The upstairs apartment of a two story residence, owners live in downstairs apartment, surrounded by a tropical garden and with a private jetty in the heart of Noosaville, boutiques,cafes, restaurants, Noosa river, beach and National park, Frazer island and the hinterland. Boating access to Noosa River’s fishing and waterways.

The apartment is for the exclusive use only of the guests booked. Other visitors may not be invited without the permission of the owners.

While conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Noosaville and despite being next to the bridge over the canal with associated traffic noise , the Boathouse is both peaceful and private. The apartment has an open plan living area leading to a private deck overlooking the water. There is a barbecue for a relaxing evening at home. The residence is surrounded by a tropical garden. Enjoy sundowners on the jetty , where you can moor your own boat while watching amazing bird life.

There is a shared carport,laundry, private jetty and outdoor entertainment area.

Hastings street, shopping/dining area, Noosa main beach and the world renown Noosa National Park with its walking trails, stunning beaches and spectacular views are only a short distance away. If lucky you may even spot a koala.

The private jetty is available for your own trailer boat and there is parking for the trailer in the yard.

A short walk to riverside shopping and dining precinct. Relaxing strolls along the Noosa river foreshore park which is equipped with BBQ facilities and exercise equipment. Sign in to Noosa Yacht Club. Extensive bike paths. Outstanding watersport activities -surfing, paddle boarding,kite surfing, kayaking. Fish the Noosa river and adjacent waterways.

We loved this large, comfortable upstairs apatrment with a delightful water view. The location in Noosaville is in a quiet street off Gympie Terrace with easy access to walking along the river, public buses, and ferries. Very good hosts. Lovely holiday. hosts

This waterfront gem had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Nice location right on the canal. We enjoyed listening to the many varieties of birds from our second floor deck. The bed was comfortable, the decor was lively and the hosts were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you Pete and Carol for a lovely stay in your upstairs suite!

Beautiful views down the canal. Loved being able to leave our boat tied up to the private jetty. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Hosts are lovely. Highly recommend.

We liked staying here. Great view and locale. Lovely hosts. The road noise was initially a concern especially during the day but it was fine at night time for sleeping. Easy to walk to river restaurants and bus.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle , the upstairs apt is very clean and comfortable with the most fabulous outlook over the canal. The sunsets are spectacular and a perfect spot to relax and while away a few hours.

An ideal place to recharge for a few days, clean and comfortable. A nice outlook onto the canal from the lounge and verandah. Had the screen doors open most days and not a midge in sight. Lovely gardens surrounding the house. I found the traffic to be a bit noisy in the day.

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights in this lovely waterfront upstairs apartment. The view from the deck is beautiful and my husband spent quite a bit of time fishing off the jetty. The surroundings of this residence is a credit to the owners, having a ‘Bali’ feel to it. Everything we needed was within walking distance, suited us just fine. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A fabulous view from the balcony over the river and lush gardens. The hosts are wonderfully warm, welcoming and generous, and the apartment was very comfortable with a relaxed beachy vibe (look out for Carol's paintings!). Great restaurants just nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The Boathouse is a great choice when visiting Noosaville, location is within easy walking distance to the river and cafes etc. Beautiful outlook from the back deck over the canal. Apartment is spacious and kitchen well appointed. Thanks Carol and Pete for the stay!
