Beautiful seaview from the second floor! Very helpful staff regarding your way there and things to do in coffeebay!
We would really recommend to do a Tour with Silas their Tourguide, it was a lot of fun seeing his village and an amazing hike to the "hole in the wall"!
Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly Soundproofed so you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.

Comfy bed, good shower, endless views of the ocean. Great seafood platter.
Would've been great if there was a little fridge and microwave in the room, but all facilities were available downstairs.

On recommande cet hébergement.

The Views of the water was to die for from just outside was breathtaking and also from the dining terrace where we had breakfast the next morning. The local people’s colorful houses were lovely and the food was delicious. The owner was friendly and very helpful making sure we had directions to the property.
Unfortunately, due to recent floods, the roads to the location were terrible and would have been harder had we had a less rugged car. It was nerve racking for us at times. But this is something they hope to have fixed soon.

The staff was very helpful. I needed ice packs and Michelle made sure she found a few for me. One of the employees offered to wash my car. The food was simple amazing, home cooked meals by Michelle.
The shower pressure needs to be attended to. I have no other suggestions ĺĺ

The management were friendly.
I booked a 'deluxe double room with balcony and sea view'. Well, that's not what got. I got a self catering unit behind the lodge, with no balcony or particular sea view. I was warned in advance (the day before) that the unit stank of crayfish. Not their fault. However, with such short notice, there was no other option to find alternative accommodation.

The view was priceless. Worth the drive. I had the best surf 'n turf ever! Our hosts were friendly and very helpful.
The road to the lodge was shocking. But, there is an alternative route.

Great Location when you eventually get there! The host is amazing with sharing information and so friendly!
The breakfast was delicious! beautiful views when chilling and having breakfast and from the room. Great quiet location. walking distance to the beach.
There was nothing I didn't like especially for the price or maybe the road getting there is a bit rough but that's really not on them :).

Perfect location, lovely rooms along a wooden balcony, big bathrooms. Michelle is a super friendly host, she makes great breakfasts & dinners. The large deck outside the dining room is a cool place to relax and watch the ocean - and the passing dolphins if you're lucky!
The walls are thin, but our friend was next door, so no noise issue. Check with Michelle which road to take to get there. Google maps takes you on a road full of potholes but there is a much better alternative gravel road via Hole in the Wall.

Ultimately friendly staff. Niel really is a good host and took care of us from before we arrived until we left. The accommodation itself is good value for money, as well as the food. The option of breakfast included in your stay is really a good deal. The views are epic, the rooms are cozy, and guests are well catered for. 100% recommend staying here.
The rooms we stayed in weren't very "noise" friendly so we could hear our neighbor's conversations and movements. No doubt they could hear us. So it is not ideal to stay in the room we stayed in if you wanted privacy and seclusion. Would recommend asking for an isolated room if privacy and noise would be an issue, which i believe there are. There is a 21h30 noise curfew that all guests did adhere to, but the noise I'm referencing is as if you were sharing with strangers. Their alarm clock woke me up in the morning, for example.
Also, what contributed to the noise levels, the guests didn't use their "inside" voices and made video calls on full volume to several family members between 19h00 and the curfew. It's not really any fault of the accommodation or facilities. If, like us, you're not one for noise, this can be a downer. The place as a whole, though, makes up for it, and I would only suggest you ask about an isolated or secluded room to avoid the issues mentioned.

The co-Owner/Manager, MIchelle, is very kind and responsive. She communicated with us a day before our arrival, about the state of the road, etc.

The views and the food that Michelle served us for dinner and breakfast were amazing (one of the best we had after a week in and around Drakensbergen and Durban) and made it worth it the extra long journey on a horrible road into the Bay (potholes where your car can disappear in and skinny to the bone animals on the road, people begging for money).
Personally I am not such a fan of ghekos and insects around my bed but I suppose it's nature.

Neal and Michelle where awesome hosts, the meals where fantastic, the scenery was breath taking. Hole in the wall is a short hop down the road and is a bucket list item.
Not related to Coram Deo it's self, but the roads on the final stretch are not in good shape and care is needed in traveling them.

A great place to stay with fantastic hosts, Neil and Michelle, who were so kind to us when I had a little accident. Neil is a first aider and cleaned and dressed my wounds - thanks so much.
The rooms are lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There is a communal dining area and balcony where guests are encouraged to hang out on comfy seating and admire great views of 2 bays, have a drink, read a book, spot dolphins...... lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Meals are available, cooked by a great chef. Fridge and freezer for use by guests and drinking water on tap. Drinks on sale or BYO. What else could you need??
