times) we’re sticking closer to home in Michigan for 2023–much shorter drive and more reasonable rents.

Only two issues were the pull out couch in game room was not confortable for the teenage kids and the diswashers were not the most effective--sometimes leaving dirty silverware. Perfect house!
This house is beautiful. It was also immaculate. We walked on the beach every morning and every evening. Played in the pool.... cooked in the kitchen. We had 10 people and plenty of space for everyone. We will probably rent it again next year, it was exactly what we needed. True perfection.

We were a group of 18, 4 families with 10 kids and 8 adults. The house was amazing and fit us all perfectly. It was clean and everything was in perfect working order. We had some trouble with the pool/spa heat at one point and the response was rapid and the problem was resolved quickly. Perfect path to the beach and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. We all had an amazing time making memories in this wonderful home! Can't wait to come back.

Our extended family has visited Hilton Head one week at a time for literally decades. Each time, the house we rent is contingent on party size and other factors. But most of the time, it's a larger home. Everyone considered 11 Painted Bunting to be "the best house we've ever rented." The house was spacious, comfortable and conveniently located for our activities. And Coastal Homes & Villas' staff did an excellent job in every respect.

This house was perfect for our 3 generational family reunion of 13. The house is beautiful and so clean and spacious! We loved the pool, the activity room with the pool table, the large, well supplied kitchen, and the very close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the Salty Dog, shops and tennis courts in South Beach, shopping in Harbor Town and listening to Greg Russell perform under the oak tree, eating at great restaurants, and visiting the Discovery Museum. I would highly recommend this house for a most memorable vacation!

we should have called you about some issues but never got around to it. There were only 7 forks in drawer, we bought plastic ones. The coffee cups had not been cleaned - we ran through dishwasher. The door handle going out to screen porch was missing a handle. The location was farther than we thought from the beach but that's our problem not Coastal. While we would love to stay again, having a handicapped person it was a challenge.

Beautiful Rental!
Gorgeous home with a beautiful updated kitchen. Better in person than depicted in the pictures .We stayed with extended family and there was room to gather and plenty of private spaces. The pool is great and a very short walk to the beach. We will rent again!

We contacted the manager and they offered to bring one right away. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two large sinks, and two large refrigerators — all great for our large group.The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels were provided for each room. The house does not provide pool towels, so be sure to bring your own. The living spaces were large and comfortable — plenty of room for our teenagers to have separate areas. The best part of this property is the pool/hot tub and pool deck. Lots of comfortable lounges and chairs and beautiful landscaping combined to create a relaxing place to spend our days (and evenings). The pool was heated and very comfortable. The hot tub warms quickly, but the controls are not clearly labeled and take some experimenting to figure out how to work. This is a lovely property. I would say the sheets and bedding were less than expected. For the price they could be nicer. The washer is not washing........ it just wet things and spun them around. The pool and spa area were first rate. We enjoyed our stay.

Looks are deceiving! This house looks great from the pictures but is old now more 80’s style. The house was so dirty upon arrival we had to get housekeeping to deep clean the bathrooms. Black mold in the showers, filthy rugs and it smelled like the house had been closed up for years. Musty!!!! Lacked proper kitchen amenities including decent wine glasses. All of the contents were cheap, old and dirty. The kitchen cabinet door fell off!!!! Overall a huge disappointment for the amount of money spent and advertised expectations! The beds, advertised as queens were full at best! Tough for two adults. No music system and TV’s were not “smart” not one! We learned the house had a “ sale pending” which would explain the lack of upkeep! Should not have been available to rent!!!!! 2020! What a year!!!

I can't say enough about how great time we had - everything was perfect - the house- location and all the great restaurants- we'd definitely rent that house again but I think it just sold. I'm sure there are other comparable rentals nearby. We will definitely be back maybe in January or March. Keys were mailed to the house and bicycles were waiting in the driveway- perfect
