About this apartment rental
If you are looking for a well kept island-feel condominium at an affordable price, our unit, located 100 yards from the ocean, will not disappoint. Our beautiful second story condo is located in building 1 at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. It has great ocean and beach views and views of Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. The condo was completely remodeled in 2011 and is regularly updated. The unit features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, a king size bed, and a new air conditioning unit in the bedroom (summer 2020). The new appliances include a new large refrigerator with an ice maker. Flooring is tile in the living room and kitchen and hardwood in the bedroom. Walls are freshly painted in contemporary colors. This unit also has its own washer and dryer, recently replaced in June 2024.
The Kihei Kai Nani Resort complex has an updated outdoor pool and recently upgraded laundry facilities.
Calls placed from the condo unit house phone to Canada are free of charge.
Great snorkeling, paddle boarding (SUP), swimming, beach walking, and outdoor yoga are all available just steps away from the condo!
Due to the popularity of our unit, we are often book in advance for the winter/spring high season. If you are considering our condo for next year, please book soon.
The Kihei Kai Nani Resort complex has an updated outdoor pool and recently upgraded laundry facilities.

Can tell the owners take pride in their property. Location is amazing to get to the beach, close food and watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Communication was easy and no issues. Love this complex and this property didn’t disappoint. Bed was comfy and owners had access to many beach items. Exactly what we expected. Would love to stay again

Exactly what we were looking for and reasonably priced. Perfect for two people. Not a recent build but all appliances are modern and in very good order. We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at KKN before and enjoy the location of this complex. This was our first time in this particular condo and I liked everything about it. No carpet and a washer/dryer in the unit plus a great ocean view we’re the highlights for me. I would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. It's located directly across the street from Kam II beach where we saw multiple sea turtles and it's also relatively close to multiple shopping and food options. The condo itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was nice to have as well. The only thing I can really complain about is I wish there was multiple boogie boards and snorkle sets in the lanai cabinet (there was only one of each) and the TV remotes were a bit confusing to navigate lol. Either way, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the Kihei area. Solid option

There was a lovely view of Kamaole 2 from the lanai. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs/towels/toys and the kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking items. The king-sized bed was very comfortable.
You will enjoy your visit in unit 202!

This condo had everything that we needed/wanted for our vacation. There's lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Bonus is easy access to the beach.

Perfect Getaway
This was the PERFECT spot for my wife and I to actually relax in Maui. We loved how walkable this property was to many restaurants and beaches. Even some of the beaches we wanted to snorkel at were only 5-10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother and daughter stayed for 10 days
Awesome location. It was exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Quick responses when I emailed questions. They came same day to check the Air conditioner. It was wonderful to have it in both living room and bedroom. Great view from the lanai. Pool was great too.

Great location and communication
Communication with hosts was amazing! Check in and out was easy. The AC’s in bedroom and living room were wonderful for evenings when we were trying to sleep. The timer on the bedroom ac is not long enough to get you through a hot night so you do wake and have to reset it once. The provided beach chairs and boogie board were appreciated. Parking was simple and near the entrance to the condo. The beach across the street is great for sunset viewing and the surf was nearly flat in Dec so would be good if you were traveling w children. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets so soft! The living room is quite packed with furniture so if you intend on using the living room pull out, you will not have space to walk around in the living room area. We visited the condo pool once on an afternoon that got too windy on the beach. It was small but clean with plenty of lounge chairs all around it. The washer and dryer were nice to have and saved on overpacking! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our minimal amount of cooking. We saw some ants on counters but found ant traps under the sink to put out. The lanai overlooks the parking lot but does have a side view to the beach and steer below. It was fun watching the passers-bye each evening. All in all it was a wonderful condo with a great location to serve as home-base for our daily adventures. Nothing fancy but perfect for us as we are only back during bedtime hours.

Jennifer was so lovely and helpful and very quick to reply to questions. You could not have a better host! We are already planning our return to this unit! The place was very nice when we got here it was very quiet the entire time we were here. Very close access to the beach. We did a lot of activities. The bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Just overall a great time. Not only will I return to this exact unit but I will tell my friends about it as well. Thanks for the great experience!

Perfectly located, beautiful ocean view, literally 2 minutes from the beach, small grocery store 4 min walk, great eating an dining all within 5min walks.
The condo has been updated with nice cabinetry an granite, has all the dishes, utensils an all nessessary appliances large an small are in as new condition. Felt like a home, the owner is very easy to work with and sent us many great ideas for food, beaches things to see an do while here… 5 stars in my books, an would not hesitate too recommend this unit too anyone.

Although check-in time was 4PM, Jennifer was nice to accommodate our request to check-in early at 1PM.
The location of this condo is In my opinion in the middle of may places to go in Maui (attractions, restaurants, etc.). This is close to many snorkeling beaches (in the south Maui), surfing beaches. One has to go from west to Road to Hana and Haleakala. So this place is great place for many attractions.
The property is very clean, organized as mentioned in the pics and description. Jennifer is very communicative and friendly.
This place is equipped with 2 Beach boards, 1 snorkeling set, 2 Umbrellas, 2 chairs, one pair of shoes, etc. Very safe location.
One can see the beach from the balcony. its 200ft way from the beach. we used to take chairs and sit on beach in the morning.

Had a great stay! Used the grill. We loved the location. The host was awesome to communicate with - check in was splendid! We loved the beach gear she had on the porch and used it all week! You can see the beach from the condo! She had anything and evrrything a family could need for a week in Maui!

Fantastic in every way!
This condo was everything it was listed to be and more! My wife and I were as comfortable in this condo as we are in our own home! The condo was supplied with everything you could possibly need, we even found a pineapple utensil. Great location, minutes from everything and just across the street from a fantastic beach. Jennifer was a wonderful host who ensured we had all the information we needed to settle in and have a great vacation. She checked on us via email to ensure everything was going smoothly for us and to see if we needed anything, even offering a late checkout if we needed it. I highly recommend Jennifer’s condo to anyone wanting to vacation in Kihei.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, we felt very comfortable and it is the nicest we have stayed at in our three trips to Maui! Location is awesome and had everything we needed. The weather was super hot so we appreciated having an air conditioner when we needed it and we used the extra fan in the bedroom every night. Thank goodness for a comfortable bed too! We would definitely rent this unit again!! Thank you so much, we had a wonderful vacation!!

Perfect Getaway In Kihei
We just got back from a wonderful 3-week vacation in Kihei. After days of reading reviews of different places to stay, I decided to book with Jennifer at the Kihei Kai Nani complex. We wanted a nice homebase for our stay. The condo and location could not have been better or more convenient. Literally steps away from Kamaole II and many great restaurants and shops, it quickly felt like our new home in Maui.
The beach across the street is gorgeous and just right, my new favorite of the three Kamaole beaches. Early morning walks, morning swims and taking in the sunset became daily rituals.
The unit itself was immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly want (even a rice cooker!). Favorite restaurants and takeout in easy walking distance included 808 Deli, Da Kitchen, Cafe O Lei, and a tiny but awesome Cinnamon roll bakery.
When we had to extend our stay by a week, Jennifer helped us and also put us in touch with friends with units at KKN which helped us tremendously.
