About this house rental

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. cottage is 3 min. from the airport (2.6 miles), 9 minutes from downtown Nashville (no traffic), and 8 minutes from The Opry and Opry Mills Mall. You will love the full kitchen, dining room and stool area, TV's in all rooms (YouTube TV sub), and off street parking. Cottage is great for couples, business travel, or families. Has it's own private coded entrance, parking, large living spaces, and is beautifully furnished. Has several amenities including a Keurig and many kitchen supplies. Only shared spaces- main drive way and laundry room. Cottage is private but host lives in basement/ added on section of property. We usually only meet guests if y'all want or need something.

This place is perfect!! only about 15 minutes from broadway , which is ideal for us. check in was extremely easy and the had everything you could possibly need!

The cottage was nice, clean, and comfortable especially the beds. Initially, we could not get into the cottage due to a passcode issue. It took some time to contact the property owner to get it fixed. They fixed it and we had a good rest of our stay. We also enjoyed being close to the airport to catch our early morning flight.

We had a good time at this property. It was super easy to find. The keypad entry was a breeze to use. The living room had a bunch of cozy seating. The mattress we slept on (we only tried one of the beds) was great! It had no lumps. The airport noise was not an issue at all. The hosts had a ton of information about local restaurants and a jar with ideas of things to do in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Super close to the airport, so easy to get in and out of you're flying. And there's always an Uber driver nearby. Not too bad of a drive into the city. Could hear the airplanes but it wasn't too loud. There was a man living in the back or something? That had us concerned someone was walking around the property until we realized our rental space wasn't the whole house. And we could hear a dog barking a few times. Place was cute. Sofa was super low to the ground and hard to get in and out of. Kitchen suited our needs. Although the kpods only had caffeinated coffee. So if you want decaf or another hot beverage you need to bring your own! And zero snacks provided. Towels in bathroom were good. A larger trash can or extra trash bags would've been helpful. I think the homeowner did some self Reno on the tub/shower. It was ok in shower mode but the faucet was way too close to the wall, so if you're the kind of person that just wants to wash your hair in the morning you're going to have to take a shower. There were tons of games and movies here. And it looked like some little kid supplies. Some instructions on how to lock the door would have been helpful. I had used a lock like this once before but it took a few tries to remember how it works.

We stayed here recently with another couple and it was great for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Home was nice and cool in the hot Nashville weather. Surrounding neighbors were quiet. Hosts were responsive to all requests. We would stay here again.

There are many entrances into this unit and it is not very secure. There are people in the basement and the only thing keeping you apart is a mattress laid on the stairs and a chain lock to the basement door. The basement doorknob did not even have a lock on it.

This little place In Nashville is so cute! Very clean and ready for guest. Would definitely rent again. The best part was the box fans! We cannot sleep without fans and luckily they had them ready for us!

Comfortable, clean and relaxing property in a nice, friendly neighborhood. Beds were cozy and towels/linens were very soft. They have a variety of entertainment available inside the home and lots of sights to see close by. Sleeping was a challenge due to the close proximity to the airport. Would suggest bringing ear plugs or other methods to drown out the noise of your light sleeper.

Not a bad stay or property but it's a bit old and has some wear and tear issues. The house has the smell of an old house. Also, the AC thermostat stopped working on our last night. But we were mostly comfortable and felt safe here. House just needs some love and care. Hosts were great and attentive.

We arrived and the cottage was in welcoming shape for us. It's the perfect place to be outside of Nashville. The city was about 15 minutes away. We learned the backroads. The owners were very helpful with our questions. Also with great recommendations. We really enjoyed our independence in this cottage.

Loved staying here during a conference/vacation week with my daughter! This house could easily accommodate 4 ppl, especially if they were couples or families. The check in was wonderful, we just arrived very late and it was dark. Because we have not been to the area before, we struggled a bit. But, after reading Katie's instructions (again - "if all else fails, read instructions LOL) she described the house perfectly. Thank you for trusting us with your property! I would definitely recommend renting/having a car for Nashville. It will save you TONS of time, and provide better options for sightseeing outside of the downtown areas.

We stayed the weekend for our daughters engagement party. The location was great for getting around Nashville. The home was cute and had a everything we could possibly need. Even saw a deer in the front yard early morning . Would definitely stay here again when in town.

This was the cutest little cottage! They thought of everything. Games to play, suggestions for places to go and things to do, menus, and lists of closest amenities. Close to literally everything! Beds were extremely comfortable! Always quick responses to any questions we had. We will stay here when we return to Nashville, and will recommend to friends and family!
