Could not ask for a better view. Check in was a little crazy and someone was parked in our parking spot but if I could do it all over again I would definitely stay.

First of all, the elevators were fast! I know many complain about slow elevators, and I have experienced them in other condos, but this condo had the fastest elevators hands down! My family stayed in 506, and the condo is fully loaded—there are more bath towels and kitchen tools than any other place I have stayed over the years. The balcony is huge; it is gated, so there are no worries about riffraff and a guard on duty at all times! Yet, they weren't annoying if you know what I mean. The beds were comfortable, and so was the furniture for the most part, with plenty of room for 4 adults and a 6-year-old as there are bunks. The view was amazing! The cleaning ladies were still there at check-in, but that's fine; they let us put our luggage in the rooms, and we went and grabbed a bite to eat. I understand this time of year is crazy! Some areas could have used some more detailed cleaning, like the guest bathroom, the couch, etc, but all in all, ok. I think the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced even though we didn't use it. I would like to have had a Keruig instead of an old drip pot, and the microwave above the stove didn't work, but they had a small one on the counter that did. I would replace the one above the stove for more counter space. At times there was an oder in the master toilet area (hubs said it needs a methane trap repair). Overall, I would stay again!

Spacious condo with an excellent view of the gulf. Beautiful decor, fully stocked - beach chairs, boogie boards, laundry soap, etc. beds were comfortable. Enjoyed listening to the waves on the balcony while our teenagers walked the white sand and swam in heated pool. It really felt like home. We will stay again!!!!

Everything that i had seen online about the rental was on point. Property was very clean and cozy. Had an amazing view to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and the washer in unit was very helpful.

We have been going to PCB for over 20 years and this condo ranks at the top of one’s we have rented. It was very clean, well stocked and the view was amazing. We definitely bookmarked it for future trips.

We loved the condo very nice and very clean. This unit is decorated perfectly. We had everything we needed. We come to pcb at least twice a year and we will be renting this unit!

Overall the condo was decent. It could use a deep clean though our feet were getting so dirty without shoes. There are several restaurants we could walk to and activities to walk to with the kids.
The NOT so good part was outside. The security was seriously a joke this year. We’ve been to gulf crest before and have never had a bad time. This is why we kept coming back but this time security was a little old lady probably in her 60s-70s. One evening at the pool around 8 came a group of maybe college aged kids sat right next to me and my infant and kids and immediately began drinking, horseplay, spitting beer at each other etc. security was nowhere to be seen so I left and stopped by the office the next morning. I could not leave my balcony door open at all for some fresh air and listening to the ocean as usual the deck was basically unusable due to the extremely strong smell of weed constantly outside. The smell was also around the pool area. If by some chance the smell of weed was not present a cigarette would soon light up and make it smell of that. There were signs with no smoking up but security didn’t do anything about it either. Or the cans of beers/various alcoholic drinks poolside or right beside the hot tub constantly. I know some people are just dumb and refuse to listen or follow rules but granny security was just not cutting it. And weren’t around enough to make a difference in their behavior honestly. I felt confined to my room because of the smell of weed throughout.
Overall I was left feeling like I was robbed of a vacation. We even left early because I couldn’t stay a night longer.

Nice and clean condo. Great location. PM was responsive.
You can check in online but you still have to print off the parking pass which requires going in to lobby to use their printer.
There was a smell that would occasionally come from the master bathroom, usually very early in the morning, but that was the only issue.

Good location—terrible beach staff!!
The property itself was nice. However, there was not a working dishwasher or blender and no kitchen towels. I don’t hand wash dishes at home let alone on vacation! The refrigerator looked new, but 2 shelves were broken on door. No hairdryers either-in defense of the property manager, there was a blurb on the cover letter stating to bring one but I missed it as VRBO listed it as being included.
The beach chair staff was horrible!!! Our first day there (Sunday), they said we were too late to the beach for chairs—it was 10:00 am! The storm was expected for Monday so they told us we had to be back Tuesday at 8:00 am to determine if chairs would be available. What??? They were supposedly included! I asked if we could just sign up for Tuesday in advance—“NOPE, you can’t do that”. My husband asked later with a $20 bill and low and behold we were “assigned” a back row seat. What a crock!!!!
On a positive note, the pools and Tiki bar were great!

Gulf Crest #506 was a wonderful condo
My wife & I went to Panama City Beach for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. #506 was probably one of the nicest 2 bedroom condos that we've rented, with a beautiful view of the Gulf!

Very safe feeling. Comfortable furniture and beds. Sitting on the porch was wonderful and you could see everything. 5th floor is perfect, could sit in the living room and watch ships on the horizon.

Amazing stay at Unit 506 at Gulfcrest in Panama City Beach
From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. My family and I took a last minute week long vacation (last week of September) and we were very lucky to see this unit still available. Bill communicated extremely fast and the online check in made things very easy to get all the info that was needed (no need to wait in a lime to check in). Our designated covered parking spot was right where you got in the property very close to the elevators. The 3 elevators were extremely fast and we never waited long to grab an empty one. Plenty of luggage carts too if needed. Once in the condo, it was exactly as advertised. Very clean, smelled fresh, and extremely spacious for the 3 of us. Super fast WiFi and all the beds and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens to get by for the week. We were greeted every morning by the dolphins in the sea from our balcony which had stunning sunset views. The 2 pools were large (5ft deep at max point), and the 2 hot tubs were operational but we never used them. There is also a tiki hut with a food and drink menu next to the pools with an adjacent splash pad for infants. The beach chair service that was included was flawless and easy and the beach was clear and beautiful and still warm to swim in. The condo is located on the east end of Panama City beach which felt much calmer than the other side but there were still some great places to walk to and eat some nice dinners. All in all, this was a 5 star stay.

Beautiful home away from home!
This condominium is beautifully decorated with the best balcony and view! We love coming to Panama City beach and staying in this unit. The GulfCrest people are always welcoming. We really enjoyed the Tiki stand by the pool. Really good food if you want to enjoy the beach all day and just grab a quick bite or fruity drink. I can't say enough about this condo always a wonderful visit.

Look no further
We have been staying at the Gulf Crest condos for years, and unit 506 is one of the best. It was clean and ready upon arrival. It was the best stocked unit I have ever stayed in. It means a lot to not have to lug dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, pots and pans, towels, beach chairs etc. or have to purchase them when you arrive. You only need a little while you are there, and it meant a lot to me that these things were already there. Also, there were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, blender, even a crock pot and griddle if you want to cook. We don't cook while on vacation as there are lots of great restaurants close by. Eileen was great to work with, would highly recommend renting from Meyer realty. We will definitely contact her again next year. I honestly don't think there is a better condo and location anywhere in PCB, The beach and pool are awesome, and the included chairs make it so nice. I just can't say enough nice things about it. It's especially nice for families as the whole complex is smoke-free. The only negative I would have, and this is entirely a personal preference, is I like being up on a higher floor.

Paradise in Panama City Beach
This place is wonderful and beautifully decorated! We had the best time ever and would highly recommend this condo! Its so nice when you plan a vacation and you are updated up until your arrival and then receive nice treats upon arrival. Thank you Eileen for making our stay special. This condo is like home away from home with a great view!!! Many extras were provided such as every appliance imaginable, great tv's in rooms, internet, cable, extra sand beach chairs, cooler and so many other nice amenities. We purchased to floats to leave with their beach collection. Would love to visit again. Such a great vacation this one is on the top of our list of best accommodations!!!!

WE FOUND THIS CONDO DELIGHTFUL. WE HAVE EVEN NAMED ALL THE FISH ON THE WALL. IT IS IMPECCABLY DECORATED AND SPOTLESS. THE FIFTH FLOOR OFFERS YOU THE AMBIANCE OF BEING AT THE BEACH, WHILE YOU’RE STIL RELAXING ON THE BALCONY.
WE ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE COVERED PARKING, THE INCLUSION OF BEACH CHAIRS, AND THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO FUN RESTAURANTS.

Amazing as always!!
This condo was the perfect accommodation for our family of 6! Spacious, well-stocked and the definitely the best complex in PCB. I searched vrbo for weeks comparing condos and Eileen's condos are the BEST by far! The location is perfect and on the quiet end of the beach but there is enough to do within walking distance. The balcony and the included beach service were added bonuses. There is a place directly in front of the condo on the beach where you can schedule parasailing, dolphin cruises and other things - it was very convenient! The guy working there was very friendly and we even took him lunch a few days :) We have stayed in Eileen's units 4 years in a row and will continue. Can't wait until next year!!

Beautifully decorated, beautiful views, clean, pride of ownership apparent throughout.
We stayed the week of August 17, 2013. The unit is clean, very nicely decorated, and large (comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 kids). The 5th floor was great! High enough not to have any pool noise (not that it was noisy, just normal talking/playing) and to be able to enjoy the views, yet low enough to be able to use the stairs rather than the elevator (if desired). The condo staff were all very nice and the grounds were well kept. My kids commented that the hot tubs and pools were the cleanest they had ever seen. Beach service was great, after the first day they would catch us as we walked down (we seemed to come down as they were still putting pads and umbrellas out) and ask what chairs we were. A must do while there is the Sea Screamer (the sunset cruise). It was GREAT!
This was our first trip to Panama City Beach, and we are ready to plan again for next year. We will definitely book with Eileen Meyer again. She was great to work with, which explains the GREAT reviews we found on multiple sites prior to booking. She always answered any questions we had prior to our stay in a very timely manner,

WE STAY EVERY YEAR! SAME CONDO! SAME TIME! AREA IS AMAZING, AWAY FROM THE CONGESTION... LOVE IT!!
I am 38, my wife is 31, 3 kids... We stay in #506 EVERY YEAR!! Our so-called home away from home! This place is amazing! 5th floor is just right still see the pools, beach & gulf, rooms decorated perfectly, 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, and a kiddie pool... staff is extremely nice & helpful with chairs & umbrellas on the beach you always have a saved spot.. . Gated covered parking with a onsite law officer no need to worry about your vehicle or belongings. We always eat @ Spinnakers (INEXPENSIVE) , Pinapple Willies, Wicked Wheel (for AMAZING CHICKEN & FISH).. Pier Park for amusement rides for the kids, shopping for the moms and Margaritaville..for the dads! ( little pricey BUT WORTH IT!).. DONT PASS ON THE GULFCREST / PCB / MEYERS REALTY!!!...

This condo was one of a kind. The condo was very clean and nice. It had a great view on a gret beach. Our family had always visited Myrtle Beach but this place made us change our mind real quick. We would recommend this place to anyone. The owners take great pride in this place and it shows. Very easy to work with as well. We will defintely be back.

We stayed in this condo for just over a week at the end of August, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely and luxurious, and we felt completely pampered. The view was nothing short of spectacular!! One of the best things about it, though, was not even found in the room. Working with Harvey was an absolute pleasure, which will definitely encourage us to return. Make your reservation today, you wont be disappointed!
