Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B13 in sunny South Maui! Condo B13 is a 2-bedroom, Ocean View townhouse style condo on 2nd level at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It sleeps 4 with a King bed in main-level bedroom and a King bed in upstairs loft. Sony 40" HD TV, DVR recorder. New Mitsubishi A/Cs. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

We previously stayed Ka'anapali for many years. Suffice it to say we are beyond thrilled to have found the South side of the island to be so much better. Sun every day, trade winds in the afternoon, mere steps from the pool to the ocean - the best of both worlds! We loved the central location and saw much more of the island than ever before - Kihei Sands is a great jumping-off spot for planning adventures. The condo was clean and comfortable and the gardens in the breezeway were gorgeous - they should charge admission to walk through! Staff was always available for recommendations on what to see and do. We will definitely be back!

While our initial reactions upon check-in were 'the pool is smaller than we thought' and 'maybe the room is too small for our family of 4' and 'our early check-in seems to have irritated the staff', we are ultimately very happy with our stay and absolutely would come again. We stay in a Kaanapali timeshare for a week every year and then move to Kihei for 3-4 days and like to try out different airBnBs/VRBOs. It's windier in this location, which makes the ocean right outside choppier, but it also keeps the air cooler. Wonderful to be able to be on the sand from our room in 30 seconds. While the pool is on the smaller size, we really loved the lounge area next to it- the lounges are in great shape with plenty of both shady and sunny options. We didn't barbecue or but the shared dining patio completely negates the need for an individual patio attached to our unit. It was quiet and intimate and never crowded. The A/C in both bedrooms and living room worked very well and kept us quite cool at night. It doesn't reach the bathrooms which can get a tad warm, but didn't bother us. The kitchen was very well equipped- from dishes to pans to utensils to ice packs in the freezer (we were just at another rental that gave us the bare minimum). Particularly delightful was the area under the outdoor stairs with toys, floats, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for community use. These are available to anyone staying at the facility, in addition to anything provided in the room. Our room had 4 tommy bahama chairs for use (2 brand new in plastic), a cooler, a beach bag and an umbrella. We always feel guilty leaving behind perfectly good toys or unused food/drinks, so I liked being instructed to leave behind unopened food in the fridge, and toys with the other. It was also a nice touch to see several bottles of sunscreen available for anyone's use.

Love this place! Close to flea market, swap meet, groceries & restaurants. But loved just to lay on the beach and by the pool! Definitely a great place to relax also.

We had 3 families (10 of us) in 3 condo's at the Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos, and we really enjoyed it. It was awesome to be right by the beach, to be able to walk on the beach every day, enjoy the beach every evening, and to chat with other renters (who have been here often before). The units and complex were quiet and convenient to drive to and from.

Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. The condo had very comfortable beds, but the rest of the unit definitely felt like a rental property. The fan in the kitchen is dirty and there was paint peeling by the lanai slider in the unit. I questioned the pool cleanliness, but it was getting a lot of use by kids. It would have been nice to see the ocean from the lawn chairs but the hedge is overgrown and weedy. Aside from that, we enjoyed the quiet accommodations and complimentary morning coffee and tea on the patio.

All units are indivudual owned, therefore no 2 are alike. We have stayed in both the 1 and 2 bedroom units, if something is missing a quick chat with either of the Managers and it is promptly dealt with. Unit B13 is a nice 2 bedroom unit and is well equipped. What we enjoy mostly is the social aspect on the Lanai in the morning and at dinner time.

Our unit had a few issues that were addressed. I would have the owners install a new mattress in the loft area as this one seems a tad old. My family stayed at a Kihei Sands Beachfront condo for a week and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed with a comfortable, clean, space and a basket of welcome gifts. The the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were three and made use of the sofa bed which was perfect for our group. The beach is just a few steps away. The location is great with easy access to Kihei and the roads leading to the other parts of the island. The place was peaceful and quiet. We were glad to be able to borrow some boogie boards and chairs available.

The sectional in the living room was comfortable and offered good tv viewing. Overall you can tell the owners have a lot of pride in ownership for themselves and their guests.

A short walk down the beach to a wonderful bakery and farmers market. The property managers were very accommodating. The parking lot is pretty tight - I practiced my backing up skills. Kihei Sands is a small condo complex located on the quiet end of Sugar Beach. The ocean front lanai provides the opportunity for guest to mingle over morning coffee thru to evening sunset. Each unit has it uniqueness, some with the bare essentials only. B13 owners have provided many little extras making the unit was very cozy and comfortable. A few small maintenance items that came up were promptly handle by the onsite staff.

We loved everything except for a couple of points. We didn't use the patio/bbq area in front of the beach because it was always packed with people. It felt a bit claustrophobic and crammed together with tables etc. Second point is the checkout time and house cleaner. We already thought the checkout time was a bit early at 10am and this would have been pretty much ok but the housekeeper arrived shortly after 9am and knocked on the door to see if we were out of the rental. We told her checkout time was 10am and we were working on being out by then. She then stood right outside the door until 10am and (with a sour look on her face) knocked again and gave us a dirtly look that we weren't quite ready. We told her just a couple more minutes we are almost done, but she then knocked again in 10 more minutes and gave us another dirty look. She also didn't even speak to us just communicated with the dirty looks. 4-5 min later we started bringing out stuff out and she was standing their glaring at us the entire time were bringing our stuff out with her arms crossed and again the same dirty look. To be honest, this treatment really put a bad taste in our minds after a wonderful experience in the condo.
