Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 45th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!

This place was great! It wasn’t super clean which I was disappointed about, but it was nothing that I couldn’t fix.
Likes:
-steps to the beach
-has washer dryer downstairs (coins needed)
-outdoor shower was SO NICE
-rooms were spacious
-bathrooms were good size
-house was cozy and comfy
-kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items needed to cook
-patio was really nice to sit out on and enjoy
Dislikes:
-so hard to find street parking and our wagoneer would not fit in the garage
-felt like washer and dryer should have been free of charge
-we got a parking ticket $70 for street sweeping that I felt the property manager could have warned us about (the signs on the street were not labeled well)
-far away from boardwalk and shopping
-beds were hit or miss on comfortability - some rooms were better than others
-downstairs neighbors also renting space were nice but said it sounded like gymnastics upstairs. The house noise carried significantly between units
-grill was confusing and hard to use so we just skipped it which was a bummer
-they wanted us to put away our dishes that we ran in the dishwasher which felt ridiculous - if we ran the dishwasher the people coming in to clean should have been able to put them away
-property management didn’t really try to make it right when I complained about cleanliness which was a bummer
Overall it was a nice visit. I’m not sure I’d stay at that specific property again though. Although it was good for the large group we had.

We had a nice time at this nearly beachfront property. The neighborhood is quiet (which one would hope for after all the paperwork to be filled out about adhering to the noise by-laws!) and very accessible to the beach and local amenities. The property could use some updates like any rental property, but it has all the necessities and no major issues. Thanks for a nice stay!

Such a great space! Perfect for a bigger group, a balcony with a beautiful view and right across the street from beach access. Walkable to food/shops. The owners of the house were very nice and responsive. They answered all my questions and were so helpful. They were very easygoing and made our trip that much better, I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in units A and B. It was spacious, clean and great for our family. Kitchen cookware was well versed for our making of all our food and Christmas dinner.

Good location and plenty of room for our family. Would have liked to have had paper plates, some baggies, foil, or Saran Wrap for our leftovers. Other places we’ve stayed provided that so we didn’t bring. Also, no dishwasher tabs. Overall we enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, and super close to the beach. The unit has lots of space for a large group with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms. Its not the fanciest of finishings, but its more about the location and space anyways!

The photos are very accurate and do it justice. The location was awesome, literal feet from the beach. There is a strip mall of shows a couple blocks away so on arrival day you can go get something to eat there. Having two garages is very nice in that area as we never had to worry about parking.
It doesn't come with anything outside of what is shown, they didn't provide any coffee, or basic food supplies besides salt and pepper shakers. It also has a coin laundry machine that is shared with another unit. There is one paper towel roll and one toilet paper roll per bathroom when you arrive, no extras so any additional stay will need to buy those too.
It is as shown, but you will need to bring everything. While those little things aren't needed to make a stay enjoyable, they are always appreciated and in this case you will need to bring them yourselves.

Location is good, only a few steps from the sand. The garages are too narrow. It was very difficult to park inside the garages.
There was a lot of dirt in the first bathroom. Bathrooms did not smell fresh. The kitchen knobs were sticky. Would love it more if it was better cleaned.

Large, comfortable and quiet second floor unit close to the beach. I booked the unit specifically because it advertised a bathroom with a bathtub, but the bathtub was set up to only be used as a shower which was a real disappointment. Management was prompt in fixing several maintenance problems but could not fix the bathtub. The listing description has since been changed to reflect this as a walk in shower. There are two very small garages for the unit opening on to an alley. We were only able to use one of the garages. There was a truck legally parked along the other side of the alley during our entire stay making it too difficult to maneuver a car into the other garage. The location is within a 10 minute walking distance of several good restaurants.

There was 8 of us staying here and plenty of bed rooms. Starter items such as dish soap garbage bags .. The house is decorated very nice. We had a little issue with clean counters and floors but notified the property management and it was resolved immediately! I hope to stay here again some time!

I'm giving full stars for the value because the price was amazing for half a block to the beach. Another pro is the 6 bedrooms with king sized beds in each room aside from one (2 twins) made it perfect for our group! The place could use a few updates. Most beds are really hard and the couch springs are lumpy and fairly uncomfortable but we made it work! Entry into the small garage is at a tricky angle so really only worked for the midsized and smaller cars in our group. We loved the keyless entry, being pretty close to the freeway, quiet neighborhood, and having a biking/walking trail right outside the door. The best part was that the view was pretty good for not being right on the beach. Overall, highly recommend!

Great property, views and lots of room. The checkin process really should be updated. It is pretty old school having to go to the office to collect the physical keys . I would prefer it to be all online and for there to be a code to get into the house.

Plenty of room for 11 of us!
We stayed at a Beachview Realty home and thoroughly enjoyed it! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The location was perfect for our needs and we loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the dolphins play in the water. As was noted in the description, the garage was extremely small - but we had been notified of this ahead of time. The communication with Beachview Realty was great and they were always quick to communicate. I would recommend this place!

My sisters and I were so pleased with the accommodations. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of hot water and plenty of space. We played dominoes on the balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach. Bike rides and walks were daily, and the sunsets, of course, beautiful. I picked up the keys, etc. and the office staff were very busy but that didn't stop them from being very helpful and courteous. I asked for a Chinese restaurant recommendation, and they provided three (3). Pick up and drop off was easy and efficient. I kept the cute bucket and shovel - I hope that was okay!

This place is so darling and extremely equipped.. not a single detail was missed. I love the location; we literally walked everywhere.. 5-10 walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery etc... I will definitely be staying here again!

Parking is difficult if you have more then two cars. Note to management: Kitchen ware was random as in only 3 coffee mugs. But overall kitchen had what you need.

Our family had a wonderful time, just far enough from the craziness of the weekend visitors, but an easy walk to anything and everything. Lots of rooms for everyone and a great open concept, kitchen, dining, and family room to be together.

We booked this option on accident and was not able to cancel, but we are so glad we didn't cancel! The house wasn't spotless, it wasn't an issue. The rooms were all so big and fit 12 women. The view is minimal from the balcony but being just a couple steps from the beach made it all worth it. I would definitely stay here again.
