Complex Update: The Opus pool deck remains open however, the private beach access and public beach access next door has now closed due to sudden high tides in November from the Super Moon. The nearest, open beach access is about a 9 minute walk from Opus located at Botefuhr Avenue, just south of Ocean Vistas Condos. The complex and city cannot repair the beach access points until the tides have reduced and being a natural phenomenon, when this occurs is unknown. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location in Daytona Beach Shores. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.

The airy and open living room has a large, Smart TV and luxurious leather furnishings. The entire open living and dining space is located along the side of Opus providing a lovely, side ocean view. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliance and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience! Step onto your private balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Halifax River and city. Because the unit faces west, it's the perfect place to catch sunsets every evening. On the side of the balcony, the ocean is also visible.

The ocean and river view primary suite holds a king bed, relaxing sitting area, and large, Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and a 6' garden tub. The first and second guest bedroom hold 2 queen beds and a Smart TV each, allowing up to 10 guests to utilize the condo.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message, text, or email us. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of clean towels and beach things for us to use. The kitchen had all the basics you would need for simple meals. We loved having access to walk to the beach but also be super close to shops. Overall, a great stay.

Opus #401 was a great 3 bedroom rental. Everthing was very clean and stocked well. Underground reserved parking spot is a plus. We were 12 minutes from the speedway so it is a great location on the beach. I would highly recommend it.

Where do I begin? We booked this condo based on the bold title of "ocean and river views". When we got there, we were quite disappointed to find out that the condo really faces the back parking lot and the mini golf place across the street. True, if you stood in one corner of the balcony, and craned your neck a bit, you did get to see the ocean. Same for one of the windows in a bedroom. Please don't be dishonest--do not prominently advertise this as "ocean and river views" when it barely has such views. Also, we had no wifi for the entire stay. When we complained, management was slow to deal with this, just giving the excuse that the condo owner had to turn something on. After several complaints, we were graciously given a whopping $75 credit for the 6-day inconvenience. And did I mention that one of the two elevators was out of service during part of our stay?

The condo was very clean and pretty! It doesnt have much cookware and could use some rugs, but over all was great my family enjoyed it. We had plenty of room and plenty of towels.

Beautifully decorated. Livingroom and bedroom furniture low to the groud, made it difficult for tall or older people to get up. Otherwise get stay. Thankfull for close beach access.

This property was beautiful inside and out…. No pool (damage due to hurricane) however the ocean was right there to cool off and enjoy the beautiful Daytona Beach. Provided quick responses to a couple issues we had. Overall a place we would like to come back to!!!!

We absolutely loved the condo. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The terrace level parking and the elevator made it easy to get in and out. Very safe. Very clean. We will stay there again.

Property was nice, there was several simple fixes that may need to take place to make it great. Remotes to work television just did not work or were in the wrong location it was hard to figure out what worked what) for the tv in the living room we had to turn the volume up/down manually with the TV. Chairs were very heavy and loose. I personally enjoyed the place it was just right for a family of 8. I would definitely rent it out again.

Very nice, modern condo with easy access to a pool/hot tub and the beach. Lots of room, with space for bigger groups in 5 beds/3 rooms. A few notes: expect to memorize (or keep handy) 3 different codes to gain access to the room, the building, and the elevator from the garage. There were only 4 full sets of towels, so bigger groups will need to bring their own. In our experience, there were a few things that needed maintenance or replacement (ex. most hightop kitchen chairs were in poor shape either structurally or had seat fabric disintegrating and sticking to clothes). Overall these things did not detract that much from our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The Property was nice. They said they place had beach chairs. I’m so glad I decide to bring my own. They only had one umbrella. So no chairs. But they did have beach towels. So bring your own stuff. Beds were comfortable.

We picked this property for several reasons: direct access to a pool, direct access to the beach and enough room for 10. This condo met all of those requirements. The condo was clean upon arrival. We texted with questions and we were answered or directed to the portal where answers were found. The only negatives were the excessive peeling of the furniture that flaked all over the floor and stuck to our clothes. The other chairs at the kitchen counter were not very sturdy (probably could be fixed with some tightening). Also, if a condo sleeps 10 it should be equipped with enough silverware that people don’t have to run the dishwasher after breakfast to make sure they have enough forks and knives for lunch and then hand wash to stock up for dinner. Other than that we would definitely recommend this property!

A very nice location by the beach. Just did not explain limited parking at the condo until rental was completed. A lot of the furniture was really worn, one of the bedrooms did not have sheets changed on the bed. No real explanation of what you are supposed to do when you get to the condo. Rental agency office just handed out an envelope with the keys and said goodbye. For all the money you paid in fees and in the rental, expected a lot more.

While we were a little disappointed that this condo doesn’t face the beach (it didn’t say it was on the backside of the building), it was still nice and the location was very convenient. We had a few issues that went unanswered when I sent them to the gentleman I was communicating with at check in. I also sent them through the portal with no response. Nothing urgent, but would have made the stay better. We would consider renting there again - but in an ocean front unit.
