Each room has been redecorated with beach like furnishings.

Cottage #3 is stinky and needs major repairs and disinfectant cleaning. Door lock malfunctioned. Bathroom and kitchen are circa 1950s. Refrigerator door is rusting off the hinges. No dishwasher and dishes were slimy. Floors didn’t appear to have been mopped. Shower curtain was too scary to venture into shower.

Although the self check in process and WIFI access was smooth, those are the high point of the positive items I can list. Everything else was well below expectations, which lead me to only stay for 1 night. I am in the process of asking for a refund for the unused 2nd night. I stayed in cabin 3 at the back part of the property. There is only 1 parking spot per cabin, the one for cabin 3 is in the sand. Bad start. While the place has cute beach decor, it is dingy- needs new paint. Once I entered I found that the outlets in the kitchen did not work. I had to plug the microwave and coffee maker into the living room. The owners ask to wash your feet outside and provide a hose, but the faucet had not knob so you could not turn the water on. I also noticed mold under the mini split AC in the common room; on top of that, when the bedroom door is closed, all you have is a ceiling fan, which squeaked when on. Florida summer- hot and humid. Although the bed is comfortable, I did not sleep well- woke up with sinus issues because of the mustiness. I reached out to the owners for each issue and was ignored each time. There is no phone number, just text through app. Lastly, just for awareness, not under the owner's control, but the beach was not user friendly. Although it's only a short walk away (across a busy street), it has a steep slope with big boulders and so many sand fleas (no-see 'ems) that I did not enjoy the experience and would not recommend for families with kids.

Fantastic stay for the price, located right across from the beach. Beach does have a small shoreline and large rocks along dunes, but was still awesome. I recommend visiting beaches down the road for a larger sandier area (Varn Park and Washington Oaks were our favorites). Dog friendly house, but still very clean. Kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, and one portable stove top.

Cottage 1 was spacious and bigger than it looks. This cottage sits across the street from the beach with easy access. Flagler Beach is centrally located on coast and short drives to everything. Will definitely rent again.

Perfect cottage for 3. Great location, delicious restaurants walking distance and ocean view! Bed was extremely comfortable, as well as sleeper sofa. Steve was very prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend!

When I checked in had to call owner. Air not working dead batteries in remote. Kitchen light not working. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi- So I was transferred to a different address. Appeared nice except blinds not working. Refrigerator rusted. Extreme leaking kitchen faucet. Found old chewed bone under bed. Bedroom fan not working and dusty. The owner when I first made reservation said pet fee was $350 a week when the web site said $100 per week. The only positive was the view and area quiet.

This was our second time to stay in this cottage. Property owners are great and were quick to respond to my inquiries. Love the small town feel of this area with the added bonus of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the cottage and beach. Hope to return again in the near future.

We loved our stay here. It was exactly as advertised. Our unit was right across from the beach. It has a nice porch out front with chairs to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Parking was right out front with easy access. Oceanside Grill is just a block away and an excellent coffee and smoothie shop is even closer. Internet in the unit was great and the TV was up-to-date. A full kitchen met all our needs. The queen size bed was comfortable and my son slept just fine on the sleeper sofa in the living room. We had a couple questions for the manager and they got right back to us quickly. I will definitely book a stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I come up every year for both Bike Week in March and Biketoberfest in October - I do not know how we haven't stayed here before! We absolutely loved our little piece of Flagler Heaven! The check in process was incredibly easy, the cottage was clean, quaint and cozy! Restaurants within walking distance and the servers couldn't have been more kind and attentive! We will be looking to see if the cottage is available for Bike Week 2023!! Thank you for sharing your place with us, we absolutely loved it!

We stayed for 1 night as a little get away with our pup. The cottage was way better than I was expecting! It is clean and located directly across from the beach and restaurants. Although smoking is allowed outside the cottage, there was ZERO smoke smell inside. You can tell the owners care for it well. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will return!

We stayed for our anniversary. The property was clean, the location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The front and back decks are great. Then property is oriented to maximize the ocean view and sounds. Restaurants and activities are close. We will stay again.

The property was much more run down than the photos made it seem. The air conditioning unit was not working or blowing cold air, making it EXTREMELY warm inside - definitely not comfortable enough to sleep. To make that worse, the ceiling fans were coated in dust to the point where we definitely would not turn them on. We decided to use the shower after spending the day at the beach and then drove a little over an hour back home, rather than staying over. I'm just glad we don't live further away.

Great location, easy access to the beach. Checkin process was easy. Bedding seemed clean and bed was very comfortable. Only downfall is parking Amd AC. if you have a big truck or SUV it will be VERY difficult to navigate. I have a small truck and it was difficult,ended up scratching paint from palm tree. It’s not central AC. There is a unit in the living area only so if you want to sleep with the bedroom doors closed it is very hot. Other than that it was cute with good views of the ocean. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location as well as clean and welcoming. Only issue was that we had to contact the property manager 2 hours til check in for details since we hadnt received any. Small issue but overall we had a great stay and loved the property.

Wife and daughter were uncomfortable with the bugs and windows did not lock. Smelled bad and only had one air unit. We left the minute we walked in, I wish we could get a refund, very sad. It could be nice if it was maintained properly.

Cottage 1 is the closest to the beach - just steps across the road. Great front porch and back patio area to sit and hear the crashing surf. More spacious than expected. Couch, loveseat, chair and TV in living room. Decent sized shower (larger than expected). Full sized kitchen appliance plus table and chairs. Walkway over to beach is a 2 minute walk. Waking distance to restaurants. Only concern would be if you are traveling with others (it was just the 2 of us so not an issue) you really have to keep the bedroom door open if you want to have a/c as the wall unit is in the living room. Perfect pet friendly beach cottage. We love the Flagler Beach “peach sand” location!

We were assigned to cottage 2. The place was filthy and had a strong urine smell, especially in the bathroom. There was about an inch of sand, dog hair, and crumbs between the couch cushions. There was dirty linen in the dressers of the front bedroom and food crumbs on the cushions of the dining room. The property owner moved us to a different property. It was visibly cleaner but we we’re weary of it and one of the neighbors was rude. Given the COVID crisis, I would not stay here again based on their level of clean. The staff was courteous and helpful but this was my worst vrbo stay.

Easy check in processI don’t think the sheets were changed in the bed I slept in and we might have had some little critters in the kitchen area...Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!

Very nice. Local restaurants and beach access was great. No problems except for there seemed to be a power problem between the bedroom and kitchen. Bedroom fan light and lamp with kitchen lights would flicker. Didn’t create a problem for us but should be checked out
