About this house rental
I have a beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It's 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath split floor plan. Has a nice size heated pool and covered lanai. Completely fenced in back yard. Very close to Charlotte harbor and Port Charlotte beach. About 20-25 minutes to Englewood beach. Public fishing piers and boat ramp are 3 blocks away. Has digital cable and wi-fi internet included. I 'm booking for the 2024 season. New pool cage, pool pump, and A/C unit.

My family and I stayed 3 nights and 4 Days. Upon arrival easy access to get into. Place was really clean!!! It had every Utensil possible. I like to cook when I travel, there plenty and I mean plenty of Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, pots and pans and even Bakeware.
Pool was So clean and just awesome!!! Plenty of chairs to set in around the pool, gorgeous Lani. Great neighborhood, quiet, but you know you have neighbors.
Stores and business not far at all from house, but still far enough for quiet neighborhood. We went to spend time with family in Lakeland FL, but it was nice to come home to this great house. Loved the pool!!!
Plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen towels and wash cloths. Joe was a great host, communication was almost immediate. Never had a problem reaching him!!!
Again, TOTAL 5+ STARS!!! We will rent again DEFINITELY!!!

We had a lot of fun. We enjoyed the clear clean pool and spent hours there. Joe communicated very well and recommended a great ice cream place which we enjoyed each night.
However, it wasn’t very clean. We contacted Joe and asked for a brief cleaning. (Brief because a full cleaning would take several hours of our couple days) Joe contact his cleaner who came out the next day. Again, communication was great. She did a brief cleaning but it really needed a very thorough cleaning. Cupboards were dirty and dusty inside and there was no confidence that any of the dishes were actually cleaned.
Monday the lawn guy came over while we were in the pool. It’s a small inconvenience, but one that I wish owners would be aware of when they have guests staying past the weekend.

We had a wonderful time. Joe was a wonderful host, very responsive. I let him know there was gong to be 5 ladies staying for a beach trip and made sure we all had beach chairs to take to Siesta Key. The house was plenty big for all 5 of us stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this location and also check out Sandbar Tiki & Grille (best food of the entire trip) and the shops at fisherman village.

Joe made sure the property was clean and that we were comfortable during our stay. It was awesome to stay in a quiet neighborhood and loved having a private pool anytime we wanted! It truly had a lot of features that were true in the write up of this property. Our friends visiting with us commented that they felt very much at home. Great little vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay! Joe was a fabulous host/manager and made sure we had everything we needed. He made sure we had everything we needed and even labeled the light/fan switches. Very clean and comfortable home with a great pool that we used daily!! We would definitely stay again!!

I would recommend this rental to anyone. The owner was very nice and polite and accommodating. The pool was a little green when we got there and I informed the owner and said we weren’t bothered by it and we knew the pool guy was due out the next day so we were just going to swim in it the way it was. But that was not ok to the owner. He called his pool guy out right away and got the pool cleaned and taken care of. And then he came everyday to clean the filters and add chemicals until it was crystal clear. He was very professional and wanted our stay to be the best it could be. Again I would recommend this rental 100%.

Enjoyable Vacation
The house was great and Joe is available for any questions. We enjoyed the pool very much and everything is well maintained. We liked the fact supplies were readily available and we did not have to worry about having to rush out the first night for items. I would recommend staying here, as it is very relaxing and close to so many things.

My family and I had an amazing relaxing week. We are from upstate NY so we enjoyed the heat for one 😂 the house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge bonus, nice fenced in yard for them to also enjoy vacation. My boys loved the pool spent alot of time in it. House is very spacious and 2.5 bathrooms was GREAT. Overall a great experience thank you Joe and family for letting us stay at your home! Rent this home you wont be disappointed!!

Grandmas 90th Birthday
This proper suited our every need. It’s location was perfect. Close enough to groceries, to the home where grandma lives, and is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Lake with beautiful sunset views just down the block.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! We were busy the first few days of our stay so we weren’t at the house much, but we finally had a few days to relax. The pool was great, a little cool for me, but my kids lived in it. It was enjoyable just to relax next to it. I appreciated that there were some kid items, cards/games, and beach items there for our use. There were a few things that were difficult to keep my 2 year old out of since they weren’t childproof, but we adapted. The space accommodated ours needs quite well. If I had questions, Joe was quick with a response. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Again, another awesome experience with Joe. I will keep coming back to his properties every year. The house is GREAT !! I totally recommend renting from this guy !!! The properties that he owns are outstanding. Great for family and pets !! And if there are any issues, which I seriously doubt there will be, Joe is there to fix the situation promptly !!!
