This property is beautifully decorated featuring three furnished balconies with breath-taking views of the Isle of Wight Bay and Ocean City skyline! Awesome waterfront location provides beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Large living room, dining room and kitchen in an open space floor plan allows for large family/friends gatherings. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for the gourmet cook. The property is in a residential neighborhood and not the OC party district! Electric Car charging available in garage!

Seaside Village is conveniently located just within walking distance from the Tanger Outlets and RT 50 bridge which is a quick walk to Ocean City, the Boardwalk & Beach!. Some walk or bike ride less than a mile & a half across the Bridge to the beach. Others use the park & ride bus station located directly across the street from Seaside Village. Buses run all day in-season, so you can leave your car (or walk across the street) and ride into town. This property is a short walking distance to many great restaurants, such as Hooper's Crab House, Outback Steakhouse, Sakura Japanese Steakhouse, and more! Seaside Village is also just a short drive from Ocean Downs Race Track & Casino, miniature golf and go-cart racing. Clubhouse provides outdoor pool and gym for guests use!

We loved our stay here in West Ocean City!! The views and location are what led us to choose this listing. It did not disappoint! We spent a lot of time on the balconies and enjoyed watching the boats and seeing the sunrise and sunset…gorgeous! This location is convenient to everything you could need and a short drive to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and Lori was great to work with. Highly recommend for your next OCMD trip! We will be back next year!

Been coming to OC MD for golf trips and family trips for over 20 years. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Tons of space (4 bedrooms 3.5 baths), two balconies (both facing bayside sandbar), ground floor walk out space for grilling, stocked kitchen with all amenities. AC was cold, every room has a ceiling fan (huge bonus), open main floor plan for relaxing. Loved having a two car garage - when weather was bad we brought chairs out and watched the rain. Short walk to Chic Fila and Starbucks as well. Will def be back!!!

The place is very nice, the only problem I see with the place is the master bedroom floor squeaks in about a 6 foot radius area rate after you come in the door. It squeaked every time I stepped on it so it’s just not a one time thing from what I can see.

We really couldn’t have asked for a better location and amount of space for our family to stay. Waking up and going out on the balcony with our coffee was the highlight of our stay. There was so much space that we were not on top of each other and it was such a quick ride to the beach and boardwalk. We loved using the huge kitchen to cook family meals as well. We kept saying how this was the best we have stayed during our yearly visits to OC! Thank you so much!

Just beautiful! Waking up to the bay, enjoying my morning coffee from Starbucks with a beautiful view. The smell of the ocean as soon as you step out on the balcony or patio. My family enjoyed going fishing on the dock. It was just amazing! I would choose this place then any place on the boardwalk! Can’t wait to book next summer vacation!

This property has the most amazing views. We spent a ton of time on the balconies. We loved how quiet the house was, but 1 block away was the hustle and bustle. It is close to everything. We were here for softball, and the fields were about 30 minutes away. There was pleny of room for 3 families. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. Things in the house are not brand new, as far as furniture, carpets and appliances, but it didn’t really matter. There is a ton of seating. We did have a situation where we had to call Lori, and she got back to us quickly, and stayed in contact. We all loved this house, and would definitely stay here again.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Location is everything, anything we wanted to do was a 6 to 7 minute car ride except Assautgue Island was maybe 15 minutes away. We are definitely coming back next year to this same property!! We absolutely loved our stay!

Loved the location, plenty of room and the views were fabulous, there were a few issues, no parking pass, the room with the bunks slept 4, but there were 2 mattresses and 2 box springs, not 4 mattresses, had to purchase an air mattress, the garage door didn’t open with the code, and two of the chairs on the deck were rusted broken

This property was a hidden gem with spectacular sunrise and sunset views off of multiple decks overlooking the bay. The community has a pool, local restaurants and shops all within the vicinity. From seafood to Mexican to an eatery that had something for everyone - plus a live band on the weekends! In addition, you could take a 10-15 minute walk and be at the Boardwalk. Checkin was seamless and town home was as advertised!

Really nice condo. Well equipped and great location off the busy coastal hwy. we had a couple issues upon arrival with ac not working and a ceiling fan not working but Lori the property manager was able to take care of it quickly! I would recommend having the carpets cleaned but other than that we were pleased and will stay again.

This home was exactly like it looked online. My family and I loved our accommodations. The men loved gathering on the deck everyday watching the boats pull in and dock. The host Lori was available when I called. The location was close enough to the boardwalk/Beach but far enough for peace and quiet. The only downside was the nets flying around in the kitchen but we survived. All in all my family and I enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home, enough room for our whole family to spread out and have their own space. Great location, if we wanted to drive we could or we could walk. We have stayed in Ocean City for years and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely look into this property for our next visit. And the view of the bay in the morning was breathtaking from the decks.

This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The community is very close to local shopping, amusements, and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and we only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the community pool, but it was open. If you visit the pool, you need to bring your own lawn chairs. The owner provides 2 in the garage area, but we used our own. The house has 3 levels, so there are several flights of stairs, but the view from the top deck is especially nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This lovely townhouse is in a central location, close to restaurants and shops but also away from the busy areas. Quaint and quiet with wonderful views of the bay and Ocean City skyline from the two decks with a short walk or drive to the beach/boardwalk. Lori, the property manager, was extremely kind, communicative and helpful, which made our stay even better. I would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back. The 3-level townhouse is in great shape, and very clean. Everything was in good working order. The furniture, appliances, etc., are of better quality than what you would typically find in a rental unit. There are two decks overlooking the bay which were our favorite part of this property. Location is excellent. Very close to OC, Assateague, and West OC marinas. Steps from Rt 50, yet very quiet.
