House is just-1/2 mile from the private Clearwater Beach Association with its own beautiful bay beach, playground, picnic tables and parking - all just minutes from East Hampton & Amagansett Villages and the Ocean Beaches. The house interior is freshly painted and decorated with stylish art, all new furniture, and refinished hardwood floors,. The backyard sports rustic landscaping, new patios, heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, pool house and fire pit for you and your guests to enjoy. Your easy, breezy Hamptons summer awaits!

Primary bedroom suite is equipped with a King bed, newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub plus french doors that open to pool area.

Guest Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed.

Guest Bedroom #2 has a Full bed.

The kitchen is fully appointed and ready to cook full family meals.

For your convenience/entertainment house has three flat screen Smart TVs, plus Sonos Sound in living room/all bedrooms and the pool house.

Patio has a gas grill and large teak dining table, umbrella and chairs.

Pool area is equipped with teak lounges, cushions and chairs for you and your guests. *** No Pets Allowed in Pool

The private beach is walking distance, but you'll be given a key card that will allow for parking so you can bring your chairs/towels and little ones.

** CANCELLATION POLICY: Once we take a deposit, the house is removed from searches for the dates booked. So ,if tenants are forced to cancel their reservation, deposits are refunded ONLY if we are still able to rent the same dates to a suitable tenant.

We really enjoyed staying at Mike and Kate's lovely home! It had everything we could have wanted an more! Lovely spaces, upscale amenities, fantastic yard, and wonderful pool! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and relaxing by the pool, which was always warm and welcoming after a great day at the beach! The master suite is HUGE. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he was delightful and attentive. Would DEFINITELY return!

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable home. There was a little wear and tear at the end of the rental season but nothing that interfered with our time there. The kitchen was well equipped, the layout of the house was comfortable and very utilitarian. We enjoyed cooking together around the kitchen island, comfortable meals outdoors in the garden area with details like string lights, and we also made great use of the pool, kayaks and paddle boards, and beach down at Clearwater. Very accessible for running out Gerard Point, one of our favorite spots. And absolute 5- star benefit was the kindness and helpfulness of the host, Mike. He was very flexible and accommodating and very responsive to our questions prior to arrival and while we were there. He also sent a message to make sure all was well after arrival. He met us upon check-in and reviewed the whole house with us. We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would return. Thank you, Mike!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful East Hampton/Springs home. The home is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you would need. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for us—we’d spend hours each day swimming, lounging and fully enjoying the space. Michael was an exceptional host, very responsive and attentive. Definitely 5 stars all around!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the start of our summer and our kiddos really loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our two furry family members to enjoy as well. The host was very responsive and had some wonderful suggestions. Would definitely rent this property again.

The hosue is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family vacation with our 16 month old. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds and linens were super comfortable, and the salt water pool was so relaxing. The beach is a little rocky but water is clear and super convenient—1 min drive from the house. So close to East and plenty of local haunts for dinner, market etc. Mike was a great host and communicator.

A perfect getaway!

A perfect getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at this perfect house. The interiors were sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was well organized. Everything looked brand new, and the open areas between the kitchen, dining and living room felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The jewel of the backyard was certainly the heated pool- refreshing and stunning. We grilled several times on the large Weber grill. We took the two-person kayak out one day, which was really fun. It was very convenient, as the kayak is stored at the Clearwater private beach association which guests are able to access. Beautiful bikes are also available at the house. The area around the house is truly lovely, and we regularly saw deer, turkeys, and turtles. The Gerard Drive beach is highly recommended- with panoramic water and sky. Mike was incredibly nice to work with, and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean cozy house with a great backyard for grilling, swimming and hanging out! Heated saltwater pool is great for kids and grownups. Fire pit for making s’mores was great too! Mike was super helpful and responsive host. Would definitely return!

Our family of four (two adults, two small children) had a truly relaxing and wonderful week at this house. The owners were a delight to work with and the house was as pictured-- bright, airy, well-appointed, and lovely. As beach access in the Hamptons can be quite tricky, we loved having key-card access to the private beach nearby, and it provided a truly peaceful getaway in all respects. We had an amazing time- Mike was a great host and met up with us when we arrived, and provided recommendations for places to go in the area. Communication was easy both before and during our stay. The weather was not great so we were not able to take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes he had available for us, but having the heated pool was great! The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 7 nights in this well appointed house and my family enjoyed every minute. Mike met us on arrival and showed us around offering suggestions on what beaches to visit and places to see. The house is well equiped and tastefully furnished. The heated pool was well used as were the bikes and kayaks. A magical week.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Mr Riley was pleasant and accessible. This was our first time in the Hamptons and could not ask for a better time. It is a serene setting with lots of options to eat and do things. The kids enjoyed the immaculately maintained heated pool and the chance to ride bike in a safe setting. Definitely recommend the house as it was comfortable and with small kids it helped we were all in the same floor.

We had a blast during our stay in the Springs and the house was one of the best parts! Not only did the house come fully equipped with everything imaginable, but it was also completely updated. The kayaks, bikes, and outdoor firepit perfectly complimented the salt water pool. Mike was also fantastic answering any question we had leading up to and during our stay. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Hamptons house in perfect location

We rented this house for 2 weeks this summer and loved it! We live in California and spend a few weeks in the Hamptons every other year. We have rented many houses and this has been a favorite. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. The owner met us upon arrival and were easy to reach with any questions. My husband, myself and our three kids had plenty of room. Loved that the Master bed was spacious and on one side of the house with kids rooms on the other. The house and grounds were very clean and beautifully decorated. Furniture comfortable and thoughtfully chosen as was the artwork. We had everything we needed. Kitchen very well appointed (I cook a lot and we had a few gatherings with friends) The new appliances were amazing. Great flow from kitchen to dining to living rooms. Although we had two bathrooms, I don't think we ever showered inside. The outside Shower was one of the best we've had. The saltwater pool was great on days we didn't want to head to the beach and for night swimming. We used the pool cabana for kids game area and the beverage fridge was great for grabbing drinks without heading into the house. There was plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas. We asked if there were bikes before we came and the owner went and purchased nice used bikes for the kids to use! We spent several days at the ocean beach and several at the bay beach (private beach access provided by owner). He even took my husband and boys fishing on his boat while my daughter and I went into East Hampton for some shopping. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful house, we will be back!

Beautiful, newly renovated house

We would highly recommend this beautiful, newly renovated house! We rented the house last August and had a wonderful time. The house is very clean (because almost everything was new, including kitchen appliances!) and the location is quiet. There was an awesome new backyard with saltwater pool and cabana. And the owners were terrific--they even took us out on a fishing trip on their boat which was one of the highlights of our stay. Also provided paddle boards (which we used in the nearby private community beach--access provided by owner) and bikes.
