We loved being on the edge of Nickerson! Lots of exploration and discovery. The house is beautiful. Could use a king sized bed in the master

We celebrated our anniversary with our in-laws and recently engaged son and his fiancé. The house worked well for us. We used the walkout basement to store our e-bikes and do laundry. Otherwise, our time was spent upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with. The house was shaded and in a quiet location in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and it was awesome! What a wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood! It’s so pretty and private! Being able to just walk through the backyard to a walking/bike trail was awesome! My son and I played ping pong and foosball every night. The Cape Cod Rail trail, nearby beaches and restaurants were just a short drive! Jennifer was quick to answer any questions I had! Definitely would come back again!

Our family (mom, dad, two young boys and two sweet pups) had an amazing stay! It was wonderful having trails right behind the house to connect to the state park, and the house had everything we needed. The area is nice and quiet but still close to all of the activities we wanted to do. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

We had a great experience renting this property! Access to the trails and Nickerson State Park right from the backyard is awesome. Kids loved all the fun games in the basement. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be updating the bed in the master bedroom to something more sturdy (frame was bit shaky and mattress could use an update as well). Overall, awesome place to rent!

This was a great stay. The home is exceptionally clean. It is a very open floor plan, with plenty of room. It would be great for larger families. We had our puppy, so being right on the Rail Trail was great for walking.

One of the best vacation rentals ever!
We vacation a lot and almost always stay in rental properties - this is one of the best ever. Great location, short walk to resturant/ice cream and beach. Very well stocked house, lots of pillows. towels. games. you name it. Comfy beds. Basement great for kids with ping pong. Foosball. xbox etc. Yard has a firepit with wood and everything you need.
We will be back!

April Break Brewster Getaway
The property was perfect for our quick trip to the Cape. Very clean and well maintained house with all the amenities that made the trip great for everyone. The kids particularly enjoyed the basement with ping pong, foosball and a place to watch movies - while we were able to have our own space upstairs. The location was also great as we were able to quickly access the Nickerson Park bike path and also get to our favorite Brewster shops and restaurants very easily. Also, the owners were very timely in answering some questions we had before our trip. Highly recommeneded!!

Relaxing stay, great location
We and our friends enjoyed our stay, the property was on a quiet street, very clean with modern features, and great open floor plan & outdoor firepit - plenty of space to enjoy time together but also relax/retire apart. Centrally located such that all Cape destinations are less than ~45m away, with many fun shopping, outdoor and food spots nearby. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great Little Gem!
We stayed for a long weekend and loved the house! The house is cozy, clean, and the owners take the extra step having the house stocked with everything you need, a closet full of board games, soap/TP, kitchen supplies, cable TV, and the basement has a ping pong table and foosball table. Great location, close to the beach, food, and shopping!

Our weekend stay
Everything was good except I suggested the queen bed in one of the rooms be replaced because it was very squeaky and uncomfortable.

Perfect location
We've stayed here twice (fall and spring) - the location and accommodations are that good! Walk out the back door and onto trails in Nickerson State Park or join up with the rail trail. Great outdoor space (quiet, safe neighborhood) and great indoor space (complete kitchen & fun basement for kids!). It's just about perfect! My only wish would be for the beds to be a little more comfy....but after a day full of activity it's not a huge deal.

Cape getaway
We wanted a mini vacation on the cape with our friends. The home was clean and very comfortable for two families. We enjoyed playing games in the finished basement and went on a couple walks on the hiking trails just out the back door. Only a 45 minute drive to Provincetown and 20 minutes to Chattam. Pet friendly so our pup joined us. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Perfect location
Perfect location for our active group (teenager, tween, grandma, small dog, and couple) for the holidays. We hiked miles and miles in Nickerson State Park, which is literally in the back yard of the home, biked on the Nickerson paved bike trails, walked the mile to the Bay beach every day, biked on the Cape Cod bike trail to PB Bounlangerie, and drove the half hour up to Truro to explore the dunes. In the evenings we played ping pong and foosball or curled up in front of the fire. The space was just right, kitchen was well-stocked and host was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location and Responsive Host
My adult child and I loved our stay in this well equipped and lovely home. The outside shower is amazing! We were very comfortable and enjoyed walking to pick up food and to go to the beach. We had one little snapho and the host was very responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about this home and location.

Nice Brewster Location
Stayed with my 2 young boys, 2 and 6. Had a great time. As the description states Nickerson State Park borders the property and the is a around a 100 ft trail to the Ober Bike Trail. We biked for ice cream and dinner right out of the backyard and visit the recently renovated Nickerson playground. Would definitely stay her again.

Lovely Cape Cod getaway
This house had the perfect amount of space for a family with three kids plus grandma! This rental has everything you need and more. The fire pit was ready to go with kindling and logs all set to light for s’mores. The kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. It was a great Cape location, close to the beaches and Nickerson State Park. We had a great time, and hope to stay again.

A Gem
Location right on the State Park--so fun. You can explore the Park, bike to the beach, walk or bike to Cobies for soft serve or lobster rolls. The house is nicely decorated, cosy with a new kitchen. Jennifer was great with information and responses. We definitely recommend this gem.
