This charming house will leave a lasting impression while you make cherished memories Out East where many consider to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. The house is a true sanctuary. Designed by architect Edward W Slater in the late 1960's with antique pine and stone floors, pretty bathrooms and the three bedrooms are cozy and lovely with good linens, nice pillows and soft blankets. Sunshine fills the space with beautiful Long Island light. The house is well stocked with all the things you may need...lots of towels for bath and pool and beach, a fully appointed kitchen and a Traeger BBQ for your grilling delight. Utility Disclaimer:
Some utility fees are included in the total rental amount for rentals under 28 days.(water, lawn and pool and tick maintenance) Guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with propane heat for the pool and the electric charges on bookings over a week. A deposit is taken for utility cost.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Mid September. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
