Luxurious, open-plan house with everything you need in prime Old Naples location. One block to glorious, pristine white sand beaches and two to superb international cuisine.

Meticulously maintained house has over 3000 sq ft of single floor living space with large living and dining areas perfect for entertaining. Sophisticated interior by London designer blends island elegance with cool hues to create a truly relaxing living experience.

Kitchen appointed with top-name appliances, granite counters and beautiful hardwood flooring. Adjoining media area, has 75" smart TV equipped with surround sound meaning that a night in can be as much fun as going out.

Multi-room, indoor/outdoor, built-in sound with Sonos audio and cable high-speed broadband Wi-Fi throughout.

In addition to 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, there is an enclosed Lanai/Florida Room, separate laundry room and garage. Outside, in addition to the large backyard you will find a large private pool, spa and grill area on the screened-in pool deck.

We include everything you can possibly need like:
- extra pillows, blankets, towels & beach towels
- beach carts, chairs, umbrella & sandbuckets

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is just excellent 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very clean and well maintained, everything was as described or better :) communication with the owner was just great - very clear and prompt response despite time differences. Overall - wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to everyone!

immaculate, well appointed house with all the amenities. On a quiet street one block from Naples beach, this house is easy walking distance to everything Naples has to offer...not just the beach but shopping, dining, and exploring on 5th Ave. Other than driving a few miles to shop at a grocery store, our rental car sat in the driveway most of the time. And although there were just the two of us, this house could easily accommodate more. We hope to be back next year with additional family.

Have been coming to Naples for the better part of 55 years (my "Happy Place"), so am quite familiar with Old Naples. This property definitely exceeded standards! Family of 4 (my elderly parents unfortunately were unable to join us). Even if my parents had joined us, plenty of open space, but still so private and comfortable- not at all stuffy. The home itself was very well appointed with everything to make the stay so relaxing. The location- second to none...close to 5th Ave, as well as the beach (beach chairs and umbrellas were provided). Hardest decisions of the day were do we use the pool or go to the beach in the morning? We were greeted by the property manager and she stayed in touch with us over our stay. House was immaculate. Nothing but rave reviews! If available in the future, we would love to return. The best, most well needed break we have ever had. Thank you so much for allowing us to be your guests.!

7 of us stayed at this property in June 2021. The description and Pictures on line accurately depicted the property. Rental and check in/out was super smooth. The house had all needed amenities. Plenty of towels and beach chairs for everyone. Two bedrooms on each side of the house. Huge Master suite and larger bedroom with twin beds on west side. Twin bedroom had its own bath as well. Smaller bedrooms on east side with twin beds and another with a queen bed. They share their own full bath on the east side. Plenty of closet space and easy access to beach and 5th Avenue Highly recommend this property.!!!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. Some of our family members were working remotely during their visit. The network access was so good it allowed them to work by the pool. Location is fabulous, within walking distance to the beach and 5th Avenue.

We were so fortunate to find this beautiful Naples home about a block and a half from the beach. The access to the home is simple and safe and it was beautiful, very clean and easy to relax in. My husband and I had the master suite side of the house and our relatives had the other 2 bedrooms on a separate side of the house! It was spacious and easy for all of us to work on our computers when needed. The internet is fast and there are plenty of tables to work from. The pool out back is fabulous but it was too cold outside for us to really enjoy it. We hit a cold spurt in December. We walked to 5 th Avenue nearly every day and enjoyed the restaurants along the way. We sat at the beach also and used the beach stroller to push our towels and chairs provided by the owner. It was so easy! You can see the beach access from the driveway- it is that close! We hope to travel to Naples again soon and hope to stay in this great home again. Thank you to George and family for allowing us to live for a week in your beautiful home!!

Beautiful and spacious house. Furnished with taste, wonderful kitchen for people like us who love to cook. More space than we could use (we were only 2 adults and 1 child, but house is big enough for 2 families) . Perfectly located at 3 minutes walk to the beach. Our family vacation was a success ! Without hesitation, we recommend this house to anyone who wants a perfect location and plenty of comfort. Thanks George!

This home could not have been more perfect for my family to unite in our first vacation together. The interior layout was perfect for gathering and quiet time. The split bedroom plan and the large open living areas are so inviting. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. Everything that is provided in the house (i.e. linens, etc) is of a very high quality. The kitchen is state of the art and magnificent; there was plenty of room for 3 women to cook! The bathrooms are very luxurious - we loved the steam shower! The televisions and sound system are also state of the art and we loved having music while we enjoyed the lanai area. We had a toddler and there was several items we didn't have to rent because the house had them. The ability to walk one block to spend the day at the beach and then enjoy the calmness of the pool was amazing. Evening activities included walks to 5th Ave for ice cream or 'fro-yo's'. Grocery stores, coffee shops, wonderful restaurants, boutiques, the mall, tennis courts...all a short ride or walk from this property. This property has a 'wow' factor. The owners are lovely people who were very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. Our week was perfect because of the property we chose. You will not be disappointed if you choose this house!

I could write a short novel about how much we love this home! Oysterbay Bungalow is by far the loveliest home we have had the pleasure of visiting in the Naples, FL area. All the luxuries of a 5 diamond resort. The family has provided every ammenity for a "Home Away from Home" experience. It is great to arrive late in the day to find you have everything you need. With a simple "replace items" policy. (Other rental owners should take note). We had an issue with a DVD player and a new one arrived the next day. Location could not be better!!! Great to return to" Our Home Away from Home" after enjoying a full day of beach, boating, fishing, dining...and I forgot to mention SHOPPING!!!! What more can a family ask.for!!! Our family has been visiting Naples for many years and have stayed in hotels and rental homes. This property was by far our favorite. The location is wonderful with easy access to the beach and Fifth Avenue. Third Street shops and restaurants are also very close - Jane's Restaurant on Third Street South is a great place to have breakfast or brunch. The listing for this property is extremely accurate, and we had everything that we needed for our family vacation. The home is very clean and is obviously well cared for. The owner responds quickly to emails and is very accommodating. We look forward to renting this home again on our next trip to Naples.
