Great little house and location, but fees made it more expensive than it should be

This cottage was very clean and nicely appointed. It was convenient to everything.... including a nice walk to the lake.

Clean, compact, comfortable. Cottage perfect for 3 adults, 4 could work with 1 bathroom. Outdoor space, good enough to relax in the evening. Close to town. BTW, the free McCall transit stops right across the street.

This place was perfect for our family of three and small dog. You are close to everything, and it has everything you need to be comfortable! The neighbors are great too! We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean and fit our needs very well. Close to town so amenities were easily available. Definitely a cozy place to stay, and service was very good!

Kitchen was functional and bed comfortable. Despite being on a busy street, it was quiet. Nice yard for our dog to chase a ball. Bring some folding chairs for the deck.

Felt like our own little house, had everything we needed and did not want to leave. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

We loved the location of our home. The quaint home had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Just the right amount of furniture made for a relaxing and comfortable time. We enjoyed playing games. We were close to shopping and restruants. We look forward to another stay at this home in the future.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Trails! It snowed about 8 inches the first night we were there, and was so fun to wake up feeling like we were in a little snow cave. I am used to shoveling so I just went ahead and shoveled out the walkway and driveway, but then someone with a snow blower came by a couple of hours later so I apparently didn't need to do that. =)
The home is quite small, but has everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to make some nice meals, which is great for saving money on food and not having to leave my dog in the car while I eat in a restaurant or something.
Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay for short trip to brundage

This house was just perfect with at the essentials needed for my family and I. They had board games to keep my littles (3 and 10 yr old) occupied. Not to far away from downtown. Will be booking again for sure!

Was a great stay. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. House was comfortable, convenient, and quaint. The only issue was the neighbors and the snow blows on second night. Woke us up about 4 different times.

Great location close to both Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall . Lots of road construction and closed roads during our stay so had to navigate all around .

Nice clean simple little place. Better than a hotel room…
Worked out just fine for my wife and I.
I wouldn’t want to stay here with four people… a little to tight.

We enjoyed the location and the amenities. It is the perfect size for a couple. We love that it is dog friendly. We would stay here again - and bring the dog next time! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small but works for whatever you may want to cook.

We went to McCall, ID to ski at Tamarack. The little house in the woods was great. Convent location, well maintained and meet our needs.

Not much to love. There were bugs on the underside of the fold out matress, there was debris in the kitcheb sink, there were long black hairs on the shower walls, toilet paper laying around in the yard and the coffee maker had to be washed because it was dirty

Clean, updated bungalow. The only negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud and ran constantly. Other than that it was absolutely perfect!

The bed is firm and lovely to sleep on. My husband picked up the Brundage shuttle when I needed the car or drove the 18 minutes to ski. Recommend!

This little house was affordable and just perfect for three of us to stay in! I like that it’s a standalone home with easy parking. My kids enjoyed the games.

Loved that this place was clean and had parking for the pickup and boat trailer. It was also close to the launch and downtown. Unfortunately, due to the extremely hard bed and we will not be staying here again. Also, coffe filters to use the coffee pot would have been nice.

Interior was pretty good, the kitchen was ample, the bedroom and bath were comfortable. I think the bed mattress was new. The couch in the living room and the pillows looked pretty dirty so we used a sheet when sitting there. All needed a thorough cleaning or to be replaced. The exterior was not inviting at all. Weeds everywhere surrounding the front patio and walkways. It needed a power washing and a new front door mat. There was peeling paint in front and some of the deck boards were loose and not safe in front. The interior looks like it's kept up, but the exterior looked shabby. The fire pit was unusable. No walkways, just weeds. The house is on a busy street but the noise did not bother us. A little TLC would make this property much better.

It was very charming small house. Loved all the deer in the yard. Very clean and warm, heaters worked almost too good. Did not find a bbq. Would rent again.

This place was amazing! The home itself is quaint and perfect, though it is small on the outside, the inside doesn't feel cramped or crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities and will certainly be staying here again soon!

We have one kid and one tiny dog. Kid loved the wifi and sleeper sofa and dog loved being with her family and not being locked up in a kennel. Thank you!

The property was clean and organized. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped.
We were disappointed that their was no air conditioner. It was 95+ in the apt. when we re returned from fishing in the evening.
When I was washing the dishes this morning a juice glass broke, it was very thin and well used.

Great get away and down time
