The 2,700 sf Flagstaff TreeHaus is a spacious mountain home in the Continental Country Club neighborhood.
The TreeHaus borders thousands of acres of trails with unlimited (hundreds of miles of) hiking, biking and snow play. Click on the Location Link or Map Icon and zoom out to see the massive forest the TreeHaus borders. The forest opens to the south and yet you are only a 10 minute (5 mile) drive to the heart of downtown Flagstaff.
Please view our video for some fun deer play in our backyard at the kids' fort. And the Continental Country Club Neighborhood Flyover.

Why do we call it the Flagstaff TreeHaus? When you step out on any of the 4 primary decks or look out any window -- you are face to face with mighty Ponderosa Pines.

Comfortable and quiet. Nice walking path behind house with rope swing. Loved the huge windows. Peaceful and comfortable bedrooms.

Our family spent a long weekend at the Treehaus this summer. The owner was an absolute joy to communicate with, very attentive and helpful in every regard. The house itself was so clean and comfortable, just perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool table was a surprise hit, and we all had plenty of space. The very best thing about Treehaus (and there were many great things) was its location right next to a fantastic trailhead! We all enjoyed walking through the pines and taking in so much of the beautiful natural setting. We even saw a few deer! 5 enthusiastic stars!

The TreeHaus was beautiful. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is very well equipped and extremely clean. Warm and relaxing. We definitely enjoyed our time there.

The airlines caused all but one of us to get there a day late and we were gone sight seeing during the daylight hours for the other 3 days. We all wanted to have a day to just hang around the house but that didn't happen. It had lots of potential.

Great property located right next to a lovely walking path that connects to trails. Kids loved the game room and assortment of toys. Host was attentive and welcoming. We will be back!

We were in town with extended family for our daughter's graduation. First, the property and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The location was super convenient to everything we needed to get to. There was nothing we wanted for inside the home. Probably the FIRST rental we've ever been to that literally had everything you could need. Communication with Rob was outstanding and I know that if there had been a problem, he would have addressed it immediately. If we are ever in the area again, will definitely return to this home!

The property is beautiful, inside and out. It is set up nicely for 2-3 families. The place was spotless and well stocked with all the necessary supplies for making meals. It is in a perfect location for traveling to Sedona and GC. The check in process was very simple and any questions we had were answered quickly by Robert. I highly recommend this property. You will love it!

Spacious, clean, comfortable home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated and very well stocked without being cluttered. Helpful basket of maps and guidebooks. Hiking trail right next to the house. Chill herd of elk hanging out nearby. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Great communication with host. Would love to stay here again!

Rob was an amazing host, the home was even prettier than pictured, and it was the perfect spot in the trees to enjoy good family time
together. We skiied at Snowbowl and did an NAU tour and spent the evenings cooking in the well appointed kitchen and watching movies. Could not recommend the treehause more. Thanks Rob!

Located in quiet neighborhood in cul de sac. Spacious home that is very well kept. Great kitchen and great room/dining room that’s all open. Bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms. Host very easy to get a hold of and communicate with during stay. 1 hour drive to GC with scenic drive through Coconina national forest. 30 minutes drive to Sedona and also a great scenic drive. Flagstaff has all the necessities as far as restaurants and shopping as well.

The Treehaus is spacious home with beautiful mountain views. It was a perfect set up for our family of 4, plus grandma & grandpa. The house was well stocked. Rob was more than available during our stay and was sure to check in if we needed anything. We greatly appreciated the selection of children’s books & activities. Our family had a wonderful time and we highly recommend a stay at the Treehaus!

This was the first vacation we have taken by plane. We traveled from the East Coast to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We were very pleased with the accommodations, the scenic views around the area, and the hospitality of the host. Rob was attentive to every detail. Treehaus is worth every penny spent!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

We arrived to a clean & bright home. Main room was large and the fireplace was nice on those chilly mornings while we sipped some coffee. We did enjoy sitting on the front deck. The neighborhood is very quiet. While we didn't use the other outdoor spaces or game room, it was nice knowing we had them available. We were pleased with the ease of the check-in & check-out. Robert (our host) was a pleasure to deal with.

Pros: Really nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood backing up to a wooded area. Check in was simple and efficient. Owner was flexible about date changes. Well stocked with essentials. Covered garage parking off street. Open plan seating in the living room kitchen area. Our party of four were easily situated. There is room for more people or a large family. I would unequivocally recommend this house if staying in Flagstaff area.

My niece and family spent this past week with me in Flagstaff. This home is PERFECT for families! Robert was so easy to communicate with and the booking and check-in was so easy. The home is so beautiful inside and outside. Lots to do with a 7 and 5 year old! Many games provided. Never got to use the pool table due to our many outdoor activities from Lowell Observatory to Meteor Crater to Petrified National Park and of course the Grand Canyon!!! This home is in a perfect location in a quiet cul de sac but only 5 minute drive to I 40. Can’t wait to bring my hiking group to this home for our fall trip!!! Nice walking trail adjacent to the home. Looking so much forward to returning to this well maintained home! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

The idea of going to the Grand Canyon is always a good one, but if you’re going on a budget- some of the less quality hotels have very high prices just because they are right at the Canyon. This flagstaff location is a scenic hour and 20 minute Drive from the South Rim entrance. The cabin had comparable or better prices but had a spacious layout allowing for all three of us to unwind. There is room for more so keep in mind you can definitely have a bigger family stay. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We arrived after it had snowed twice that week. Rob was extremely helpful and available for questions. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Located in a cul de sac of a nice neighborhood. Great central location with plenty to do within an hours drive. Grand Canyon, Sedona, Bearizona wildlife preserve, etc. This was a very nice place to stay. Our family had a great time.

This is a beautiful property and the perfect amount of cozy around every corner. Robert is an exceptional host and was looking out for us well before we arrived. He messaged me early in the week to keep an eye on the snow forecast and provided updates leading up to our arrival. He also gave us very helpful information about getting to the ski resort and kept us informed about the weather coming our way as well as snow removal. This property is very centrally located with everything but the ski resort just a few minutes away. We are frequent travelers to Flagstaff and plan to be booking this place again in the future. 5 stars all the way!

We had a great experience at the treehaus! Great spot for families - access to the trails and ease of getting to downtown was great. House had a few issues but they were dealt with so very quickly by Robert. Genuinely appreciated his fast communication and resolution. Lovely place!

We were so happy to have stayed here! Everything was perfect. The host was so kind, kept us updated and informed on travel advisories and weather, checked in to make sure everything was going well. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and the beds were very warm and comfy. The house is beautiful and the huge windows made the winter wonderland even more enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back here, it was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Thanks for everything!!
