Enjoyed the proximity to town. Condo had all we needed. We had a great hike to Halawa Valley waterfall and a nice dinner at nearby Hiro’s.

We were amazed at how nice this condo was. Straight on view over green grass, palm trees, and the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It’s located mid-island so trips to either side of the island were brief and the main town is just a few minutes away. The communication with Chad was near instantaneous. Easy check in. Molokai is great place if you want to unwind, be away from hoards of tourists, but still enjoy Hawai’i.

Molokai Shores is a great centrally located facility with a pool and a barbecue area that was a great place to meet other people. The condo was very well equipped and worked well for two couples. A big shout out to Chad for working with us to help with our individual needs.

Enjoyed ourselves at this unit while on Molokai. Unit looked to be recently renovated and had a nice modern look to it. Had everything we needed for use on our trip. Check in was easy and the view from the balcony was always a bonus. Great sunsets and listening to the water just a very short distance away. Great communications with the manager or owner and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

It was peaceful and really gave us the true experience of Hawaii. If you can’t handle the heat, probably not where you want to go as there is no air conditioning. I was fine with no air conditioning. There are plenty of fans to accommodate and circulate air. The pool was nice to dip in and cool off.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is right in town and an easy drive to everywhere we went. The condo is clean and we enjoyed the shuffleboard, pool and mini golf on the beautiful grounds. The host is great and provides everything you may need in the condo to get you started. He also provided great recommendations for groceries, etc. Molokai is beautiful and we highly recommend hiking in Waimea Valley to the waterfall. Our favorite beaches were Murphy beach and Kepuhi beach. The Kalaupapa lookout is beautiful and we enjoyed making leis at the Plumeria farm.

The location was wonderful. He accommodated us with everything we needed while we stayed there. You do have a 5 o’clock alarm clock that goes off every day A rooster will wake you up every morning at 5 o’clock lol. The Host even allowed us to stay a little past check out since our flight was delayed. In all it was a wonderful trip. We were definitely stay there again.

This rental is a beautiful home away from home. It’s just as described and shown in the pictures. Definitely one of the nicest I’ve stayed at on Molokai! Fully furnished with just about everything you need! Nice neighbors and beautiful view on the south shore of molokai looking towards Maui. The property owner is super communicative and made things easy. It was a pleasure.

Lovely Stay on an Interesting Island! !!
The place is immaculate. Very lovely condo with great finishes and furnishings. The grounds are equally splendid!! Ask Chad for some of his favorites as they will not disappoint. We really enjoyed the Lanai, the view, and just doing nothing other than soaking up sun. Keep in mind that most places on Molokai do not have air conditioning and rely on the tradewinds to cool. Chad’s place was really nice with a compliment of fans to accompany the breezes. Really appreciated the extent Chad and his local property manager accommodated our needs.
Keep in mind this is Moloakai - so you will no find any ABC stores here. Or any chains at alll. This is “local” Hawaii — and if you’re considering trying it, it’d highly suggest you do so. There are two solid groceries, a pharmacy, gas stations, and a number of eateries. The island is also small, so if you rent a Jeep from Alamo (the only option) plan to drive the entire island.

Moloka'i splendor
Place as described. Chad was super responsive from day 1 & throughout our stay. We had some issues with plumbing and the 'American B52 cockroaches' (google it). Chad responded immediately sending exterminator, ultimately we learned the B52 roach is a Hawaiian issue, not just a Molokai Shores issue. Aside from that, the place is a described. If you read the other reviews you'll see mention of a hot upstairs balcony bedroom. Since it was just my wife & I we didn't need to use it, but could definitely see it would have been too hot to sleep up there during our stay (3 fans provided upstairs to help keep it cool, but we never slept up there). Remainder of unit was good, kitchen well equipped, bed was comfortable & Molokai Shores is centrally located to everything you need. Would recommend Chad's place if staying in Moloka'i

Great accommodations
This property is in a beautiful location and has all of the amenities. It was well stocked with everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean (especially compared to other units in the same complex). Chad was great at responding to any questions and even facilitated a late checkout for us which was much appreciated since our flight was late. Highly recommend this rental. Thanks Chad!

Great centrally located apartment
We loved this place and property. We were near to everything we needed and right on the shore looking out from our lanai. Still able to drive to all important and beautiful sites on the island. Place is clean, great for two, and has everything you need to feel at home and cook etc.

Relaxing vacation
This was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The decor was high-end and most comfortable. Chad, the owner, is great to deal with, answering questions immediately. The complex is beautifully maintained and has such a spectacular view and access to the beach! Having a pool right outside the door only added to the enjoyment!

The whole experience was so incredible!!

We had to change our reservation to add dates twice and he was very accommodating.
The condo was very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items! Our friends rented a condo in this same place (not from chad) it wasn't stocked with basic items.....that's a problem on Molokai where not much h is available and what is, is very expensive. It was nice to feel like the owners realized that and planned for it!
The condo itself was very clean and in a great setting!
Although it is up two flights of stairs.....you quickly realize that your glad its on the third floor as you have the best views and most privacy!
All of the neighbors that we came in contact with were very nice and welcoming!
The pool and grounds looked very nice and clean!
Honestly the biggest down side I could come up with was that it didn't have AC.
I'm so spoiled living in the desert that I do love my AC.
However when I was there, I looked around at what else was available in Molokai. Very few have AC. We didn't really need it, but I would have used it if it was available.
Opening the shades and breeze ways caused a nice flow of air that kept us very comfortable!
The top units(this is one) are the only ones that have an upstairs. That was nice too!
Overall a great place to stay on the island of Molokai. I can't wait to return and plan on renting this exact condo from Chad again next year!

Beautiful location
Loved the property. The ocean was right outside. My husband, daughter, her husband and myself stayed at the property. It was clean and beautiful. The owner was awesome to work with through the COVID. We postponed our trip twice and he worked with us through the whole ordeal. We would stay again. Huge thumbs up.

Wonderful location- some unexpected issues
This is a lovely place on the water - but two issues were real. One is that it is right next to a hostile neighbor who has a sign on his door that has a picture on the door of a pair of eyes that says they are " watching you" and you should use your "f##ing mask" ( this greeted us as we were climbing up the three flights). And also the upper bedroom is so warm that we considered it unusable so we were in the lower bedroom which was cool and comfortable. The upper bedroom also has a winding staircase down to the only bedroom- something we didn't want to try in the middle of the night. But good points- quiet place, pool was never crowded- gorgeous location right before the water- easy parking. So I give it a very good- and there are not , I should mention, many good places to rent on the island. "But if you are there for getaway quiet and a beautiful view and an untouristed island, this might be for you.

Sunsets, location, and a great condo - what more could you ask?
We have been coming to Molokai since 2015, then deciding to purchase in 2018. This condo was our 'base' of operations for our last stay. What a great place to come back to after a long day working on our own little place--we have stayed on the East side, West side, condos, vrbo houses, and this one is right up there with the best. The condo itself is beautifully done, is kept more like a home where you are visiting so no lack of most 'normal' supplies you hope to find in Hawaii including wifi. Most of all, it has excellent deck shades that give complete protection for those hot afternoons when you want to catch the 'on top of the ocean views' but also ward off the unrelenting sunshine so the deck is perfect for sunsets . Great tradewinds and there are fans everywhere. The double shower and sinks-loved them and both beds were comfy! And that staircase!!!
Thanks for some ideas on layout and a great place to stay. We might be building but we are recommending this place to our friends who will want their 'own' hangout when they visit.

A perfect 4-day Stay on Moloka'i
We think we found the perfect spot for a long weekend on Moloka'i island! Check-in process was a snap. Chad had perfect instructions for us and we settled in with no problems. This unit is a one bedroom, full bath, living/kitchen area, with a loft unit. The loft has a queen bed, so up to four could stay comfortably. However, this was just my wife and me, and it felt cozy and relaxing. It is on the third floor, so there are two levels of stairs to climb. We were rewarded with an outstanding view of the ocean from our lanai! Best of the whole complex, I'd say. The pool is below, but off to the right. Your view from here is unobstructed and one of the closest of all of the units. The place was perfectly located relative to seeing the island. We were about a half a mile from town center and pretty much in the middle, so trips to the east and west sides of the island were less than an hour. We went everywhere! We would definitely return. Great place that Chad has here.

We adored watching the beautiful sunset every evening from the lanai. The condo was beautifully equipped. Molokai was a lovely walk back in time to old Hawaii, with the pleasure of staying in Chad's new Hawaii condo.
