About this apartment rental
Second-level condo with king bed, oceanfront balcony, warm electric fireplace, kitchenette (small counter space complete with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, full size frig, coffee maker) wifi, Samsung smart TV.
The Quarterdeck is up 15 stairs with two handrails, on the second floor. It is one of ten condos in our building.
New king bed (2020) right by the sliding glass door to the ocean balcony. The fabulous ocean view makes this condo unique and romantic. Nothing compares with sitting on the balcony with a cool drink, watching the beach action below! The fireplace is electric, which means one can run "flames" for ambience but no heat. It's nice to be able to lie in bed and watch the "fire"! There are two kitchen table chairs, and one soft "easy" chair by the fireplace.
Table games are in the closet.
No couch. If you make arrangements with us, we can provide a camping cot for a small child.
The condo is equipped with basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning) plus oil and oil spray. We also have a drip coffee maker with filters, and an adequate array of cooking pans, pots, bowls, casserole dishes, and utensils.
Seafood odors linger long and strong. So please, no cooking fresh seafood in the condo.
No smoking in the condo, or on the balcony. No pets or animals allowed.
Shower stall only in bathroom (no tub).
Our Cancellation Policy is Relaxed and allows 100% rent refund up until 14 days prior to your stay. FYI, if you find it necessary to cancel at any point between booking or 14 days prior, we must charge a small 5% processing fee to cover our expenses.
One block away from Highway 101, easy walking to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store.
Beach access is via 50 gentle stairs (with two handrails) or a paved ramp to drive onto the beach! In fact, during April - Sept, many people like to park their cars on the beach (right below the condo) when the tide is out! But twice a day, the tide rolls in, and clears everybody out!!!
No pets allowed. Please do not ask to bring a favorite animal. It just doesn't work to mix animals, and folks with allergies in our private condo. I cannot host guests with dogs, because I have other guests, who specifically ask me for "allergen-free" rooms. I do not have pet-friendly rooms.
Parking in a beach town is challenging but manageable. We have 11 off-street parking spaces. Some will accommodate large vehicles, others will not. If you are driving a small vehicle, please be considerate and choose a small parking space. Please be aware that a large 4-door truck may find parking in our lot challenging, and you might find it more comfortable to park on a side street.
At check-in, we issue one parking permit for our lot, and vehicles without permits will be subject to towing.
Extra vehicles can find parking on the side streets of 15th and 14th Streets. Please be advised, that Lincoln City writes tickets if vehicles park in their lot across the street between 1-5 a.m.
Bring your own BBQ to enjoy at the beach, or bring some newspaper and kindling to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood, but burns great once going!)
At time of booking, you will have access to the House Manual under "Basics" and receive a code for the key lockbox at the front door, so you can check yourself in anytime after 4 pm on your first day.
We love the immediate beach access from the Quarterdeck condo! Walk the beach, looking for glass floats among the cliffs and sea grass. Fly kites, or enjoy a beach campfire. Spin a doughnut in the sand with your vehicle...yes, they all are permitted on this section of beach!
One off-street parking spot is included with this condo.
There are three public electric vehicle charging locations in Lincoln City.
Lincoln County Transit provides busing in the city.
Siletz Bay Airport at the little town of Gleneden provides air transportation

It's very easy to step outside and walk around to the edge of the lawn and enjoy the ocean air and sights, downlooking from the bluff to view the tide pools and people on the beach below.

This was the absolute perfect place for my daughter and I to stay on our vacation to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the beach because it was right outside our door. The hosts went above and beyond accommodating us when I made the mistake and didn’t book enough nights on the original booking. When we come back to the coast, this is where I’ll be staying. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

The unit itself was clean and quiet. The space is just right for two people. The ocean view is stunning and the walk to the beach from the room is very easy and quick. Loved the little fireplace unit for heat and the cozy atmosphere it provides!

Very cozy beach retreat with an amazing view. The ambience of the fireplace and the sound of the ocean, made for quality sleep. The bed was so comfortable as well. Too bad we made this a short visit because I would loved to have stayed longer.
Checking in process was very easy. Thank you for a quality stay!!

Ocean front view!
Beautiful ocean view right on the beach!
Just what my husband and I were looking for on our trip to the coast.
We would stay again if ever back in Lincoln City.

Overall good
We had a great experience overall. The only downside to the property is that it is next to the vehicle access to the beach and people will go out at all hours of the night and rev their engines and do donuts in the sand. Myself and my girlfriend were woken up every night because of this.

Amazing getaway destination
What a beautiful view! Such a cozy and clean room to be in had everything I needed to stay on the coast with rainy cold weather! Thank you! I will be back!

The view was awesome! The condo seemed a bit worn. The bed was great but one of the chairs was broken. Didn't try the other one. Over all it was a great stay.

Quarterdeck - Lincoln City
The location of this property is wonderful, must above the road down to the tide pools. Yes, there might be the occasional loud rid cutting cookies on the beach, but it's also entertaining to watch! The room is a great size for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. Water took a little while to get hot, but we never ran out of hot water. Reserved parking for the property was very convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay.

A weeks stay
For as little a time spent in the room it was all we needed. The two stuffed chaired were well used. The bed was comfortable but bring your own pillows.

Enjoyed a great week in this cute studio condo. Enjoyed watching and listening to the waves from our room and balcony. Walks on the beach, to the downtown area and to the casino make this a very convenient location. We will be returning very soon.

Great Stay!
This property was just as photographed. Beautiful view from indoors and even more spectacular from the deck. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens and towels so soft. Beach access is right next door with miles of walking beach. We'll be back when we stay in Lincoln City.

Location, location, location!
Great location and view. Comfortable bed and necessities.
Walking distance to shopping and a number of food options.
The building was quiet.
Minor cleaning and maintenance need attention but imagine with Covid there haven’t been many tenants of late so not prohibitive items from. A future stay.

Great Getaway
This condo was very nice and feel. We were able to walk to the beach (just down the hill). With the private balcony, we were able to leave the door open to hear the waves the entire stay.

Great location & amazing view.
Fun weekend at the coast. A bit of glitch in the beginning, thankfully we were the first couple there and it was resolved so that we were able to enjoy our weekend visit. Only suggestion would be that the mattress needs updating, the springs made noise with any movement.
