About this apartment rental

Leave all your worries behind and come RELAX in our adorable oceanfront condo with wonderful ocean view. Located near Cotton Bayou. It is the favorite spot on island for surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming and sunning. Four can sleep comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen Sleep Sofa in the living area. The living area can be closed off for privacy using the pocket door.
Whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing in front of the flat screen TV or drinking your morning coffee on the balcony you just can't escape the breathtaking view.
Our key less entry lets everyone come and go as they please without worrying about keeping up with keys or cards. Swim in the condo's private pool, shop at the beach boutiques grocery store, drugstore and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The Living area has ceramic tile flooring, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, queen sleep sofa and dining space for 6 people.
The fully equipped kitchen has full size stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for your family. There is a stack-able washer and dryer.
A pocket door separates the living room from the hall. Off the hall is a 3 piece bathroom, with a large low step shower.
The bedroom has a king size bed, a double closet, Television and nightstands and lamps.
Linen is supplied.
There is a pool on the street side of the complex, heated in the winter and an on site fitness center. Complex has adequate off street parking for one car per condo. We have an elevator and stair access.

The "location location location" title lived up to its name. The beach was not crowded and it was pretty quiet and calm in this area.The property is close to everything and anything you could want to do. It is also only 10 mins from Perdido Key. I chose this condo because of the view. It lived up to my expectations for listening to the waves any time I wanted.

The condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation. It has a quant cottage feeling and large enough for six people. You could not ask for a better view of the beautiful beach. There was easy access in entering the room. Very comfortable stay

We almost always stay at Emerald Skye when we come to Orange Beach and this is the nicest and most accommodating condo we have stayed in so far. It was super clean, nicely decorated, and had many things needed for staying on vacation (strip plug in, many drawers, hangers in closet, washer/dryer, many areas to get ready which is nice when you only have one bathroom and 3 girls, etc). We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony which overlooked the ocean and had 4 nice chairs and a table on it. The storage unit downstairs was so handy and useful because we didn’t have to lug our beach gear back to the condo daily and helped to prevent extra sand from being brought in on the floors. Communication of information was clear and she always responded very quickly to messages. The beach wasn’t crowded at all because building is not a huge one like the others so we always had plenty of space to set up and weren’t on top of other vacationers. I cannot think of anything I wished were different at the condo. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay this was! My husband and I stayed here for a quick honeymoon getaway. Everything about this place was perfect. The location is great, the view is absolutely breath taking, and the host is wonderful and so kind! She was extremely easy to get ahold of when needed for questions as well. We absolutely will be staying here again.

The condo is exactly as represented- beachfront with balcony! It is a perfect size for my small family of 3. Faye was very responsive when we discovered the parking pass was missing. She didn't hesitate to get us a new one, and it was in our car less than 10 minutes after making the first inquiry. No other issues the entire week! We so enjoyed our stay, and would come back!

This was my husband's first time to the ocean and my first time to the Gulf Beach. We LOVED it and will definitely be back. The Emerald Skye was just as listed and exactly what we wanted. Conversations with host were awesome and helpful. This venue is well located and has an AWESOME view of the ocean.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Waking up to see the beautiful sand and ocean every morning and enjoying the sunset. Home was clean, easy parking, and had more supplies than we needed. We felt safe and central to everything.

I was unable to attend (got the flu Monday evening) but my mother and sister enjoyed their stay me my mom especially loved being able to see the water and beach directly from the recliner as it was a little too cool for her to sit out on the balcony. I hope they followed all the directions on how to leave the place when they left. Thank you for answering all my questions so throughly ahead of time. I just wish I could have stayed.

Had everything we needed. Location: can’t get any closer to the beach and bike trails . Clean. All utensils and cooking gadgets we needed. Love love love the Super comfy high top table and chairs on the balcony. Making it easy to see over the railing. Great recliner- comfortable and working! Bathroom could use a little tlc. Shower doors worked but are quite old and rough. Contacting the host was easy and there was follow through on sending someone to correct an issue. Nicely decorated: not too much “stuff” . Nice touch with the area rugs. Overall I would highly recommend this unit. Great for short or long term stays. We were there for 6 weeks. Wonderful stay!

To walk into a rented condo and see that it is better than as described and more, can make a great vacation. This unit has the best of everything. Linens, pillows, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, (no, all do not come with this!) made the stay so much better! The little extras in the separate storage room was nice too! The washer/dryer in the unit was awesome. This place was very clean and very comfortable to settle in for some peace & quiet and the adorable and colorful decor made it fun. The view from the balcony was perfect overlooking the water and so peaceful to watch sunsets and to listen to the soothing sound of the waves. The private walkway leads straight onto the beautiful white sand beach that was just steps away. Restaurants close by so no need to go too far and with surroundings so pleasant, we didn't want to leave. You won't be disappointed!

Great location, and View. The dock being next-door lights up at night so you can watch the waves even late. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as having wonderful access to an umbrella and chairs to bring down to the beach.

Very nice little place. A little older compared to the newer properties springing up all around but a wonderful location and quaint place to stay. We loved the view and convenience of the location. We were appreciative of the chairs and umbrellas on hand in storage closet to take to beach! Faye responded quickly to my questions prior to booking and check in process was super easy. Thank you!

Great place and location for our “Sisters Annual Getaway”. Get up in the morning, make coffee, watch the sun come up over the water and the waves roll in. Short walk to the beach which is not crowded. Full kitchen if you want to dine in. Five minutes away from eateries, grocery, drug store, etc! Nice place to watch the sunset with an unobstructed view of the gulf!

Emerald Skye is a great location. A fantastic view and close to everything in Orange Beach. Perfect for a couple or small family. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Faye made the check in process very easy.
