Set your sites on Strip Side Cottage where you can relax and people watch all day or enjoy the action of Geneva-on-the-Lake’s famous Strip. The remodeled 2-bedroom, one bath Cottage has 2 queen beds, 2 full sleeper sofas and one bathroom accommodating up to 8 people. From this middle of the Strip location, you can grab your walking shoes and take a stroll to the nearby winery and attractions, or quickly drive to scenic area highlights such as the Lake Erie shore and famous covered bridges.
Amenities offered by the pet friendly Strip Side Cottage include: Wi-Fi and cable; A/C; A fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are supplied for the bathroom. Outdoors features a stocked propane grill. Note that the grass area is limited for those with pets.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is easily accessible just off Lake Road.

Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

Everything was comfy & clean! I think the place was nicer than the pictures from what I remembered. One of the better stocked places we’ve stayed. Lots of kitchen utensils. It was nice the coffee pot was a dual brewer- either k cups or make a pot.very nice they left out more than just a couple of k cups. Although we didn’t need. Plenty of linens and towels like a previous review stated. We did take our fur babies and it was a perfect stay with them. Decent furniture but nothing too nice that you’d be worried they might ruin. Pretty sturdy for pets or rowdy adults. Decor was beachy and fun!

My family comes to GOTL for an annual reunion. in all there are 20+ or - of us from all over the country. My sister and I booked this cabin, for the beach access, outdoor areas, pet friendly, and clean cabin aspects that were listed. Most of what was advertised held up but, beach access is a joke. There is path with an iron stair case that takes you down a serious incline to "the lake access". If you are adventurous or crazy you go down, the serious incline of a 'path' on a sketchy rusted staircase that has something living behind it, and are tipping dangerously to the west. At the waters edge, your meet with a good 7 ft drop and a series of cement pylons. No way to get actually get to the lake. One of our reasons to book this location. There is no real outside area for this cabin. There is a great are if your staying in back. Outside entertaining area was another of our reasons for booking. So all in all, too much money for to little.

Directly in center of Geneva on the lake!Very roomy space, clean.Loved the ceiling fans to keep it cool with moving AC air throughout cottage.Had keurig combo pods and regular coffee maker.Plenty of towels/shampoo/soaps/TP. Would definitely stay again.

This cute cottage has the perfect location literally steps away from the strip. Sitting right across the street from The Cove makes it perfect for not only people watching, but also enjoying the music from across the street. The cottage has plenty of indoor seating, we had room to spread out and still have room for the toddler with us to run around and play. The beds were comfortable in each bedroom. The bathtub is very large and the shower has a very strong stream. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to have a home cooked meal, even though I don’t know why you’d want to cook being within walking distance of so many great restaurants on the strip. The AC was cold, and ceiling fans helped to move air. The 2 private parking spots in the front were very convenient. The contactless check in was super easy and the owners answered any questions we had. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely check for availability of this cottage when returning to the area.

We stayed for a weekend with family. It was clean, and warm on a cool rainy weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of towels and space. If you're there when the strip is completely open , it wil be a great little place. Plenty of things to walk to.

Refrigerator leaked and could not get air conditioner to work. Overall it was a great little place to enjoy GOTL. Very clean. There is a beach behind Edgwater lodge, but i dont know if we were aloud to access it.

My cousin and I vacationed together after a many year hiatus. We chose this cottage because of the location and easy walking distances to activities. We were not disappointed. The fist night 2 of the 3 TV’s were not working properly. A call early the next morning brought quick results. Like 15 minutes after placing the call. A new tv was installed in the bedroom while a quick fix to the other resolved our issues. The cottage was clean and well a well supplied kitchen. I would recommend the cottage and commend the staff.

The location is great and the house is pretty nice. Two pull out couches, two queen beds, full kitchen with table, fridge, stove and microwave. 3 TVs with a Roku hooked to them all. Was happy we didn’t even need out sign in to use streaming services. The cleanliness could be better, saw several spiders there, and cobwebs were stuck all over the ceiling. The bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work, so sharing the one bathroom with four adults could be a little rough if you catch my meaning. Shower head needs to be replaced with something better. Newer toilet, but it doesn’t do a great job with the self cleaning process, had to use the brush on it after every use. I really recommend the property, just hope they do a few more upgrades to the place and make sure it gets a thorough scrubbing and maybe some fresh paint.
