Two cable televisions, dvd and cd players, lots of movies, and a foosball table are provided for your indoor entertainment. Newly updated bathrooms! Newer carpeting and bedding throughout. Propane BBQ, deck furniture, a great hot tub, and all the stars, wildlife and fresh air you could ask for are there to make for a peaceful mountain experience, any season of the year.
There is plenty of firewood to keep you comfortable in cooler weather. There is NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING at the unit, which is rarely a problem. NEW LAST SUMMER: a room air conditioner has been installed in the upstairs bunk room! On the hottest of summer days, the cabin can be kept comfortable with careful management of the windows, fans and the one room air conditioner. The nights are always cool in Sunriver!

My family had a great time at this cabin for a short weekend getaway! My three teens loved how close it is to SHARC and the dog enjoyed watching all the passersby on the path right out back. Enjoying my morning tea in the hot tub was so relaxing!

We love staying at 11 Landrise. It is very comfortable and has everything we need. Quiet neightborhood. Love that the Sharc passes come with the rental. The beds are very comfortable! The hot tub is clean and well-kept and used it even in the summer during the cool mornings.
One thing that can be fixed is the toaster-it's broken on one side, but you can still use the other. There is also definitely a sugar ant problem in the kitchen. We had to fight them all week on the counters and floor. Everything else was great! We'll be back!

This was the perfect family cabin and we LOVED the location. Easy to get around, the cabin was cozy, and we were visited by a herd of Elk in the morning. It was a treat to sip hot coffee and watch the snow fall on the Elk.

Every year my family looks forward to staying in this home. It's nothing fancy, but it's perfect for us. We love the location and the wildlife we get to see while sitting on our deck. We love that there are 2 main bedrooms on the first floor and the kids have the entire upstairs. We love everything about it except that there is no AC, and it does get hot.
The property manager is awesome. She is very helpful and communicates quickly. If you're looking for warm, cozzy and comfortable without all of the fuss this is the place.

Nothing Fancy cabin is so cozy and comfortable and we loved it! Not to mention that Sunriver itself has a plethora of things to keep families occupied. A beautiful place to visit! We had a fabulous time. The cabin's owners are very nice and easy to work with.

We liked the house and the location. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting, particularly on the balcony and the dining room. (The standing light in the dining room did not work, but even if it had, I'm not sure it would have been enough.)

Home away from home. It had everything we needed. Food prices are more expensive in SunRiver so I do recommend doing shopping in Bend before heading down. Next time we have to bring bikes! So many trails.

Great location, walking distance to SHARC and The Village - market place. Check in/out process was smooth, good Wi-Fi, hot tub and everything one needs. Property little old and may use little more maintenance but nothing big. Overall great stay!

The listing was as described. It was a good price for the home. They had everything you needed and SHARC passes. Everything was clean, plenty of beds. The put an ac upstairs which seemed to help during our stay to keep cool. The only thing that would have been better was ac downstairs. We did bring two box fans of our own to help keep the bedrooms cool. It worked. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Weekend
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. We loved having the 2 master bedrooms downstairs and the kids upstairs.
We loved ALL of it, the house, deck, fireplace, jacuzzi and location. The check in process was awesome as was communication with the owner. I also love that it is pet friendly.
We look forward to going there again.

As advertised, nice property
I had 4 teenage girls with me, ages 13-15, for the 15 year old’s birthday and the property suited us quite well. They loved the hot tub. Unfortunately they dropped the hot tub key under the deck but after an hour they fished it out. The kitchen had every cooking item I needed to keep the horde fed, though we did bring a mini waffle maker of our own. The beds were comfy. The water pressure was heavenly. The heating worked well. We didn’t try the fireplace, so that’ll have to be next time!

Rough around the edges
The place was fine, but felt unloved. For example, the lighting was really bad, with many of the bulbs in the bedrooms being ultra bright LED or fluorescent that made that made things look greenish. The drawer panel beneath the kitchen sink was attached with Velcro and kept falling off at random times. The bed covers were old and pilly. The pillows were really thin and flat. I think this would be a great place for a big crew of friends who were planning long days of skiing and just looking for a place to crash. We were there for a family vacation, and since conditions at bachelor were bad, we spent a lot of time there. I’d pick another spot next time.

The house was just as described. Nothing fancy but homey and a great cabin feel, exactly what we were looking for. The home was comfortable, everything functioned great and convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect weekend getaway
Everything was super easy from booking through check out. The cabin was easily accessible and comfortable. The hot tub and fireplace made our visit that mush more cozy.

Great location when visiting Mt Bachelor
Had a great weekend with a friend. Visited Sister's and Bend for beer tasting. Took a dog sled ride at Bachelor. Great fun! Love the location, price is right, enjoyed the fireplace both nights. Thanks for making your cabin available.

Cozy Winter Getaway
The community in Sunriver is a beautiful location in the winter, and this property is an exceptional way to experience the area. It feels like you are all alone in a remote cabin when you look up at the stars from the hot tub every night. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The fireplace was also very large and easy to work with. We very much enjoyed this property and our experience with the host. We definitely hope to return some day!

Had a great time!
We had a great stay! The cabin was cozy, had everything we needed and then some, and was kind of dated (but in the best way possible). It reminded me of childhood vacations at sunriver and was perfectly nostalgic and exactly what we needed! There were a few cleanliness issues upon arrival, but Laurie was sooo quick to respond and beyond helpful in sorting everything out. It seems that’s not normally how things are and it was just a fluke thing. We’d definitely stay here again, and hope to sometime soon!

Just AWESOME!
My family have always wanted to have a white Christmas and it happened! Super clean and comfortable, hot tub to, sit in it while it's snowing is the best! We absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone that wants to relax super quiet. Great communication with the owners super fast on any questions asked! I just emailed any question I had and within mins it was answered. I will come to this place over and over again. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! if I could give this ten stars I would....

Great Stay
Overall we had a great stay!
The folks on the upstairs twin bed had a hard time sleeping on the mattress, and there wasn't much overhead light in the cabin, but despite that, we had a good amount of space, a cozy fire, the hot tub and grill worked, and we were able to have a nice sit-down family dinner one night. We even got the Ducks game on the TV. The description says that the place is nothing special, but if you are looking to relax for a weekend with a group of friends it is actually perfect.

Three friends enjoyed a short vacation together.
We were very happy to find this property. It was competitively priced, maybe because it was a little less bright and shiny than some, but it was PERFECT! We loved the location, the way it was set up, it had everything that we needed and way more! There were just 3 of us, and we didn't do much cooking but this would be the perfect location for a couple of families. The hot tub (taken care of by a professional service), the water park passes, and the fireplace just added extra benefits. Thank you for making this special cabin available. We hope to return.

A wonderful friends weekend
We had an issue with the hot tub the first night and was not able to use it. We ended up calling the 800 number provided in our check in and they came out in the morning. He told us the tub was set to economy and just needed to rest the system, so we had a hot tub within about 2 hours. There should be instructions to removing the economy setting once it is set, to avoid disappointment with future guests. The rest of the home was amazing. Its clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for. We will add this home to our list of places to return to. Thank you for letting us stay with you!!!

August 2021 Sunriver stay.
The overall stay was not quite what we were hoping for. We had two beds with stained sheets. Both bathrooms could use a deep clean. Especially the one upstairs. It could also use an extreme deep clean in the rafters due to the large amount of cobwebs. We ended up leaving a day early.

Great location
Perfect location for our group of 9 with ages ranging from 5 to 69. Only downside of whole visit was access to Sharc Pool. Due to covid restrictions and insufficient labor force, the Sharc pool had limited hours and was completely closed the last day of our visit.
