Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sleeps (8) 2257sq.ft LUXURY penthouse condo with "ALL KING BEDS" in the Sand Point Condo Complex. The only 3 bed/3 bath in the complex. Master bath has Jacuzzi and separate steam shower. Two large balconies, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intra-coastal Waterway. Comes with two reserved parking spaces in the garage, and extra outside parking. Building includes an outside pool and barbecue area, indoor exercise room, steam sauna, 2 elevators and library/reading room. We're not in one of Large Resorts with 200-300 condos where you can't find a lounge chair or place to relax & not fight the crowds. Just steps down to the beautiful sand & Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful condo. Had everything you could possibly need. Amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. My family had a great stay. We wish it could have been longer. Communication with the owner was the best I've had through VRBO. Highly recommend this property

Our condo was large and roomy for 6 people. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms were quite large. We enjoyed having 3 baths (especially with 5 out of 5 people being females).
Loved having 2 balconies! I will miss having my breakfast and lunch every day.
Pool was not crowded. There was an issue with cleaning the pool, but management quickly hired someone to remedy this and it was done well.
I would recommend this condo!

Enjoyed Our Stay
Pros: The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. It is a very comfy condo with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Loved the mirrored hallway which made the unit feel even more spaciois. The master has a sleep number bed and is spacious and has a nice view of the beach. Having two balconies with one facing A1A and the river and the other with a side view of the beach and A1A. You can see the beach from your recliner or the river from the couch. The unit was clean and well stocked. The washing machine was so wonderful to have. There is an extra drink fridge which would be helpful to some. The utility room even has a soaking sink! Communication with the owners was very easy and friendly. The location is very central to food, groceries, and attractions. You can also Lyft or Uber easily. It's right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and right beside Peck Plaza or Top of Daytona which was a beautiful building. Umbrella rental was very easy to obtain and reasonable.
Cons: Keys and Locks on trips are usually frustrating. I prefer keypad systems so multiple tenants can come and go as they please. The traffic on A1A is great for people watching but did get loud some nights. The parking garage was to tight for a large SUV. The water for the east coast seems alot more turbulent this time but the ocean was very pretty. You can't hear the waves from the balcony usually due to traffic. The elevator is pretty slow and no air so it gets muggy in the heat of the day. Parking even on the main level is tight with large vehicles but can be done.
Not a pro or con, but as with all condos the last few years make sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as the unit didn't have extra. They did have paper bowls which we used and replaced, solo cups and cutlery. The kitchen was very adequately stocked.
If traveling to the area again, I would highly recommend this property for my stay with a family or multiple couples.

Lots of space
There is a lot of space to enjoy in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. There are two balconies with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. The pool was nice and clean but rather small.
My only complaints were that the master shower had not been cleaned and there are some sort of emergency light switch looking things all over the condo, I’m assuming that set off the sprinkler system that have signs that read “minimum $800 clean up fee if you set this off”, which made me a nervous wreck all week. They look just like a regular light switch and I was so scared one of my kids would accidentally turn it on. They really need some sort of box over them or something.
Other than that we had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this condo.

Amazing
We absolutely loved staying in the condo. It had great views of the river and ocean from two different balconies The condo has a well stocked kitchen. Rooms were great sizes and the bathrooms were all good especially the master. Cable and wifi worked great. The people we ran into from the property were very nice. Having the private pool and access to the beach was nice. The only thing was no beach towels available in the condo and I hate wasting space in my luggage for towels. Definitely would stay again.

Great condo with good views of the ocean and river...
Very clean and views from the balconies and windows were great. Exercise room, swimming pool, sauna, library, and people working there and staying there were very nice and polite, Great place to stay.

Booking was very easy. Mr. Young was available to answer any questions. The check-in process was really quick and easy. The condo was beautiful and the view was very nice as well. I wouldn't recommend this complex if you have any handicapped or wheelchair bound travelers with you because other than the elevator not working properly there are only stairs down to the pool and beach area with no ramps or other way to access. We really enjoyed the condo and the balcony was excellent for early morning coffee and late afternoon games.

Family Vacation
We had a marvelous experience. The check in was easy and the condo was very comfortable. With four children under 10, the washer and dryer helped us stay up with laundry so we did not have a lot to do when we got home. The storage area in the garage and the ramp to the beach made going to the beach so easy. We are already looking forward to another visit.

Vacation in paradise!
This condo was perfect for our family getaway! We were extremely happy about having three king sized beds and updated tile showers. The kitchen had ample appliances, dishes and flat wear, It was wonderful having a clothes washer and dryer just off the kitchen. The views were fantastic - from the ocean to the river! Reservations were easy and it was a great value. The owners are readily available if there is ever any problem. I highly recommend this property.

Located Directly on the Beach
We absolutely LOVED this condo! Very roomy with plenty of space for everyone and everything we brought. The kitchen was fully stocked, has everything we needed including a crock pot. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed which was great for my aunt with an injured back. We couldn’t get the t.v’s to work but I’m sure that was more a user error than anything. We didn’t contact Bill to try to use them, as I was quite enjoying my kids being unplugged from YouTube. If we could have stayed here longer, we all must definitely would have! We would love to come back and stay here!
