About this house rental

This beautiful home offers four bedrooms including 2 kings, one queen, and two twin beds. On first level, there are two bedrooms (twins and double), one full bath and laundry facilities. The middle level offers a huge kitchen with island opening to dining area and family room with fireplace and HD 4K television. Attached covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining with view of the ocean! The third level has two separate suites (king beds in both), each with attached full bath. Master suite opens to a sun deck with views of the beach and ocean. There is a second flat screen TV in the Master.

You can watch the sun rise over the ocean from the third floor Master bedroom and deck. The master bath features a jetted tub, steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. For the summer season, this home is offered for weekly rentals.

The kitchen is well equipped with smooth top downdraft range/oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. We also have four bikes and a Weber gas grill for our guests' use. The house has several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a couple of carts to take it all to the beach with ease. There is a second refrigerator with ice maker in the garage for beverages and extra food. It makes it easy when filling up the cooler for a day at the beach!

Well located property near the beach, but was disappointed with a few things: After a cross country flight, we found no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms; at this price I was expecting this basic supply; silk plants were covered with dust, carpets were dirty, bed pillows were soiled and need replacing.

We have rented this home approximately 20plus times over the years. It is fantastic. So close to First Landing Park, brief walk to beach and easy bike ride to the boardwalk. The morning sunrises are priceless from the top deck!

This was our second stay at this lovely home, both times to celebrate Christmas with our grown children and their spouses. The kitchen was perfect to fix Christmas dinner for our extended family, including my 93 year old father. The elevator in this hou was crucial in getting my father from the ground floor up to the second floor where the main living area is. I also have mobility issues and used the elevator multiple times a day to get to the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Monica, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating to make our stay perfect in this wonderful house.

November 2023 The house was perfect for a long weekend with college girlfriends . Plenty of space for dining and lounging. Close proximity to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed in your lovely home for our families Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was on the chilly side so we all enjoyed gathering around the great fireplace! Your kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, specially with all the cooking we were doing . The oven I have to say was a little tricky at times, but it all worked out. You may want to check the hot water source in the second upstairs bedroom, there was no hot water in the shower. I would recommend your home to anyone, it certainly made our stay to Virginia all that more special. Monica , you were a pleasure to work with , thank you so much .

This house was a great fit for our family! We were able to host our senior family member for a family dinner thanks to the elevator. Stocked kitchen. Location was great with a wide beach close by and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend a stronger Wi-Fi. If a renter needs to do any kind of remote work the connection was very spotty and slow.

The house was very well laid out, the elevator to get groceries and bags up to the second and third story was super helpful. House was well decorated and furniture was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Although mother nature ruined our ability to enjoy the beach due to a tropical storm that lingered for our entire stay, the house was just what we needed to keep us together and give us space to visit and cook/eat meals together. Bring your own extra tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, flashlight, and an extra garbage bag or two. Everything else you need is there! There were some bugs that are typical of the area, and the house does have some wear and tear but fully functional and the view from the top deck is super fun! Thanks so much!

Our annual family vacation - this year to celebrate the 10th birthday of our daughter. A perfect setting. The great room was the perfect venue for a birthday party. Adding bike trips and beach trips from a central location made it even more special. Our family has celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday at this home since she was 2 years old. Thank you Monica Dirom, a wonderful friend and host. Your place gets nicer on every visit.

Great three level property located just one and half blocks from the beach. The property of spacious and well furnished with all our family of 6 could need and has an elevator for easy check in and out. Its so close to the beach, you can see the ocean from the decks and is just a 5 minute walk to the sand. Its at the quieter end of the beach area, located on the north end and so away from the busy hotels. The proximity of the one large hotel close by was not an issue at all. Host was great and even let us borrow the boogie boards, sand toys and even bicycles at the house. Would recommend and hope to return!

design of house is incredibly comfortable - 3 floors -- 2 bedrooms on 3rd, 2 BR on 1st. Entire 2nd floor is one open common space -- from back to front: kitchen area, 8-place dining table, half bath, living room area with 2 couches, 2 chairs and large screen TB. But the true high point is the full width front porch with dining table and two relaxing outdoor chairs w small table. Fully shaded (except for early breakfast), almost always lovely sea or shore breeze, overlooking a very quiet street. Lots of years with vacation rentals -- this one sits in the small realm of of many repeat visits.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The two porches were our favorite part of the home. Proximity to the beach was very nice and the home came full of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas. We look forward to our next stay.

Great location with good beach access. We loved the less crowded beach area, but we were close enough to bike into the boardwalk. We loved that 5 bikes were provided by the owner.

We had a wonderful time with our two boys (4, 1) at the property. Check-in and communication was a breeze, it’s a 2-min walk to the beach, and we loved the rooftop deck to watch the sunrise and afternoon weather. We’ll be back!

The condo was so gorgeous! Tons of gorgeous light, accessible to everything, and more than enough space for everyone. The bikes were an added bonus, as we rode them up and down the boardwalk and really enjoyed them. Definitely would stay again!

Very comfortable duplex on the oceanside of Atlantic Avenue. Well equipped kitchen, elevator helpful for bringing groceries to the second floor. There is major construction across from the property (large duplex being built), so it was noisy, even with windows closed.

This house is great! When we arrived, easy check-in, the house had not been cleaned! I quickly called the owner and she told me this had never happened! There had been a check-in time misunderstanding between owner and cleaning person…..the cleaning person arrived within 30 min. and did a wonderful job making things perfect for our stay! Wonderfully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and wonderful for entertaining our family staying in nearby rentals….everyone liked ours best!

Great home with plenty of room for our whole family. Host was very responsive and ordered a new Keurig that was delivered the next day when it was reported that it had broken. The beds were very comfortable and the house was in a great, quiet location.
