My wife and I had an excellent stay with our dogs. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that's walking distance to downtown but also has some great options for food/drinks right in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great bungalow
We spent two months in this charming bungalow in the Montford area. It was located near the Reed Creek walking path which was lovely. The home was extremely well stocked and very clean. It's close enough to walk to town. A restaurant called 9 Mile was one of our favorites and is also within walking distance. Mark was very responsive and friendly. We plan to return next year.

Charming, historic cottage with unbeatable location
This house is just as charming as the photos. It is nicely renovated and furnished, with a very well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The location is unbeatable--you can walk to the restaurants downtown, the breweries on the South slope, excellent neighborhood restaurants like Chiesa and Nine Mile, and the Reed Creek Greenway. Mark and Scott were perfect hosts.

Stop looking elsewhere....Your next HomeAway stay in Asheville is right here!
My husband and I were fortunate enough to rent this charming, well renovated 1920's bungalow within walking distance of downtown Asheville with its many restaurants, bars and the U.S Cellular Center for spectacular live events. There was also the YMCA, yoga studio, and kid/pet friendly Montford Park along with the Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter that are all right down the street ....Not to mention the Blue Ridge Parkway being steps away as well. The owners of the property are sincerely some of the friendliest and most caring people we have ever met. The whole house was fully stocked with bed/bath linens and every amenity necessary to move right in (from Cable and Wi-Fi to the Pots and Pans)! The second room was ideal for when guest visited and the private off road parking around back was a major plus too. We could not have asked to rent a better home in a better location in the Asheville area and thanks to the owners for making our extended stay so care free! We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again in the future!

Summer in Asheville
My two toy poodles and I spent a month in Asheville this summer. We really enjoyed the Monford historic district and the convenience of being able to walk to town. The bungalow was cute and comfortable, just perfect for us. Mark and Scott were very quick to address any calls or concerns and I would definitely like to stay there again next year.

Adorable cottage close to downtown
Great location, spotlessly clean and very charming bungalow, ten minute walk to downtown. House has everything you need for a perfect stay in Asheville. Proximity to Trader Joe's/Whole Foods and a well-appointed kitchen even made me want to cook, which I don't do very often, even in my own kitchen! Mark and Scott are excellent hosts and instantly made me feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute and comfortable stay in Asheville.

Asheville Treasure Near Everything for Work and Fun!
The rental was perfect for work week needs and to accommodate friends and family visiting for long weekends. The location was ideal, nice quiet street with short walk to downtown for shops and restaurants but easy to get car out and get to work locations. The house was immaculate with loads of character and had everything needed to feel comfortable and right at home. Everything was set up just right when I arrived, it is so nice to just walk into a place, drop your bags, and feel at home.
I will definitely come back and stay next extended work trip or vacation and recommend this place for anyone staying awhile. Asheville is a fantastic city with so much to see and do. My favorites were all the breweries near by (which makes walkable location better), restaurants, and places for great art work. Also close drive to Blue Ridge Parkway and all mountain activities near by.
The owners were perfect hosts, set me up nicely in the place, willing to answer all questions about the area, and made some great suggestions on what to see and do.
I would highly recommend this rental in downtown Asheville!
