With areas to relax on the sun chair or in the wicker lounge setting deck area. Watching and chatting with family and friends in the magnificent pool with lots of stepping areas for small children.
Only 10 minutes walk to the pristine Coolum surf beach, Surf Life Saving Club, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques and Boardwalk to the lookout at Point Perry. There is a courtesy bus available for Marcoola and Coolum Surf Life Saving Clubs from this house too. This is the perfect location to experience all that Coolum Beach has to offer. This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom beach house has the best of everything fun, relaxing and providing different areas of space for all ages and types in your family. Port-a-cot and high chair available.
The main areas are air conditioned and heated as well as the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed with huge open ensuite bathroom and a jet spa bath. Sooo good for a holiday soak after a great family day at the beach. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have comfortable Queen beds with beautiful linen. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a trundle bed. Ceiling fans throughout. The 5th room is a funky kids room set up with a large TV, playstation PS3 with games and daybeds single with trundle for the children to feel right at home. One more trundle bed is available on request.
There is also an enormous rumpus room with a stereo, futon lounge, full size pool table, 10 pin bowling and other games.
Beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances including a coffee machine. This large kitchen overlooks the enormous dining table with seating for the whole family. Smooth open living to a spacious cosy modern lounge area with huge TV. Back covered entertaining is a breeze with another unique large wicker dining area and Weber family BBQ. Large sling dog bed available.
We also have another outdoor wicker lounge area to relax and sit around reading the paper or afternoon conversation with the family or friends. The back yard is securely fenced 6 foot high with a grassed area for your loved dogs. Beyond this social area is a gate that opens to a fantastic huge green open parkland for the dogs to run or play a game of cricket. No garage is provided. Driveway car parking.

Linda Kilminster says, Just a quick note to say thanks for our week at pet Friendly accommodation at Coolum Waves. We had a wonderful week, the house was perfect and we felt at home. Buddy had the best time and even learnt to swim at the off leash beach (which is a credit to the local council).
Having supplies in the house was unusual and great, little things like dish washing detergent and tablets, salt and pepper, coffee, laundry detergent, alfoil, glad wrap etc etc etc. we really appreciated not having to spend our holiday in the supermarket.

John Blaine says, Stayed at Coolum Waves with my family we have three young girls and I can’t forget to mention our dog. Great having a holiday house close to shops, takeaway, restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The pool was really enjoyable heated as well which was a bonus. Large living areas as well as the bedrooms and the ensuite and spa were an added bonus. The thing the kids enjoyed most was the games room with pool table, table tennis as well as board games and puzzles. Highly recommend the Coolum Waves to anyone looking to stay at Coolum you won’t be disappointed.
