Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country! Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, new paint, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenties you could dream of for your time on the coast. We are continuing to update, so please check back for progress to make your time on the Emerald Coast more pleasurable! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new Queen sleeper sofa, and two twins in the guest room that connects to another full bathroom. Plenty of room for 6 people! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment! From your spacious 9th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of frolicking in the sun, grill a delicious steak and your local catch on one of the many resort grills just a few steps from your balcony. Check in/out was a breeze. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are several pools, which were great. We loved the tiki bar, which also offered food options so you don’t have to go back to your condo for lunch. We would definitely stay again!

It was a very nice place and clean. It was not ocean front it was angle view. It was farther from airport that was listed. The bed was very hard.The Tv's were very hard to get any stations to watch. I couldn't get nothing to come in in the master bedroom tv.

What an amazing trip. Let’s start off with amazing communication from the owner. Quick to respond and wants to make your stay great!! The condo was perfect. Beds were super comfy, everything is up to date, all of the essentials you need already there. The property was in, possibly, the best location in Destin. Everything is so close, shopping, boardwalk, restaurants, activities. Beach is just a short walk out and you’re on the most beautiful beach!! Property is private and well kept. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Excellent stay for our family on Memorial Day! Shannon and Todd are excellent host and gave many details ahead of time for an enjoyable stay. The unit is well kept and was clean for our stay. The condo had all amenities for cooking or laying on the beach (chairs and toys). The grills were out of order due to them putting in a new gas line but the pools and hot tubs were working and heated. The beach is great but is private and managed by an outside company. You must order your chairs and umbrellas way ahead or you will be in the last row away from the water. There not much room if you want to bring your own chairs to the beach. This was not a deal breaker since we spent most of the time in the water. We would come back again anytime!

We did a mini family vacation and loved our stay! The owners were very quick to respond if you have questions, the condo was beautiful and clean, and the resort was very easy to navigate! Cant wait to rebook here!

The location of the property was in the middle of everything that you need. Check in was easy and convenient. The host communicated to let us know when the room was ready with all the instructions that was needed. The room was clean and tidy. Overall I had a great weekend where every morning I stood on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the ocean. 😁

Condo was absolutely amazing. Exactly as advertised. We loved the view, tiki bar, beach service. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful unit. Unfortunately most amenities closed for winter (sauna, bar, restaurant, and 4/6 elevators). Good to see prudence on maintaining building but bummer for the few amenities hoped for and advertised not noting closed for winter. Some maintenance issues with several dead batteries and lights/fans not functioning that should have been identified and tended to prior to our arrival. Sand and sun and friendliness of local snow birds was welcomed.

This resort is in an ideal location. It’s within a couple of miles groceries, restaurants, retail and entertainment. Located steps from the ocean, multiple pools (some heated), and hot tubs. The unit itself is large and updated. The balcony is the entire width of the condo with great views of the Gulf and facing the sunrise. A great family spot.

The condo was clean and comfortable and was just as it appeared in the pictures. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the owners. The sunrises from the balcony were beautiful. We even saw some dolphins in the water from the balcony! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. And the pools were nicely heated to enjoy in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again

Shannon was great! Communication was wonderful and she was very helpful! The condo was a huge part of what made this THE BEST vacation my family and I have ever been on. The condo was beautiful and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Pelican beach was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the drinks from the tiki bar were perfecrion, the food from the cafe was delicious, the beach was picture perfect! The whole experience has been unforgettable. Having the beach sets ups booked ahead of time made for a stress free beach experience. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We will DEFINITELY be booking with you again. We have been searching for a place to make our special family vacation spot and I think Destin is it!

Condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Has everything you need including beach chairs. Very relaxing sitting on the Balcony in the evening after a day at the beach. Great view of the sun going down from the front of the condo. If we make another trip, this is the first place Ill check for availability.

The condo is exactly like the pictures! We arrived and got settled in and loved the view of the beach. The resort has everything for a relaxing vacation, 3 pools, a short walk to the beach, and a tiki bar. The full size kitchen was great with meals and clean up was easy with the dishwasher. After a day at the beach coming up to relax on the balcony was amazing. Great place to stay and we will be back!

I do not have one negative thing to say about the accommodations. The place provided my family with plenty of space in the common areas, as well as each of the bedrooms. Everything was provided as well in regards to dishes and everything we needed to prepare meals. If I return to Destin, this will be the first place I look to see if they have openings.

Condo was great and as described. Quick access to beach and several pools to enjoy and walking distance to some attractions. Elevators were a challenge with 3 of 5 out of order at one point, plan your timing around check in and check out or plan to take the stairs. The traffic was also very heavy but can be expected for a tourist spot. Beach service was great, very friendly and had our spot ready each day, worth the additional expense. Overall, great vacation!

We stayed during spring break week 2023 and had a wonderful stay. The condo was convenient, clean and came just as advertised. Check-in was smooth despite large groups arriving all at once and the owners provided all pertinent info prior to check in via email. Our only hiccup all week was a water main break to the building, which left us without water for a few hours. The owners immediately reached out, explained the situation and offered to have water delivered to us. We took off for breakfast and it was repaired when we returned. We had a great stay! Just wish we had more sunshine, after coming from freezing cold Michigan. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 had a great stay on this property. The owners were very helpful with all of their directions and made themselves available if we had issues. Communication was perfect. The Condo was beautiful. Clean. A well stocked kitchen. The view was great! The convenience of the Tiki Bar, The Cafe (which was surprisingly good), the beach, and pools were just what we were looking for in a vacation. There was no long walk/commute to any of these amenities. Thanks Shannon & Todd for a great time and for sharing your home with us.

Super easy process for renting this property. Communication with the owners was very prompt. We will be coming back hopefully soon for our next girls trip. Views of the beach were perfect. Are only complaint would be the construction that was going on right next to our unit.

Newly remodeled so the decor is on point! The communication with Shannon was quicker than expected. They were so unbelievably kind as to decorate it for our honeymoon!! We will definitely be booking this again. On top of that the resort itself is very clean and safe. A definite family friendly destination. Everything you could need, bar, food, chairs, two pools and a hot tub. Loved it!!!
