Sunglow Resort 204 is a one-bedroom / one-bathroom air-conditioned, condo that sleeps four when the sleeper sofa is put to use. Take the elevator up to your condo and walk through the door into a beautifully decorated retreat. The living room is outfitted with comfortable couch that converts to a Full-size bed and chaise along with a flat-screen 55" Smart TV with cable for your family to enjoy. There’s also free Wi-Fi so be sure to bring your laptop and send lots of photos to friends back home. Beyond the living room through sliding glass doors is the balcony with an unforgettable view of the Atlantic Ocean. Imagine the fun of taking your first cup of coffee out on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Vacation doesn’t get any better than this!

Sunglow Resort 204 is designed on an open concept plan so there’s a natural flow from the living room to the dining area and on into the kitchen. This open plan makes it possible for everyone to stay engaged in the fun even if it’s their day to cook. Beyond the living area is a dining table for four that also doubles as a game table for cards or board games. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar where guests can keep the chef company or lend a hand. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your guests.

The bedroom features a comfortable Full-sized bed, large dresser, and closet with mirrored doors so you can check your outfit in a full-length mirror. There is a 34" TV that’s perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and vanity with storage space below for your toiletries.
The resort provides access to a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers and a folding area. No need to bring lots of clothes when you can easily wash items in the laundry room.

One of the things you’re going to love most about staying at Sunglow Resort 204 is the large seasonally heated pool that’s right on the beach along with a soothing Jacuzzi. You’ll find plenty of lounge chairs and tables where you can gather with friends. Of course, you can also go right down to the beach and play in the sand and surf. The location is wonderful, the view amazing. The bed and the coach were awful. The patio chairs were hard to sit on. It was not listed at the time that there was no beach access. So it was disappointing that we had to walk down 2 blocks to get access.

It was a beautiful little apartment. Property was still rebuilding after hurricane damage so no pool or hot tub. Bar and grill was closed too. Beautiful beach and lots to do near by. The keys didn’t work well in the room lock. Good for the price but won’t be back until some updates are made. Enjoyed our time there.

Located on the second floor of the Sunglow, this unit was clean, nicely decorated, and was as advertised. Unit has a great ocean view and a large balcony to enjoy morning coffee, lunch, and/or cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are many others that can easily be reached by car. The area is still being cleared of storm damage, which includes the loss of the swimming pool and deck area at this place. Repairs are being made here and at other places nearby. A bulldozer working on the property next door, began working at 6am and the back-up warning beeping woke me up. The following day, I was awakened by the sound of a jackhammer being used on this property. Of course, this is not the property owner's issue, it just comes along with what is being done to clear, repair, and rebuild after a storm causes damage. I'm sure they are all working hard to get it completed as quickly as possible. The provided towels and washcloths were only a few and could not be replaced or obtained from the front desk; however, there is an on-site coin laundry room to wash and dry. If you don't want to wash, I'd recommend bringing extras of your own if you plan to stay more than a day or two. There is cable television, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it. One could not click on a show from the guide, but had to key in a channel that included a period (i.e. 42.4, 51.2, etc). I bought a Roku to use during our time there, which worked well for us. The owner has a list of the channels available; it may have just been me not understanding. The bathroom had one small hotel-sized bar of soap, so you'll need to bring your own body wash or soap. Everything else was well stocked. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I believe the great price takes into consideration the issues involved with the repairs. The owner was very quick to respond to questions - great communication from him. I'd recommend this property and would happily return there myself. We arrived and was given an envelope saying there would be construction going on. Got to our unit, went out on our balcony, a small crane was within reaching distance. Also, there storage equipment just outside our unit. Each morning at 8am the crane went up and down making a LOUD dinging noise each time it moved, which was very often. We was not told when we made the reservation!! Our view of the ocean and pier was obstructed from their equipment. I feel we should have been told prior to making this reservation.

My family, and I actually didn't end up staying at this resort- Upon arrival there was NO paperwork/keys to check-in prompting us to have to call the on-call for assistance(was then 12:00AM), shortly after a woman called rudely stating I will be ATLEAST 30minutes, abruptly hanging up. The lady whom arrived then handed me an envelope, keys, and stated "the unit was last occupied on 5-26, and hasn't been cleaned go look to see if it is okay for tonight or I will have to call the cleaner." Upon further entering the building to see he unit I noticed windows that didn't seal in the halls- allowing hot humid air/bugs in, and the elevator/corridor was VERY outdated. Once opening the door to the unit, and turning on the light there were NUMEROUS bugs scurrying quickly for hiding/shelter, one of which was a large cockroach that'd flipped on it's back, and remained there. The ad stayed oceanview, and there is NO view(direct/non-direct) of water at ALL. Needless to say my family and I did NOT stay here, by the time we left it was then 1am. They've refused me a refund thus far!

The condo was great itself. Didn't realize we got the street side parking view of the beach. This condo overlooking the beach was what we thought we were getting. Lots of onlookers that were coming into the beach and to the restaurant on the pier. Over all it was a very relaxing stay and what my wife and I needed. Everything we needed we had, the condo itself great. Location it was not so great.
