Zanzibar Villa is indescribable!
Zanzibar Villa is situated in the north of Zanzibar. The most beautiful place on Zanzibar. The villa is really fantastic also the interior. Very large with 2 great bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the ground floor. The staff was in one word absolutely great and very helpful. The cook prepare top meals. Fresh, local and very varied. A lot of space around the villa where you can relax. In real the villa is more beautiful than the pictures. From start to end a unforgettable experience with very good communication with the owner! We really come back!

A wonderful villa
We loved the villa. It's spacious and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, en-suite with king-sized beds. The terrace, pool area and gardens are huge with enough sun beds, day beds and sofas, in both sun and shade, for at least a dozen people. It's right on the beach. Pamela's cooking is superb - we ate every breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. The staff really looked after us. Patrick was great to deal with from start to finish. If we go back to Zanzibar, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We LOVE Villa Loiki. It is our all time fave!
We absolutely love Villa Loiki. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and pure luxury. We love the pool - it's great for small kids as it as a large area that is very shallow where they can play. The beach is quiet, and we love taking the boat out for snorkeling on nearby reefs. The staff is helpful and there are lots of great spots for naps. We can't recommend it highly enough!

Complete luxury
The description of the property is completely accurate. It is a perfect villa for a family (or families). Four very good sized double bedrooms (two of them are en suite and two share a bathroom). The villa is very well maintained and is fully staffed. All the staff were great. Patrick provides a great service. As for food, the in house chef is well worth the $15 a day (you can tell them what to buy and pay for the food costs). She will make you whatever you want.
The facilities are great. The villa comes with its own car and boat if you want to travel around. The pool is great and there is a section of private beach before the steps that lead down to the public beach and sea.
Overall, a great experience. I would gladly return!

The most idyllic place!
5 of us stayed in June 2017 and were completely blown away by everything: the villa, the location, the staff.
The beach is beautiful and incredibly quiet, any development so far is very sympathetic so it has an unspoilt charm to it.
The villa is gorgeous, rooms are perfect, and it's so spacious inside and out.
Pamela is a wonderful chef and has the uncanny ability to know exactly what you want before you do. Nondo was friendly and always available for trips out. Khalidja and the housekeeping team were always smiling and really lovely.
I can't recommend this place enough!
Many thanks to Patrick for all of his help and his excellent advice before arrival and during our stay.
Hoping to get back there again soon!

Sea urchins my foot
The whole villa experience was fabulous and has so much more potential, it's churlish to find fault. The chef, maids, gardeners, guards and Nondo are the villas best assets, couple this to an unrivalled location and utopia beckons !
Some furnishings are tired and the pool design is not conducive to swimming or safe access, rubber mating would solve the problem. We made much use of the "speed" boat and 4x4 at our disposal, Nondo being in charge of them both. The only real downer are the sea urchins which abound, making sea swimming impossible.

Pampered relaxation
A group of us stayed with kids for the week and enjoyed every minute. Everyone was helpful accommodating and that started before we arrived. The place is beautiful, you are never sure if places will match the pictures, this does. With the different sitting areas, the pool, the upper beach area and the access to the beach we had a ton of options.
We also took full advantage of the seafood options and Pamela kept us well fed. Our trips out snorkeling and swimming with dolphins were a real treat for adults and kids alike. One day part of the group traveled to town, but the most popular trip was heading a short distance to the turtle lagoon to swim with them. We will definitely return.

Even better than the pictures!
This property is truely amazing. The house is wonderful, with a feeling of relaxed luxury. The beach is perfect and quiet, you can walk for an hour, and just meet a few people, greeting you with a happy "Hakuna Matata!" The house is very clean and well-maintained by the great staff. Prior to our arrival Patrick provided us with all the information we needed, -amazing service! When we arrived everything worked out perfectly. Two cars picked us up in the airport and we were warmly welcomed in the house by Melanie the french caretaker and by, Pamela who cooked three wonderful meals for us every day, and Zao, Pendo and Rose Mary who made life so comfortable for all of us. Nondo was a great captain on the boat, giving us the opportunity to go snorkeling and even swimming with dolphins. Nondo also took us to Stone Town, on Spice Safari and to Nungwi for deep water fishing. We loved our vacation and hope to visit Villa Loiki again soon. We will recommend this property to everybody we know!
