Very much enjoyed our stay. Lower level living space very comfortable. Kitchen small with limited counter space but workable. Very comfortable bed. Excellent living space. Small bathroom but fantastic shower! Terrific outdoor patio seating once the sun had descended. Homeowner did not intrude but anxious to be sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This is a wonderful rental. Clean, spacious, and comfortable furniture (including bedding). The owner was very quick to answer any questions! Can’t wait to stay again.

The apartment is roomy and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable! Location is great for Boulder or Denver. Kelly did a great job of communicating.

The downstairs apartment was very clean and updated. It was very well equipped with all of our needs. The area had several walking paths and close to restaurants and shopping. Kelly was a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Kelly followed up and also helped accommodate us with a later check out time based on our flights - it was much appreciated

Loved staying here, my wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and thought it was an awesome deal! We were close to Denver and did a day in Estes. Easy communication and she is defiantly willing to give you some tips on food and super nice to talk to! Thank you Kelly for hosting us!

Easy access to Highways, roads, services and stores. Condo was very nice.

My wife and I stayed here for the second time and both times have been great. Great neighborhood-close to Boulder and anything needed is within 1 mile. I would strongly recommend this to everyone.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with immediate access to many trails, this apartment was immaculate. There is quite a bit of space overall, plenty to spread out in.

This property is in a beautiful location and serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, which is gorgeous. There are plenty of local interesting trails to explore while the foothills of the Rocky Mountains are within a 15 minute drive, with some superb parks and walks to explore and visit. Kelly is an excellent host who takes pride in the cleanliness of the property, allows everyone their privacy while also taking pleasure from helping and serving guests in any way she can. Beautiful spacious home in a great location just outside of Boulder. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay while vacationing. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place!

My first time visiting Denver and Kelly’s home was a major part of my amazing trip. I read previous reviews of people staying here for weeks and after my experience, I totally understand why. Let’s start off with the home. It’s way bigger than compared to the photos attached. There’s also a huge body mirror by the bathroom that’s great for photos or checking yourself out. Location was great! Nearby the mall and many restaurant options. Guaranteed parking in front of her home is also a plus! Every home on her block is beautiful and you get a nice view of the mountains. The house was clean and filled with all supplies that you need. Kelly assisted me with anything that I needed that I couldn’t find. I HIGHLY recommend this home and will book with Kelly when I visit Denver again.

My wife and I stayed at this property while exploring the Denver area on vacation. We loved it! The space itself is the finished basement of a house located in an upscale neighborhood. After walking around to the back of the house where the entrance is located, you immediately enter the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen area included all essential items (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, etc.) which enabled us to prepare meals at 'home' to save some money. Located in the kitchen is also a door to a small room where there is a washer/dryer. Extremely convenient. The living room has some leather couches that look great, but aren't the most comfortable. You might consider moving the oversized chair in front of the tv. The bed is very comfortable and the closet has plenty of room for two people to store their travel items. The bathroom is not located in or near the bedroom, but down the hall. We took a walk one evening around sunset on some walking trails located throughout the subdivision and were able to see some wildlife... coyotes! They are harmless, and definitely a treat to see! A neighbor running by with his dog said they keep to themselves and he has heard of zero issues with them. Something to lookout for if you are interested. For location, the property is conveniently located near the major highways for easy access to Denver, the airport, Boulder, and the mountains. We went all over the I-25 Corridor from here and never felt like we were in the car too long. Bottom line: this is the place to stay. My wife and I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay here and hope that this review will convince you to stay here as well!

Great property in a nice neighborhood. Went to Wedding and Broncos game. We had a blast.

This rental was perfect for our trip. Comfortable and conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and a quick jump on the highway to get to places of interest. Loved having a private exterior entrance. Kelly made sure there were plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. This all made our trip so much easier. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfy, convenient

Condo was clean and Kelly was attentive and responded quickly to any requests.

Spent an amazing 9 days here with my daughter for softball. This place was much larger than the photos depict. It was much more affordable than a hotel and much more comfortable. Kelly was a fantastic host. Even though she lives above the property, you would never know! She gave us our privacy and was there in a moments notice when we needed anything! The property feels like home but more importantly, felt like we were on vacation. Had the best of both worlds; Costco and other supermarkets are nearby and Boulder is only 15 min away. The nearby parks are only a few minutes walk away and are spectacular! Laundry room and kitchen are very convenient (although I am a novice with an electric stove, I got the hang of it quick). The TV is not a huge 60 inch, so don't complain, get out and enjoy all of the surrounding areas and things to do! It was perfect for catching up on the news or keeping occupied while my daughter was getting ready. The backyard (along with the entire house) is well maintained and beautiful. Kelly was kind enough to lend us a cooler and made sure our stay was hassle free. This really is the perfect place for a couple or two willing to share the comfy bed. The entrance is separate and once inside, you would never know you weren't staying at a time share or resort. Thank you Kelly, I hope this place is available next year when we make our 5th and final trip for softball.

Kelly and her family have a beautiful home and they are exceptional hosts. Everything was ready for us when we got there, and Kelly routinely went above and beyond for any request I had during my stay.

We just left this wonderful space today after attending our granddaughter's graduation. Kelly was so easy to deal with and has provided guests with such thoughtful amenities. The place was stocked with everything you could need (not always the case) from toilet paper to creams and soap, plenty of towels and hot chocolate and popcorn. The rooms were spacious and clean as could be. My husband works early in the mornings and it was so easy for him to go into the office - away from the bedroom - and know he wasn't disturbing anyone. The unit is set below the residence in a beautiful residential area. The distance to Boulder was minimal and we would highly recommend this getaway. Thank you Kelly!

We stayed in this property for almost two weeks and really appreciated the many comforts of home. It was great to have a kitchen so we could cook our own meals and the living area was large and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with lots of walking paths. We would happily stay here again!

Several notes: The 5 or 6 outside steps that led into the garden level apartment were a hazard. Several of the steps were higher than a normal 8" step. There was not a hand-rail. A hand-rail would have helped a lot. The temperature in the 6 rooms was regulated from outside of the apartment. We were too hot the first night - and I could find no thermostat. Perhaps I simply overlooked it. I stood on a chair and turned off the vents. That helped. The comfort on the bed was lovely ---- and way too thick. The first night I was too hot - and the comfort did not help. By the second night I found a lighter comfort.

This the second time we've stayed here and we will stay here again the next time we are in the area. It is clean and comfortable and like being at home. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and seems to have thought of everything to make this a nice place to stay. The location is perfect for anyone spending time in the Boulder area.
